Autoloss. So thankful I called you to take my claim. Insurance was low balling me on a total out for hail damage at a insulting $9000 for my 2002 Excursion. Monica and her team turned around and made my return $16,500. Very easy to deal with. 100% recommend. Thanks again!
At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration. Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further. Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.
When I bought a car I found out that it required insurance, so there is nothing to do in case of acquiring insurance. Everything i needed to do is just to apply to specialized services which woul helpe me with taking out a car insurance. Nevertheless, I didn't even know that it's tough. I started to search for the best options, which would be beneficial for me. So, I faced this service and asked them about the price and the longevity of my insurance contract. They explained me everything and I took out an insurance conutract. I have never facde such a polite customer support.
Monica & Autoloss are a complete fraud…they will NOT be able to get you any better offer than what the insurance company offers you. They are VERY quick to take your money offering a money back guarantee but after making 5 separate attempts to increase my settlement from her recommendations I was left with the very first dollar amount they offered initially. Minus of course her fee for doing absolutely NOTHING. They then never returned my calls. STAY AWAY, you are wasting your money!

What can I say other than this company is amazing? Monica is such a sweet and communicative appraiser that went above and beyond to get me the best settlement possible for my total loss. The insurance company offered me $6500, which I knew was completely undervaluing my totaled vehicle and I immediately hopped on the web and called a few appraisers and Monica was able to pull comparables with me on the phone and I knew they she was the clear choice. Auto Loss and Monica were great to work with from the very beginning! I was provided a free quote that my Diminished Value (DV) was $15,000, which was much more ($7K+) than the estimate I was given at a dealership on my own. Also, my insurance company denied my original DV claim I did on my own, that's when I sought help. Auto Loss was the best $350 I ever spent in this situation. The turn around was 24 hours, I had a report in hand, they sent it to the insurance company for me, and then my insurance company called me 2 days later. They tried to offer me $10K for the DV, but I negotiated $12K (never take the first offer). This was $4K more than I would have been able to get on my own, and a whole lot more than I originally thought was possible! Thank you, Auto Loss, you made this such an easy process. Money well spent, don't give it a second thought!

I live in rural area of Texas so I had a hard time finding an appraiser. My body shop, Sewell and my boss at work used autoloss. I was very happy with the service and the payout. N nguyen
Don't waste your time with Autoloss. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using Autoloss DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, Autoloss heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. Autoloss provides zero communication with the Insurance company. That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than Autoloss will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.

Like so many others, I was ripped off by Auto Loss. Monica Fisher promised me results that are unrealistic and then strung me along for months by giving useless advise. Farmers Insurance basically laughed at the Vehicle Diminution of Value Report prepared by Auto Loss and said they have a reputation for greatly over stating diminished values. My Lawyer informed me that companies like Auto Loss are "Toothless Tigers" who talk a good game, take your money and disappear. Don't fall for this scam! Insurance companies aren't stupid, they run their own diminished values and make you an offer, if you don't like it hire a Lawyer because that is the only way to motivate Insurance companies to settle.
Auto Loss took advantage of me by using deceptive trade practices and they will do the same to you. Update: Monica suddenly remembers be! LOL! Farmers Insurance offered me a low $1000 settlement in the beginning which is way I hired Autoloss Inc. I was promised a more substantial settlement,. Which was not the case, Autoloss Inc. has no ability to generate better offers, they are just hot air!
After reviewing our file this is a current customer. Stewart received an offer of $1,000 for Diminished Value. We tried to help him further but he stated he just wanted to get his money back. We can not refund him his fee because he did not follow the process we sent him originally and he received approximately 4x the appraisal fee. We have tried to help him numerous times but he refuses to let us help him. We are BBB Members and have completed over 30,000 reports in the last 20 years and we are expert legal witness for DV in most states. We have excellent credentials and Autoloss received the highest DV / punitive settlement I believe in CA history. Took a bit of time, not due to Autoloss, but the insurance company, but they hung in there and did a great job. Got me more than the insurance company's final offer. I would recommend the highly.

If you need help resolving a claim for diminished value on a vehicle and the loss wasn't your fault call Autoloss Inc. I started the process with the other guys insurance but soon found out I needed technical and experience help with the claim. Yes you do have to do some work yourself, but it is worth it. The insurance company's first offer was extremely low just below $3000 and after Autoloss assisted with documentation on vehicle value and repair cost the insurance company accepted the counter offer that Autoloss had calculated, over $9000. Excellent experience working with Monica Fisher, Douglas Lynch and Jessee Deerwester, no problems making contact with them. Would recommend Autoloss Inc. to anyone needing assistance with diminished value.

They quoted me over 8K diminished value claim. I needed help, was hurt, was about to trade my pristine vehicle prior to sever rear end accident. After providing me with a boiler plate "document" to give to the insurance co., and not providing a true appraisal of my actual vehicle, they instructed me to go to CARMAX to get a bad appraisal. You will need an actual appraisal on your real vehicle for a DV claim. You don't need to pay them $275. Autoloss INC. Instructed me to to settle for 3K, just to be done with it, not based upon any real information. Their "sample" letters are poorly constructed. Anyone with basic writing skills can go ahead and do this on their own. This is a SCAM. They will tell you you have a huge claim, then tell you to settle for under the real value. I let them know that I could not utilize their bs information and went and procured several appraisals/trade in values on my vehicle, post accident. I ended up getting nearly 1500 more than what they instructed me to "settle for". They will NOT give you a refund, even when they provide NOTHING to you. You can process your Own DV Claim... it is simple. If you have a true claim, get a real appraisal to provide to the insurance co. You will receive what you are due. I was up against GEICO. They could not refute the facts that I provided them with. They did laugh at the original "document" from Autoloss... they are a joke. Check out their Facebook Page comments to negative reviews to get a flavor for the caliber of employees they have.

Get your vehicle appraised, provide the documentation to the insurance company. You can do this on your won. Do not waste your time and money.
