At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration. Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further. Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.

Monica did everything to not honor her guarantee to only steal $125.00 from me! Run Forest run! She finally gave me a $200.00 check and refused to pay me the rest. And for 3 months did everything she could to no even give me that!

First reached out to Autoloss on August 2022. They respond in 2 business days minimum so pretty bad at communication. As stated in their website, if the diminished value case is not closed in my favor I'm guaranteed a refund. I requested a refund on 10/19/2022 and it is already 1/12/2023 and still didn't get my refund back. It seems like they're dragging the situation so that I'll eventually forget about my refund by telling me "it'll take 30 business days for our CPA to send you a physical check" or like "The check should've already arrived" but nothing arrived as of now. If you're looking to get diminished value help, please avoid Autoloss and Monica. Short summary: - bad at communication - not acting through their promises as a business - full of lies - big waste of time, mental health, and communication

No one ever likes to pay money to fight their own insurance. That being said, I would recommend anyone in this situation to seek help from Monica Fisher at Autoloss.com. Whatever you do do not use Autoloss. Monica Fisher is only helpful; when it goes to taking your money. With a diminished value claim you may end up going to court. If you go to court Monica Fisher has to be present or your claim will be thrown out. Monica wanted $2000 to attend a zoom court date for 15 minutes on a small claim of less than $5000.

If you choose to go to a diminished value "expert" ask them how much they charge to be an expert witness if it goes to trial. I would never use Autoloss again and I recommend everybody avoids this company for their lack of support. The report is worthless if you go to court without the expert witness. She knows this and only wants the easy money.

Tip for consumers:
Any diminished value report may result in going to court. Choose a local company who are honest and trustworthy. Autoloss and Monica Fisher clearly are not and do not stand behind their product

Wow, I have never gotten a review like this. Yes, if you go to court and you need me to testify the fee is $2000. If you go to small claims court rarely to never do you need my testimony. I do probably one deposition a month and I always win. The court cases where i testify always last hours as well as the prep time to get ready for court is another few hours. This client just emailed me how much it was for me to testify and I emailed him the fee. Rarely to never do these cases go to court. I am sorry our client felt this way. I had a truck stolen and the thieves wrecked it. I have never had to deal with a total loss before, so this was new territory for me. The insurance company's offer to settle was two low, below the price I purchased the truck for 6 months previously and used truck prices have been rising. There was no way I could replace it for what the insurance company was offering. Monica at AutoLoss.com was great. She knew just what to do and was quick and efficient. I was a little skeptical before I called her, but glad I did. She put together an appraisal and negotiated to achieve a 20% higher settlement than the insurance company had offered. She took care of everything and made this simple for me. I am so pleased. Let me start with the fact I was able to recover some money as DV BUT:
1. They gave me a report initially which I shared with insurance. -- was ok.
2. everything after than was frustration. They don't read your emails. They sent me wrong numbers in claim letters, and when I asked them about it, Monica was like put in whatever number you like. And then she goes like "you didn't listen to me" and story goes.

After all, I do believe she does have knowledge and experience, but perhaps, due to number of customers she doesn't have time to dedicate to each customer.
Next time I would use another provider as I'm convinced I could get more out of this case, but Monica didn't have any interest to follow as we already had an offer and she'd secured her fee.

I spoke with Monica many times and she was very impressive. She obviously knew her stuff. State Farm cut me a check for the full$5300 plus my $350 appraisal fee. Autoloss completed the DV report And told me what to say. Thanks so much, Alisha bee

Monica was awesome listening and working with us to get fair value from our total loss (stolen) truck. I highly recommend Autoloss.com to anyone needing an adjuster that works for you, the insured. Autoloss.com also assisted in asking us to invoke our clause that insisted the insurance company appoint a public adjuster outside their company since the adjusters inside were not very responsive to our loss. We ended up several thousand dollars above the insurance company's initial offer. I'd definitely call them immediately if I ever have another loss or accident.

Best company to get your highest vehicle loss value. They work for the insured, not the insurance company.

I spent many months trying to resolve a case painfully and the strategy the Autoloss team uses is to throw as much spaghetti on the wall as they can and seeing what sticks. Their figures and calculations for damage incurred changes every time, and the team is generally incompetent. If you bring this issue up to them, it won't help either as they immediately get defensive and deny any wrongdoing. Their responses also take days to arrive. Please save your money and go elsewhere. My friend had a similar case that he fought himself and he got more money than I did, without factoring in the fee I paid this incompetent team. Do not recommend in the slightest.

Well my vehicle got rear ended and from there I contacted autoloss.com, At first all amicable and happy to take your money. They issue me a report which was taken out from different dealerships around my area with stock industry language. They just fill in the blanks. After receiving the stock report they go silent on you with no support whatsoever. In my opinion they have a sweatshop operation producing stock reports with no value. I could've done a better job myself. Another note they get annoy when trying to contact.

Monica prepared a timely letter regarding DV for around $6500. After that, there was basically no assistance even to answer questions about negotiating with a company that would not negotiate. I ended up with $1000 but only because I was a nuisance. In retrospect, I wasted my money and no refund has been received.

Tip for consumers:
They offer a refund but it has not been forthcoming. I communicated frequently with my contact person but her usual response was to read the directions. Poor customer service.

Do you all remember that part on the Lord of the Rings where Gandalf tells the group, "run you fools?" Please do, because once they get your $200 and they fail, they will act like you'll get a refund and keep telling you that Miss Fisher will get back to you soon. I heard that a few times 3 years ago. That's a pretty good scheme they got there ripping off people who serve their country.

This is a waste of months of my time, and money! I negotiated before contacting Autoloss for $250.00. Autoloss is very misleading, and provides one with a lot of USELESS paperwork that the Insurance Company laughed at! I even got the Florida State Insurance Commissioners office involved! They told me to cut my loss and accept the $250.00 as that was what I would receive! So in the end? Jeff at Autoloss mentioned that he would speak with Monica about a refund of my fee? Last I heard from them? So in the end? I ended up with nothing! Because their fee washed out what I would have received! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a scam the unsuspecting/trusting public operation!

They are very quick to reply at first, but once they get your money and give you their initial appraisal, they are difficult to reach and unresponsive when help is needed. They obviously have no intention of helping after the appraisal template is completed. I had referred two other people to their site as they were initially very helpful; my referrals have experienced the same poor service.

I paid Autoloss $350, to provide diminished value quote, after an accident with significant damaged. BE AWARE, they will ONLY provide a quote, (without any proof or supporting information). YOU will be required to provide all supporting information to back-up THEIR quote: dealer appraisals (if you can even get 1), pay for additional carfax reports, etc.
This company also falsely claims to have "numerous full-time staff". Monica Fisher (owner) is the ONLY employee. Don't dare call her for any information or clarification. Called for the first time to clarify her email; she was literally yelling and interrupted any question I tried asking, for taking 5 mins of her time. This woman is insane.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM! go with a different company. Advertised information about this company is false. Horrible woman (only employee) to try work with. Do not provide advertised services.

Don't believe these people, these people Monica/Douglas assure anything for making money out of us!
When i first reached(i didn't read reviews about them) out to them, instead of asking about the details, Monica straight away assured me the amount that i will get and from the first call, she insisted to pay the fee 250$. And from then i have to follow up with them each and every day and guess what i have got in the last from the Insurance company is 10% of what Monica assured me.
And there is one other person Douglas, he even claimed that this is their success to get at least that amount.
These people are fraud and they just use the same paper work for all the claims except the name and state change and they pretend as if they are working day and night to get us the needed paper work.
Also, they will give us free advice to go and complain to some government body/small claims court so they can help us to settle the claim.
Don't believe these people, i paid 250$ just for nothing!

I contacted them about my new vehicle that got rear ended. When we first started communicating she was more than willing to explain the process and how it worked. Although she was pushy for an answer if I wanted to do the claim threw them she was very professional and friendly. I didn't have my card on me so I had to call back. When she answered I asked her a couple questions and she pretty much just repeated what she said in the first phone call. She asked for my card number, and I gave it to her and said she was gonna send me a receipt in 2 minutes, I started to say something and she told me okay that's all I need for now I'll give you a call back when I need anything else and before I could get a word out she said okay bye and hung up the phone. Saw I'm a single mom. And money is tight. And she knew I had a baby cause she heard her in the background and mentioned she could hear her. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of. My views may change, but as a first impression I'm completely stumped. With ongoing issues with the wreck I was in, my stress is already at its maximum. I truly hope my stress isn't thinking for me and everything works out in the end.

I chose this company by my friend referral. And I didn't regret. Great service, fast reply. ZERO issues. Monica got me the highest $ for my total car. That's about $4000 more than insurance offered me. Will definitely recommend to anyone their service!
