Autoloss was extremely useful in getting my diminished value claim resolved. Autoloss wrote a phenomenal diminished value claim. Autoloss turned in the claim. I asked a few questions and the claim was done.

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey.
The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested.
We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars.

What all the negative reviews say. In My Opinion, a humongous waste of time and money. Yep, Monica is your BFF until you run into problems. When that happens good luck getting a return call/email. And Monica can't even spell! Says a lot when a *cough* business sends emails and templates you are supposed to submit filled with gross typos! RUN. Please do yourself a favor and Do Not give them a dime. You can do better on your own for the *lack of* service they provide. Oh, and when you call Monica out, she turns into a petty little $#*!. The nastiest and most unprofessional *business* I have ever had the displeasure of hiring.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for getting me top dollar on my vehicles diminished value. My vw Jetta was severely damaged and the final repair bill was over $8,500. At first the insurance company offered me $1,200. I contacted Autoloss and spoke with Monica. They provided me a DV report for $6,500. After going back and forth with the insurance company for a few months I settled for $6,200. I was very happy with the outcome as well as the service I received from autoloss. I had a 2008 Dodge Diesel Truck that was totaled in a crash. My insurance company offered me a valuation I didn't agree with. I contacted Monica and within hours she went to battle for me. There are many other services that Monica offers such as help in negotiating, dealing with low-ball offers, etc., but I did not need that, as the company paid.

Diminishment of Value seems like an industry secret. My body man on the first claim tipped me off. So, as a result of THIS claim, I netted over $1,200.00 that I otherwise would have "left on the table."

I was given a discount for having a prior claim, and am absolutely satisfied.

After my less then 26k miles on my RAV4 Limited, (my retirement vehicle) was darn near totaled in an accident the value would be diminished if I choose to resale or trade it in.
When I mentioned my concerns to the mechanic that perform most of the structural/engine repairs he told me about "Auto Loss". I was very happy with the appraisal Auto Loss created for my total loss claim with my insurance company on my F350. The initial offer from the insurance company was very low and they were not going to move on it. After invoking the the insurance clause Monica negotiated a settlement of 23,200. Without Auto Loss negotiating on my behalf I would have lost a lot of money. The insurance companies make it as difficult as possible to resolve the claim. Monica was able to get me 6,700 over what the insurance offered.

My truck was stolen and wrecked. Monica was able to deal with the insurance company for me and got me what I think was the true FMV for my pickup, instead of letting my insurance company steal from me too. Ended with more than $7,000 higher than their first offer.

I had a 4 year Honda in excellent condition. My insurance company only wanted to repair the vehicle at the cost of $12,000. I even had a hard time of getting the adjuster to pick up the phone. I wanted my Honda totaled but was getting nowhere. Autoloss faxed the report to the claims adjuster. The next day after a heated conversation the insurance company totaled my Honda at a fair price. Monica and her crew with Autoloss were very professional, timely, and caring. I had my 1999 F-350 powerstroke stolen and ultimately Totaled by State Farm. I went back and forth with StateFarm as they said my lift, wheels, tires bigger injectors and turbo were all "personal prefence" and added no value to vehicle while saying my toolbox, headache rack and bed liner only added a total of 125 dollars to the vehicle. The only comparable vehicle State Farm used was a truck from Maryland with no upgrades. I ultimately got Monica involved where she took into consideration all of my upgrades and found actual comparable vehicles in the area. Monica was able to get me over $8,000 dollars more then what StateFarm offered and was able to get my claim settled after 2 weeks! I would highly recommend her to anyone

I was hit by a drunk driver who hit and ran. I drive a Tesla so my video camera fought them. Next I called State Farm which of course said I was not due any diminished value. Yes, my car had minor damage but $2500 will still decrease my value. I read about autoloss on a few Tesla sites. I called and the owner answered the phone, I was impressed by that alone. After paying$300 autoloss submitted the claim the claim and within a few weeks I received a check for over $5000. Great job and I will tell my friends about them. Nema

I was told that it was guaranteed that I would receive money for my damage vehicle in a diminished value claim if not, I would receive my $350 back. Check me out I'm a member of the better Business bureau, I was told.
After going through the process dealing with insurance companies, I was told that I would not receive anything. Contacted Auto loss again (Monica) told me it was my fault for not having underinsured motorist fee for my property damage. I don't carry the minimum on any of my policies. But North Carolina law states that property damage isn't under underinsured only bodily injury. She told me it was my fault for being underinsured and wasn't giving me my all my money back. She then offered me $150. And some were in a contract that I never received States this. She's a quick talker you can't get a word in edgewise. Should

It's been a long time battle with the insurance but in the end i feel like a winner. I just want to say big thank you to "Auto Loss" and to Ms. Monica Fisher also to Mr. Douglass Lynch and the Team for doing the best they could to help me in my DV. The original DV lost is $6,098.00 but the insurance offers me $4000 and i accepted the offer, without the help of " Auto Loss " this back and forth with the insurance is impossible, the "Auto Loss" they did their part and also i did mine i really fought hard for this DV cause i know i took a lost when i traded my 2018 subaru wrx, cause i only had it for 5 months and it has accident record already. I've read alot of bad comments about "Auto Loss " im just saying this because my experience with them is great and the team. I am so sorry it took so long to write a review. I have been crazy busy. Geico totaled my vehiicle. I had to fight with geico to get my down payment back. Monica was extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking for a fighter call autoloss. 5 stars and well deserved. Monica undersells autoloss!

Autoloss did a fabulous job for me! I had a brand new Toyota with 500miles and I was hit from behind. Autoloss estimated my diminished value and Allstate did not dispute it. I paid 250$ but in return i got only 10% of the claim amount they assured, which I would have got byself

I have used Autoloss on 2 ocasions for total loss and diminished value. In each instance the reports they generated got me a considerably higher value than the cheap insurance company was offering... Insurance companies are experts at delay, not pay or underpay claims... the key is to be stubborn, have your facts and refuse low ball insurance company offers... for a few hundree dollars Autoloss negotiated an additional $1600 from Geico... and although I am quite savy and experienced dealing with Insurance companies you still need the facts to back up your claim... I highly recommend Autoloss. Great service with real results.

Initially Monica gave around 4000$ estimate for brand new BMW Diminished Value. Other company with whom I went last time for my other vehicle gave around 1300$ for same BMW and they charge 100$. Last time for other car company estimate Geico paid 100%, Since brand new BMW thought more diminished value should be paid so went AutoLoss/Monica. Before payment also asked Monica looks estimate is high how much will I get? Monica said we handle thousands of these type of cases around 80% will be paid by insurance. After paid with credit card response was not great and finally made to settle below 1000$ else it will be 275$ loss to pay her, which is below 30%. Her fee itself 275$, I got around 700$, what a waste of time with her. Heard from others also that she gives higher estimate initially to attract people it won't work out. Monica won't answer calls, they behave differently once you pay. Be careful while going with them, they come up with high value to attract people but realty is different no proper support documentation. Earlier I went with other company got 100% of their estimated value. Just because it is not even 6 month old BMW tried AutoLoss. She charges more, customer service was very bad. She talks harsh and won't listen. Very upset with this company writing review to save others from them.

Very fast, friendly service when asked to appraise my 2017 Harley that was totalled. Insurance company was low-balling me on the price. Monica's experience and expertise added approximately 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS to the payout.
