First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.

Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.

I ordered floor mats from that company they send me wrong one so i decide to return them and then the problem started. I called customer service maybe 20 times each time waiting 30-40 minutes. When someone finally picked it up, they didn't know what to do. Finally one of the customer service representatives told me they will going to send me a return label. After 3 weeks nothing showed up. So i called again and after 40 minutes of waiting another customer service supervisor told me they aren't going to send return label becuase I made the mistake during the ordering. I strongly disrecommend this company to everybody.

Bought a Push bar from them for my silverado for 243.00 They sent me a dodge one and the box was beat up and all the hardware seemed like it was just thrown in the box then taped up. I sent it back and they charged me a 50% restocking fee and told me all the hardware wasnt there and gave me $121 refund! Scammers! I'm getting ahold of the attorney general. I feel very cheated

AutoTruckToys web site said item was available and ships within 2 days. Placed order 6:30am before they opened and they charged my credit card immediately. Checked the website after the order and the in stock didn't go down which was a bad sign. Waited 2 business days and never got a shipping notice. Online order tracker was down for 5 days and still is. Sent fax and they said the order wasn't received on there end till 12pm on that day I sent it. Then stated that it wasn't processed till the next business day. Called them and they said the needed a couple more days. Waited and called them back. I asked customer to call the warehouse and ask them if they have it in stock and to please email me back. They did not contact me back. Called customer service again and they said probably the next day. Called them the next day and they said probably the next day. 11 days latter and item never shipped.

Ordered a programmer on the 5th because it was in stock. Apparently it wasn't now it won't ship until the 15th and around another 3-5 days for it to get here. Not a email or phone call to update why it was taking so long I had to call and wwsrw

This company sends out the incorrect merchandise then charges you when it is sent back saying it was damaged. Worse company ever... Would not be surprised if they have several law suits against them.

After two months since order was made, no shipment or even tracking number. They don't answer phones, no email response trying to cancel order. Just place their charges on dispute at PayPal credit.

These guys SUCK! Stay away! Enough said, your stuff will come broken if it even actually shows up... I called 6 times and it sounds like a party in the background who the hell runs this business?

Ordered a $64 fuel door replacement on Mar 29.1st call. Said warehouse closed down 300 orders on backorder would be 3weeks that was Apri 20,2nd call on May20 still.no parts, told them to cancel order and give me a refund on my card, As of today still no refund 7/12..

They are so unproffesional! They really are an absolute crap company! They were quick as anything to snap up my money for a keychain and some LED dome interior lights for my dodge magnum. But then after a month, nothing had shipped! Customer service was an absolute joke! Kept saying, 'oh its shipped, wait, it ships the 11th, wait, the 18th, wait, we don't know...!' Like, what?! Its a key chain! After a month and a half i finally received the key chain and almost 2 months in now waiting on the LED dome lights! Same excuse they gave you, oh they are on backorder...! Nobody order from this site! You have been warned!

Ordered truck bed cover for a 2017 Tundra, the money came out of my account very quickly, but never received the cover. Been waiting over 3 months for a refund. These people should be in jail..

Why do I have to pay for shipping parts back, when they did not fit and not all the parts came to install them anyway? Would give no stars if possible!

They sent me the wrong mirrors so I returned them. It has now been 3 weeks and no return. I even got an email ** saying she returned the money to the credit card which was an out right lie. The credit company has no such refund and filed a dispute. DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.

I purchased a Chrome grill for my 1993 GMC C1500 from this company through Amazon. It took me a few weeks to get my mechanic to install the product and after installed we found that the product was defective and not representative of the part that was displayed online. I requested to return this grill for one that was in the correct condition and they were unwilling to make it right with me, stating that the order was over 30 days and was not polite in their conversation with me. DO NOT PURCHASE PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS AND HAVE A BAD ARROGANT ATTITUDE AFTER YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered item on July 4th now its August 22nd still no item. Had to paypal involved to get my money back. To bad there not a zero rating.

Words cannot begin to describe my frustration with this company. There is SO much wrong here. 1. No tracking numbers through the shipper (I. E. FedEx, UPS, etc.) only their "in house" tracking, which is terrible. 2. Your product takes FOREVER to arrive. 3. When your product does finally arrive, it will most likely have some sort of damage through shipping, be the incorrect part, or both, 4. Now that I mentioned incorrect parts... Their return service is TERRIBLE. They sent me a prepaid packing slip to send the incorrect part back to them, but they mislabeled the weight, so I had to cover the difference. Waited 10 days as specified by the shipper to be received by the company. At day 14 they emailed me with a confirmation stating they had received the product and my return order will be "processed" in 7-10 business days. Oh, no need to put a rush on a mistake you made, nah I'm sure the customer won't mind waiting. 12 business days later I call the company having not received an email with my correct part being shipped out, and they tell me "the part will ship out today" meaning, if that is in fact true, I will have had to wait for my part to arrive for a total of 7.5 weeks. Almost 2 months. And 1/2 of that time was in the return process. Needless to say, this company's team is not winning, they are completely useless in helping customers, and based off of this sites reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so. I recommend you stay away from these guys. Save yourself the trouble.

I ordered some nerf bars for my truck, hardware was not compatible, spent half a day running around to find hardware that would work. Next, I order a bug deflector. The one I order is a low profile one that dips down and wraps around headlights on my dodge ram. They send me this most basic high profile one that only covers center third of the hood. I talk to cust service, say I can send it back but I have to pay for return shipping even though they admit that they were wrong, they throw at me the FINE PRINT: PICTURES ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION ONLY, ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY BE DIFFERENT. Really? Too bad as I will now shop elsewhere for the other thousands of dollars I'm looking to spend on my new truck. All because they don't want to pay for shipping for their mess up.

This company is a joke! Ordered mirror covers for my 2010 f150 on may 18th and received them on June 30th, my Kids ordered vent shades for me on fathers day June 12th, today is july 18th and still no sign of our order. Stay away from this Company.

It takes a week just get your product to ship. I cancelled my order. They gave me refund, unfortunately I never got it so my credit card company had to go after them.

Do not order from this company! Fraudulent!
They charge your account and do not ship their product and then NEVER refund you your money back!
When you file complains you get the same generic email...

This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Seat covers via FIA on order for 4 1/2 MONTHS. Called many times and were told every time that they had no idea when the order would be filled. Called and left a message for Barry Reveo (owner) describing problem and asking him to call me. No surprise - he hasn't called...
Called today and the Rep said they were in the process of REFUNDING MY PAYMENT AND CANCELLING THE ORDER without my agreement.
What the hell is going on with this company?
My advice is to stay away. It's a nightmare...

4 1/2 months! And Auto Truck Toys rep still can't even give me ANY IDEA when these FIA seat covers will arrive.
I'm in Back Order Hell and all I'm being told is that "you can cancel the order". I've been waiting a long time. I don't want to cancel - I want my order!
Not the answers I expected.
This is totally ridiculous.

They messed up my order when I got some KC HiLites on sale, the wiring harness and relay was included in the sale advertised on their website. I got everything in the mail very quickly, though the wiring harness was subpar and not KC HiLite OEM materia, and it was missing a relay switch. They did, however, use a KC on/off switch.

Long story short, a fuse to the lights kept blowing without the relay. I emailed as well as called autotrucktoys.com and they were already working on overnighting me a new harness along with a relay switch. I didnt get an email response yet though when I had called. Time will tell, but it may have been a error on the part of the manufacturer / so I might give them the benefit of a doubt when the new relay and harness arrive at my door.

They send wrong part and will not RMA, barely opened the box... $900 lost, called them multiple times and thhey will not take back wrong part they sent, called bushwacker and bushwacker will not refunnd without them taking it first...

Ordered mud flaps they said on there web site they would fit my 2016 dodge power wagon they tried to make it like it was my mistake I had to pay for shipping back tried to call the manager Justin he never returned any phone calls they are a scam and I will be reporting them to the BBB I will never order from them again

I ordered a Willpak Dodge Charger Astra hood scoop for my 2006 R/T and waited weeks for it. They said I couldn't cancel the order because I ordered it painted. I followed the manufactures installation directions to the letter and it looked really good until I drove the car. After about 100 mile, while driving on the highway the f------g piece of s--t blew off the car. Thank God it didn't hit another car. I called Autotrucktoys who gave me some line of bull---- about the return/refund/replacement being up to the manufacturer. Still waiting for an answer. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
