First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.
Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.
Its too bad there are so many bad reviews here. I was nervous after placing an order and finding this site... but everything turned out great. They drop ship form manufacturer and when I needed to call, Dora was nice, apologetic and when she said the third item would arrive on what day... it did!

Searched everywhere for a bug deflector. They had one for my truck and I got 20%off. I didn't even know about the discount but the woman in customer service found it for me. Best experience calling an online site!
I bought some Weathertech window visors for my wife's car, and they arrived 4 days later. We had to wait a day or two for the weather to warm up a bit, but they installed easily and looked great. A couple weeks later, both of the rear visors lost their "sticky" and kept falling out. I called the customer service number and explained what had happened. I was told that a set of rear replacements would be sent out as soon as possible. About 5 business days later, I had my replacements in the mail, just as I had been told. I will continue to buy products for my vehicles from this company!

The product was shipped fast, but they double charged my account -- 1 time for the orginal price and another time for the price match. This really puts me in a bind. I had planned on using the money for my vacation. I have called them 8 times and they are friendly and promise to do something, but don't follow through or return phone calls as promised.
I am not very vehicle smart- needless to say I was needing a truck part for my husband since Fathers Day is right around the corner. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who was wonderful to me. He helped me pick out the perfect set of side steps. I got my tracking number this morning and I placed the order YESTERDAY! Wow! I will be using these guys again because they took the time to help me get the perfect gift even if I was clueless about pickup trucks!
I ordered a part for my truck on August 4th. 3 weeks later I had heard nothing. So I cancelled the order. It is now September 2nd and I still have not received my refund. This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with and will not EVER again. Expect a 15 minute wait to speak to someone every single time you call.
They charged my card and then told me they could not get the seat covers only after I contacted them after one month. They keep responding to email but have not refunded money after 3 months. Horrible.
Ordered a part from them, but because they use 3rd parties which is all handed down they will not claim any responsibility. I can only imagine what their return policy is like. Hopefully I will I get screwed too badly in this
Ordered over $2000 worth of parts on 4/9. After 3 weeks of nothing I called and they said the orders would ship in 10 days. Waited 2 more weeks 5/23 and called again. They said aid they could not fill orders and a refund would be issued. It's now 6/12 and I still have not gotten a refund. They've had my money over 2 months and nothing to show for it. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Don't know how they can still be in business
Well I wont buy anything from this company again they make you pay shipping on items that you return over half this price of the item to ship back called and they said this is our policy well I will shop locally and keep my item
They failed to honor their (1year)price match guarantee on a purchase I made same day. Thus, not only did I cancel that order for $475. They also lost my business on another order I just made earlier same day for $1300, plus any and all future business for items such as shocks, headers, etc., for well over $3000+. Bad business, suggest you should retrain your employees about false advertising laws and such business practices.

These guys are great! I ordered a lift kit for my Ford pickup truck. The shipping was super fast. I couldn't beat the pricing they offered and their site was amazingly easy to use. Will be using these guys again. Awesome!
Ordered step plates for my 2006 dodge ram 1500 they came on time as promised the only problem the nuts were missing called customer service the sales rep was very friendly and said he would send the nuts out as soon as possible very couterious service. Would buy from them again if I need anything.
Worst logistics I have ever encountered. Purchased a bed liner on Jan 3,2019 and it is now April 15,2019 and I have not received it. I have had multiple calls with statements that it is on back order and they have over 500 in this status. I never received one call or notification and item was to shipped in a "timely manner".
Do not buy from this company!
I ordered my 3 piece aluminum Aries rear bumper in mid March. 4 days later I received JUST the center section, my first thought was I had pushed my luck too far and would now be snake biten like so many other reviewers. I called and a coding error was found quickly and I received all the pieces I needed quickly. Friendly customer service, lowest prices on the internet.
They may have had issues in the Past but, as far as I'm concerned this is a good company, they have re-committed to customer service and turned over a new leaf!
After a full week with no shipping date I contacted them only to find that they couldn't fill the order. Cancelled my order and was told by a very unfriendly rep that a credit would be issued in 7 - 10 days. After 13 days and still no credit, I contacted company again and was told that, due to very many disputed claims, my credit would have to wait for at least another 2 weeks. Contacted my credit card company and had them handle the problem. "Very many disputed claims"... sounds like this outfit is nothing but trouble. Easy to get complacent with internet orders. This outfit has woken me up and I will check reviews before ordering from another company that is new to me.
After reading some advice related to these nerf bars I was able to successfully install the nerf bars on my truck and they look great.
The advice on Amazon.com that helped me out was the fact the passenger rear and driver rear hangers are mis-marked and need to be swapped for the holes to line up.
I still do not appreciate the customer service reps attitude when I initially called and told him the hardware was wrong for my truck so I'm only giving them 3 stars.
The 2016's need the retrofit kit for the drivers front bracket and bolts to fit this model of truck.
Made the mistake of not reviewing this company before I ordered some trim. They sent the wrong trim, I returned it and they said it was "damaged" and would not refund my money, and told me to collect insurance off of it. Could not collect insurance without the product, but Autotrucktoys wouldn't answer their phones, return my calls or return my messages. After doing more research on this company based on what former customers and even employees, what they did to me is the norm for them. These guys are a family of crooks and thieves and need to be treated as such
They will not refund when you have a problem. They WILL give you email after email telling you they are working on it. I has been since 12/28/18 and to this day NO refund. Look at dates in the screen shots. Judge for yourself if they are a honest company. I strongly believe they are a China based company.
Don't order from these people they make it sound like they want to help when there is problem but they just push you off call after call. I am still waiting for a refund after four months and they just ignore me. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will look to see what I can do to file a complaint in their State. Don't believe a word they say.

Sunday night I ordered some WeatherTech floor mats for a birthday Friday. I was pretty sure I ordered too late to get them here in time. Imagine my surprise when early Tuesday morning they arrived on my doorstep in Seattle. They were exactly what I ordered and in time to wrap for a birthday party. A new customer for life.
I ordered a front hitch mount on Feb 9th and was charged that same day. More than 3 weeks later and four phone calls to customer service all I get are vague hopes that it will go out this week or next. Sonya, who is apparently a customer service supervisor, did not return my call. When I reached her on my next call, she said " that's all the shipping department can tell me". This from a company with less than 3 dozen employees.
I wouldn't even consider ordering from AutoTruckToys again.
This company is terrible ordered truck window vents an they charged me twice then I never received the items I bought an they kept telling me they would put it in rush delivery an it never came it has been over 6 months ago they are thieves.
I ordered door edge guards for my truck. 1 day afterwards I was shipped out to the Middle East. 3 months later I got back and checked the door edges. They sent the wrong ones. They said they wouldn't take them back because I missed the 30 day return window.
They don't give a crap that you serve your vompany and can't always work on their schedule.

I ordered a $530 set of fender flares for my husband's truck, one week later I had not recieved shipping information. So I called and spoke to a Linda. She informed me they were on backorder. I asked her to refund my money. She said they would. Two weeks later still nothing and will not answer their phones or return emails. I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back, and cancelled my Visa card. They are a fraud! And pieces of crap! Do not order from them!
