First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.
Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.
I can assure you that the reviews on this site are real and I'm positive that any good reviews are written by the company. I only wish I would have researched these guys first.
I received a confirmation and tracking number for a bug deflector on October 10... it is now the 21st. The first time I called to check on my order was the following monday, I ordered on a friday, and the lady I spoke to said it takes a couple days to process and can take up to 7 or 10 business days for delivery... OK, that makes sense. So today I decided to casually check on it and apparently the order was never placed and that it takes 4 days to make from the time of order. Obviously, I decided to cancel and then she said it would take 10 business days to get my money back. She sounded so nonchalant about all of this so I did the next logical thing, one I should have done before hand, and checked the reviews. I must say there are an overwhelming amount of negative reviews in response to... wait for it... the exact same thing that is happening to me. So I can only logically conclude that I won't get my money back easily but I can assure you I will get my money back.
Just to put things in perspective, I've ordered a wheel, tire, $200 dollars in decals, tranny mount, "oh, $#*!" handles and some other stuff from extremeterrain.com in the same amount of time it took for me to find out they can't even send me a $#*!ing bug deflector. Pathetic!
WOW -- talk about the need to do your research! I ordered a set of Chevy Silverado Tow Hooks from this website 12/4/2013 -- today is 1/31/2014 -- no truck hooks and no credit to my account, despite SEVERAL contacts to the company! Not one message from them re: the status of my order - no contact from them that the product would be delayed (missing Christmas no less!), no word about the fact that it supposedly takes them more than a month to "refund" when the order has been cancelled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY -- EVER! If I could give this company ZERO stars, it would be well deserved.
I placed an order by telephone, with this site on 8/26/2013 for a OEM H3 Hummer chrome louver GM*******. The girl sais they did not stock this item and would order it from GM, and it would drop ship from GM 8/28/2013. A week later I called to see if the item was shipped, they said it was not but the had my e-mail and would inform me when it was shipped. Three weeks passed and I called back, they said the part was B/O from GM and they did not knoe when it would be shipped. I cancelled the order with them and ordered it from A local GM dealer, had the part two days later for $10.00 less. Auto truck toys is a joke, I would NEVER buy another item from them.
I ordered a bra for my 98 jeep, after not receiving it for literally weeks, and after no communication from autotrucktoys.com except for when I contacted them. I called to cancel my order. Its been 2 weeks and I still have not my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from these folks if you have, don't hold your breathe waiting on your product,, I purchased Chrome window visors, they claim to be a affiliate of Stampede and AVS who makes Stampede products they are not,, they are a 3rd party,, and will gladly sell you a product and than they never ship it they just take your money,, I have been fighting with them since March of this year to get the product I ordered,, They keep telling me it is in back order,, 1 Call to AVS and Stampede confirmed these parts are not in back order they have them on the shelf,, This company actually canceled our order when they could not get the product with out permission and just never refunded the money,, I finally just got the refund and we are in June,, what a low life company, selling products that they do not have access to with no intent to provide them, BUYERS BE WARE, do not make a purchase from these folks, be my advice

I ordered a bull bar for my 06 Ram 1500 and after 2 weeks of it not shipping I cancelled the order and yet another 2 weeks I am still waiting for it to post on my credit card. The day I cancelled the order I ordered one from autopartswarehouse.com and received the part within days and has been already installed before they can even credit my account!
No stars. Sold car mats that did not fit and their solution is " cut them to fit ". Cost half the price of the mats to return and they refuse to refund that.
So on 10/21 I finally got tired of waiting for the parts I ordered. I wrote Justin an email requesting a refund and I told him that I'm going to call my credit card company and report them for fraud. Until then, they finally after all this BS did they ship the parts from Westin. Except that it didn't go to my house, it went to autotrucktoys in Paris TN, it arrived Friday 10/23. So on Monday, I have to call, just to stay on top of this, because I know it wasn't shipped Friday. I'm sure that they are nice people, Laura seems nice over the phone, but in the business world, nice gets you nowhere. You have to be efficient, diligent, and professional, and most importantly have the ability to execute a task. Now it's seems from this site that they drop balls everywhere. I'm not sure what's going on. But I will call, and I'm sure they are going to tell me that it's on the process of being shipped, and I'm sure they'll just sit there. I will also on Monday call my cc company and dispute the charges. I'm done waiting. I could of put this on my truck already, a month ago had I went to the right company. I'll keep reviewing. Nobody should have to go through this for a purchase. I hope everyone reads this.

I ordered 4 spark plug wires for my PT Cruiser. They were backordered and when they finally arrived they charged and sent me 4 "sets" of spark plug wires. They have refused all communication to resolve this issue. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
This company has the worst ratings for a reason. I ordered a product many days ago. I checked yesterday, and they said the order had not been processed! This is days after paying for the product. This morning, I received an email that the "label had been created". I emailed and followed it by a phone call. "Keena" answered the phone (she seems to be the only one who ever answers) and threatened me that she would charge me if I did not take the item and claimed it was already shipped! Really? Yesterday it wasn't processed. Today, the label had just been created. And suddenly it was shipped? She threatened me that she would charge me. I told her that I would contact the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. "Keena" said she was documenting what I said and trying to intimidate me.
I called again, and yes, again "Keena" answers. I asked to speak to a manager. A guy who did not identify himself professionally by any title said his name was "Jessie". "Jessie" said it was too bad, I could have cancelled yesterday (when it was showing it was not even processed) and that even though the label had only been created minutes ago, it was miraculously on a truck and heading out to me. Seriously?
This is a charlatan company. Steer clear! They take days... post that it is not even processed, and when you want to cancel, it is suddenly "on its way." Really?

Ordered a brush guard for F350 truck has been almost two months with them saying next week next week next week and never happens call them today and they say they are canceling my order because the part is out of stock and won't be coming in at all I had also ordered a pair of rock Tamer mud flaps from them with the same problem with them finally telling me they were out of stock and won't be able to ship so I cancel that part but told them I want the brush guard now will not be getting anything from them and will never order from them again total $#*!s

I dont usually do this, but to anyone else that may make the same mistake we did, do not purchase from this company. Lowsy attitudes, poor customer service, and apparently inaccurate inventory status online as well. We purchased an item that was on sale for black friday/cyber monday. Got an email 4 days later stating the item was out of stock. We called and the lady had a rude snippy attitude instantly. We asked when the item would come back in stock, they dont know. We asked about alternative items, and were told to just pick something and call back and they'd see if they had that in stock. We asked about the price differences since they werent on sale anymore, and we'd have to pay current price. We asked why since this was not our error, and no attempt was made to offer any resolution, it just is what it is and possibly because they are updating inventory systems, but they dont know and it didnt matter, the price would still be whatever it currently is. What a way to treat your customers!
Bottom line, we can pay the higher price somewhere else, that actually WANTS our business and we gladly will before we attempt to buy ANYTHING else from here.
I ordered grill inserts in Nov. Through a diff company that was having them shipped directly from this company. They didn't bother to tell me that they were backordered and then didnt bother to tell me they decided to cancel my order. Then i tried to order them directly from this site and they sent me a confirmation e-mail that it was to shipin 3-5 days. 7 days later I called for tracking info and they discovered not until then apparentlly that the item was discontinued so they said the very same day they were going to ship out a similar item. I called 3 days later to get tracking info again and they haven't even processed my order after guarenteeing me that it would be shipped the same day as i ordered it for all of their mistakes. WTF Very Dissappointed... wish I woulda saw this site before I ordered!
