First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.

Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.

These people are interested in one thing only and that is getting their grubby hands on your money. Nothing resembling customer service, ridiculously long delays, or outright lies follow the payment to these middlemen, who seem to carry no inventory except a vast reservoir of BS to feed you when you ask where your goods are. I paid nearly $700 for some PUTCO items on a site holding itself out as PUTCO SALES, which turned out to be AUTOTRUCKTOYS which in turn proved to be something called REVEL ENTERPRISES. I waited over a week to even get an order confirmation, which I got only after I called REVEL and demanded it, was told that the items were to be shipped 2 weeks after the order and I have yet, now 5 weeks down the road, to receive all of the items. They are now, according to the supplier PUTCO, due to be shipped. As it turns out, PUTCO doesn't even make their own stuff. Where does this nonsense end? From now on, I'll have my stuff direct from manufacturers or fabbed up locally. Sure, it'll cost more, but at least I'll know who I'm dealing with and where the stuff is being made. I wouldn't be surprised if PUTCO stuff is being made outside of the US. Bottom line, stay away from AUTOTRUCKTOYS, PUTCO SALES & REVEL ENTERPRISES unless you enjoy delay and BS.

I'm building a Jeep for my wife, so I ordered a part from them on April 7th. She will need the car by April 26th so I had more than enough time to get everything and put it on. EVERYTHING that I ordered (even parts from China) arrived before this part. I chose this place because it was in the USA. I eventually got worried because it was the 20th and no parts arrived. I checked the order email and it stated that it would ship out on the 21st. Wow, they need 2 weeks to walk a part over to UPS. Okay, well... They have no method by which to actually track anything so I called on the 25th because there is no reason it shouldn't be here... Turns out, it was delayed until the 28th and no email to update me. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a song and dance about how their departments need to talk to each other before they could do that. Luckily paypal and American Express don't play that game. This place is a joke. Horrible customer service. Horrible ordering system. I called up WWW.CJPONYPARTS.COM and they next day rushed me the part which they had in stock and ready to go.

Tip for consumers:
RUN AWAY.

Nearly 2 weeks since I placed my orders and it STILL hasnt shipped. I called to cancel and the girl was EXTREMELY rude. DONT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! SAB AFWY

They sent me an open package that didnt fit then fought me on the refund. They only refund 50% when they screw up...

Sent me the wrong parts, then when i returned them they sent half of my money back. CROOKS, STAY AWAY. Will be getting a lawyer!

I recently bought Chrome Door Handle Covers (ABS Plastic)through autotrucktoys.com/revel enterprises inc. I bought them solely because the price was good and because of how they are advertised on the website by picture. Picture does state in fine print at the bottom, "actual product may vary from picture". Well they fooled me. The product I purchase was a chrome door handle cover, but what they fail to inform you of when you're purchasing it that the style and design of the door handle changed and would not match the style currently on the vehicle you own. I have Chrome Door handle covers that are all smooth, one broke and I wanted to replace it. What I received was a chrome door handle cover but it was not smooth as advertised. It had three designs/style differences on it than what is advertised. Advertised and described was a smooth chrom door handle. What is produced, sold, and shipped by autotrucktoys.com has two lines down the center of the cover and a thumbprint mold. Not a huge deal but it does not match and it is not what is advertised on the site. Other sites clearly show that the particular item in the advertised picture is no longer available. I will not ever buy anything from autotrucktoys.com again. I was a first time purchaser of the site. When I called customer service I spoke with a woman by the name of Valarie. She didn't have an answer for me, simply said "We don't always know what is being shipped". Not happy with such an uninformed answer I decided I would email the support service. This is the funny part. The same woman, responds to the email to inform me that she has asked around about the product and that model was no longer available. Terribly poor service and information. I would look elsewhere to purchase truck accessories and be sure autotrucktoys/revelenterprises inc. is not involved.

I had damaged the vinyl cap on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 so I went searching for a new one. I had zero experience with this website prior, but decided to give them a shot. They had pictured on their website bedrail caps and a tailgate cap, the tailgate cap was pictured as the part that I needed. They had a drop down on their website to specify whether you wanted the bedrail caps or the tailgate cap, I selected the tailgate cap. The shipment came and I received the bedrail caps. I called and they issued a return label and I shipped the wrong parts back and they sent the tailgate cap. Well, it was not what was pictured on the website. So I called back and explained the situation. They asked me to send pictures so I did. The pictures showed the part that they sent next to the part that was already installed on my truck. The woman claimed that the part they shipped looked damaged, I said no, that is the part that is installed on the truck already that was damaged, which is the reason I am making this purchase to begin with. I send a picture of their website with the part I thought I was getting circled and said this does not look like what was sent to me, so your website is misleading. All i received was an email with an RMA number and instructions to ship back on my dime and a link to the return policy, and the link didn't even work. I have yet to receive my refund. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN, TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

My fiancé paid about $700 for some stepbars on 3/14/19 we received the bracket kit about maybe 5 days later but thats all that ever shipped! Waited a week and he calls they say it needs a specific truck to deliver them to us. Well waited about 2 more weeks with nothing he calls them yet again this time apparently their excuse which ive seen in some of these other reviews are they are transitioning from one facility to another. Complete lies all around well totaling 2 months later we call to cancel well got an email saying our order was cancelled and a refund will be processed on May 7th. So we sent the bracket kit back with the RMA they had given us the product had reached their facility on june 20th at 10:11AM. We figured that would be that they would process it and we get our money back. Nope he called and the lady tells him it will take 3-5 business days Well going on day 12 July 8th and nothing! Multiple phone calls and 2 emails no response. If you havnt received your product talk to your bank as this is a fraudulent charge they are not responding anymore and are just hoping we go away! Well we are a young family and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people! Like my headline says do not buy from this place! They are crooks ill be leaving nasty reviews wherever I can about this place!
