First of all, I love their site and how easy it is to use. No jumping through hoops to find what you're looking for. Customer Service reps actually speak English and know what they are talking about. Good prices too. My husband buys a new truck every year so I get the duty of buying all the "cool" stuff he wants to put on it. Over the years I've used almost everyone but out of all of them, Auto Truck Toys is by far the most reliable and efficient.
Same as most others on here. Order has come in pieces with little expectation I will get the last part. I can't get a response other than note on tracking email that says "sent to warehouse for fulfillment." Never again... not from this sight.

I bought a bedliner for my brand new Dodge ram truck. It arrived badly damaged. I called and all seemed to go well. They told me that it is unacceptable and agreed to exchange it for another. 3 weeks past and still no bedliner. I keep calling them and they keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the manufacturer(no contact made). I then called the manufacturer myself and they said they never received any emails in regards to the issue. I did some research on auto truck toys and apparently everyone else has the same issue. Buyer beware this company is terrible. I paid for shipping insurance which they didn't honor so I just filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company and will be contacting the better business bureau and also local news station to see if they can expose these scam artists.
I bought a set of "in stock" magnetic mirrors, they took my money about 5 months ago, kept telling me they were on back order. Now I have been dealing with getting a refund. Crooked company for sure. Stay away
Ordered two light assemblies and had them prof. Installed. Driver's side badly warped leaving large gap. The ask for pictures and got them. Now, they want not only the warped side sent back, but the other side that fits great as well. Only then will they consider replacement--while my truck sits there with no light assemblies--unable to be driven. Then I chance getting defective parts for both sides at once--not to mention another installation charge. Buy elsewhere.
Despite advertising on their website saying that aftermarket mirrors would fit my 1997 F250, the product I received did not fit at all. They jacked me around on the return (originally would not pay for shipping label,) but did so many days later and only after I had already returned the product at my own expense.
They rejected my return. 21 emails and 9 weeks of wrangling and they sent me 4 poor-quality photos, allegedly of my mirrors, with no explanation. The objects they photographed were obviously badly scratch.
I had returned the items (again, at my expense) in EXACTLY the same shipping container/padding that AutoTruckToys had used to ship them to me.
These folks do a terrible job. It's amazing they're still in business. Don't let them rip you off too.
2010 dodge 2500 ranch hand front bumper, supposed to be in stock, there web site lied, on back order supposed to ship in 3 days, another lie. After 10 days I call they tell me all this, I cancelled order, requested a refund, been over a month, had to get my bank to step in, still waiting. Beware these people are not trustworthy.
We have been waiting for over a month. The site said it had my part in stock but after I paid two weeks later we receive an email saying they don't have it and never returned our money and nobody will answer the phone.
All I ordered was a fuel door and 5 weeks later it still has not showed up. I called, but did not get an answer for about 15 minutes, then when someone finally answered I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. When the customer service associate finally picked up again she told me that my item was still on back order and would not ship for another 2 weeks! I would highly recommend to stay away from this place unless you want to pay $15 for shipping and handling and wait 2 months or more to receive your item.

I purchased an Aries bull bar that came damaged. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting on my money to be returned. I will NEVER use this company again. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and they seem to make excuses for all the delays. Stay away from this site unless you want headaches and aggravation from a sorry company.
I"m just posting a review about how you guys took almost $400. Of my money and didn't refund me on a part that was back ordered. I would never again order anything from this company. 20 min. Hold to speak to anyone. They lied and email me that a refund would be issued almost 25 days ago. Still no refund.
I ordered a toolbox for my 2016 dodge ram and when I received it it was dented and scrapes all over it and when I called they offered me a $50 gift certificate in their own store. After many many many calls back I finally got them to refund me $50 back however the box still unserviceable the Dodge ram sticker in the middle of the box came off within the first week. Poor quality very expensive do not buy you can get something way better way cheaper somewhere else for customer service never return your calls you've been warned.
Over a week ago I had over $500 debited from my account for an order I placed paying through PayPal. This week I received another notice they were trying to take the payment out again and claimed they never received the money. After sending proof multiple times they still claimed they didn't receive it. Of course PayPal is fighting for me, but by the time I'm refunded it's going to be a month with the money out of my account. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and no kind of apology. I would 100% advise you to stay away from this company they are a complete fraud! I wish o had of seen the reviews. I wish them absolute failure in their future that is absolutely no way to treat a customer.
I ordered a set of rubber floor mats from them. Dark slate with Dakota logo on it, what I got was black ones that said DODGE on the side. Try to return it they won't refund the customs brokerage, want me to pay shipping to return it and a 15% restocking fee. Total bull$#*! will never order from them again.
I ordered some mopar accessories for my new ram and I am really pleased with the products and services provided by these folks. Placed my order on a tuesday and received in on thursday and got free shipping. Will be doing business again.

After 2 months of trying to return almost $1500 of merchandise I receive an email from the "customer service" MANAGER that "normally we do not accommodate return shipping assistance" What?!? What online vendor says that - ever?!? Buyer beware!
Placed order for $1,300+ brush guard early March. Never shipped tried contacting them 3 times after 45 min hold answered said they didn't have it and would have to look at other distributors. She asked did I want to cancel I said yes she sent email that refund was processing being they already charged my credit card. This is end of May still no refund. Filled dispute with card company 2 weeks now and still waiting. Had to wait 15 working days to dispute then I was told could take up to 45 working days or more if they appeal. Never dealt with such a poor business will be contacting the bbb. Stay clear of Auto Truck Toys. Linda with customer service does not answer her phone and no machine will pick up and after about 15 rings kicks you off.
The lack of professional customer service and satisfaction is on the low scale with this company. I ordered this product a month ago and have yet to receive my order. Every time I have called a customer service agent stated that they will be on top of this order as it is outstanding. I was given three separate dates that the product was shipped out but they never accounted for any of my calls or information on their call logs for the order. Instead of shipping the product out overnight to my residence, as they seem to not be shipping the product out correctly each time, I keep have the same revolving conversation with customer service someone will get back to me with an answer. Never again will I order from this company. Unfortunately I was purchasing a car piece for a family member and didn't do more research on the reviews for this site. Now I learned a lesson.
On 4/26/19 I purchased an item from Revel Enterprises/Auto Truck Toys for over $600. I tracked to order several times and saw no updates so I called and was told it was on backorder and I would be contacted on when it would ship. *********** assured me it would be sent. Never was and very poor communication. Cancelled the order May 30. After numerous calls & emails still nothing.
Submitted claim to Paypal 6/25/19
7/16/19 refund did not complete. They will not answer the phones or emails now.

Oredered some light mounting brackets for my jeep. I got a confirmation number waited a week to check the status because I paid for ground shipping. Went to check on my order with no info available. I just called them yesterday and it appears they don't keep anything in stock, they outsource their orders. While I'm on the phone she placed the order with a supplier out of Canada. I now have to wait another 2 weeks. What a joke! Overpriced, with terrible customer service. Never again.
Purchased a set of Aries step bars for my H3t, they were too short. Found out that Aries doesn't actually make step bars for the H3t they sold me a product that doesn't exist. So back and fourth with Kathy and finally got a return label. I did not pay for shipping, bars are sitting at warehouse and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. This has been over a month and it's not over yet. Horrible customer service. Would absolutely under no circumstance buy from them again.
Worst customer service experience in quite some time. I ordered a cargo bar for my pickup back in Oct 2013. My credit card was billed early Nov so I thought the product was on the way, boy was I wrong! I called the company the first time a month later after Thanksgiving holiday to inquire. I was informed that there was a back order but my product should be going out this week as more have arrived. Several weeks later I called back again as now Christmas was upon us and still no product. Again I was informed that my product was just shipped out and should be there by the first of the New Year. I called back at the end of the first full week of January 2014 only to again find out nothing has yet been shipped with the same excuse that the back order has not been filled. I asked why I had been lied to the past 2 times and berated them on their poor customer service. They were reluctant to refund my money and still wanted me to wait. The finally relented. Buyer beware!
I don't even want to give this company one star. It is that bad. I ordered tail light and head light covers for my fiance's dodge charger. The tail lights came in, but the headlights were put on backorder. It has now been two months since I made my order, and I have had no contact from anyone there, and I have contacted THEM twice. No call back, no e-mail, nothing. Even a call or e-mail to tell me that part of my order is still on backorder would be better than nothing. They clearly do not care about their customers. What a sorry excuse for a company.
Ordered Westin Grill Guard, order was processed easily, I received the exact product I ordered and am overall very happy. The shipping seemed a bit extreme was around $150 but with the electronic coupon that was on the site it ended up paying for the shipping. Took about 2 weeks to receive it.
At first i rated this company as a 1. But changed rated a 2 with carefull thinking. 1st- ordered the sway bars from autotrucktoys and should have just went to helwig directly for customer service issues. Never recieved ANY type of email to show that my order was filled, made, recieved, shipped, packed, NOTHING! I was told that the sway bars were getting shipped from the "cali" wharehouse. Ok, i let it go for now. And i looked up the location of the helwig home-"cali"! 2nd- i got more info from the helwig site than the original site. Finally autotoys after contacting them on the 2nd week of no contact. Then i was told they were to ship that friday. Ok, i didnt say anything cause i already knew the real story. Well after no tracking number on the trucktoys site after 2 1/2 weeks i contacted helwig and got my tracking number and shipping date. So i didnt bother trucktoys anymore. Well i recieved my sway bars from the "cali" wharehouse and they worked great. Very happy with my helwig products. Save yourself the headache and wondering if you are gonna get shafted and go to the original site for customer service. There was never ANY tracking number or type of shipping listed. Never again...
