I ordered a quilted sunflower cotton throw quilt. It had a beautiful basket pattern quilting in the picture, with fluffy quilting. What I got was slippery, nylon material, printed, with no batting, just flat two pieces of fabric with ugly BLACK edge, with an ugly quilting pattern. The back is even slippery, pajama material in BLACK! NOT WHAT THE ORIGINAL PICTURE WAS! And now this site wont let me upload the comparison photo!
Stole my money. Never received my area rug. Took no responsibility. SCAMMERS. Said carpet was delivered. There was no street address on the tracking number. THIEVES

As everyone here and elsewhere has said, Azcozy is a total SCAM. I purchased a small rug on their website for $49.95. Shortly, I received an order confirmation email. Shortly after that, I received another email saying there was a problem with the order, but would receive 10% off for my trouble, with a link to my shopping cart to complete the order. Then I discovered the charges on my credit card, listing PayPal as the merchant. No mention of Azcozy. What actually happened is, a double-order of the same product, one at $49.95 and another at $45.95 (10% off). I immediately sent three "Cancel & Credit" emails to *******@azcozy (the only contact info listed anywhere). No response, so I disputed the charges on my credit card, had the charges reversed, only to be re-billed later due to documentation from PayPal showing delivery. What I received weeks after-the-fact was an inferior product, not like the website photo, in blank packaging with no paperwork or return address. They scam you with double-billing and then make it impossible to cancel or return. Wow! Filed a complaint with BBB, but only resolution now lies with PayPal. Haven't heard back yet.
Complain to PayPal. Complain to Facebook. Write on every review site you can find and make a note to self "always read reviews"!

Paid $69 for a Sunflower rug never got n asked 4 a refund or new shipment. Never got that either scam don't purchase from this site. They're on Facebook but it's a teap
I ordered what was advertised as a comforter and pillowcase set with a gaming theme for my 10 year old son, I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift to go along with the new bed he received. What I received (about 3 weeks later) was a full size cheaply made sheet and 2 pillowcases for $69.99. I went back to the site to request a refund, however there is not actual refund option on the site. I had to send an email to request a refund, which took 2 days to receive a response with the following message: "Hi, So sorry for the incident. Can you please send us a picture of the items, along with your order number? We'll check your order and the image to find way to solve this problem. Cheers, Anna", mind you the order number was included in the initial refund request email. I then received a second email with the following message: "Hi, So sorry that it frustrated you. We would like to refund you 30% value of the product and give you a promo code to discount 30% for the next time you shopping with us. Please accept our sincere apology. We will find way to improve quality of our product. Once again, I'm so sorry for this incident. Cheers, Melinda". I don't want a 30% discount code, I wouldn't purchase anything from this site again if it were being given away for FREE. The products are absolute garbage, shipping is the slowest I've ever encountered, and receiving a refund is impossible. This website is a complete SCAM!
This company is a complete scam, fraud. I ordered a "handmade Kona quilt" I received nothing more than a cheap moving blanket with a copy of the quilt. Do not buy from this company.
Wow what a cheap piece of $#*! I received! It's a thin piece of stamped foam and they call that a rug. Run, run fast from this company - do not do business with them!
Answer: They are legitimate scam! Paid 89.00 for a piece of foam with a picture on it. Not a rug. Could be an over lay on a love seat. Not worth 89 cents. I hope they shut this site down
Answer: I got zero help through PayPal. Told me to ship it back. The cost to ship it back would be as much as what I paid for the horrible merchandise.
Answer: I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent.
