I ordered a product October 2nd. They billed my credit card right away before shipping. It's now October 16th and nothing has been shipped. I've been scammed! Calling my credit card company.
PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED is the real name of the company, located in China. The have a mailbox only in USA operated from a UPS Maibox store in Texas, no local phone either. If you are unsatisfied with their shabby merchandise there is no returns uinless you want to ship to China... $$$$ The operators are deceptive and send you emails that tell you extra care is being made, production is happening... all because its being shipped from China ( unknowest to you) after ordering the product, to keep you from cancelling. The trick is that you cannot dispute the charge nor afford the return to China and they have your money!
CONTEST THE CHARGE AND THE MONEY WILL BE BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT IN ABOUT A WEEK. YOU HAVE 90 DAYS TO DO THIS SO HURRY. USE THE SITE REVIEWS AS DOCUMENTATION.
Ordered a rug, which isn't a rug at all and when I asked about returning it, all I got was you have to send back to CHINA. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
The lap quilt I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed customer service x3 with no response.
Don't waste your money.
First this company is scamming you, when they get enough bad reviews they change the name of their company. One name is KAYLEEANDTIPED and another name is AZCozy. There are other names just please research because you will be left with an expensive, unusable piece of crap. Ordered a beautiful turtle king size quilt made of Brushed Kona Cotton. Received something that is supposed to resemble a turtle, it's stamped on this horrible nylon material. Contacted AZCozy and first they offered me $30 to keep this piece of junk. I filed a claim *******@Paypal.com and they sided with this horrible company, they want me to ship this crap to CHINA at my expense which would cost $70. Why do I have to send it to China when I ordered it from Texas? Seriously, google this company's reviews, Not one person is happy with their purchase. If they offered $90 refund it still would be a rip off to pay $10 for this hideous excuse of a "quilt".
UPDATE; I just found out the address this company is advertising as their own is NOT theirs, it's a website company that has received many calls about AZCozy.
Lesson learned! Always read the reviews!
Scammers! No phone, no response, no legitimate tracking. Been 6 weeks and package has not arrived!
First photo is what I got, second photo is what I ordered. The colours are poor, the material is poor and the quality is poor!
If I could give zero stars I would. Their items are not as pictured. Quilts are basically printed fabric that could pass for moving blankets.
This is a total SCAM! The cheap blanket I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a King size quilt and they mailed me a super cheap thin piece of material (I am not exaggerating) with a horrible looking pixelated picture that has random shapes and awful colors, when the picture of what I ordered was a beautiful quilt with flowers. The add said handmade quilt and the company even sent a few emails saying that the "quilt" was being made. What a joke and the icing on the cake is the company has no phone # listed in their contact information.
The company even has an Alert on the Better Business Bureau Site:
CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS
Misuse of BBB Name and/or Logo:
Although this company is not an Accredited Business of the Better Business Bureau, they advertise to be an Accredited Business in their company website. The BBB has asked this practice cease. The BBB is seeking legal assistance to protect its name and trademark.
I typically always check reviews and this time I didn't I'm praying this company gets shut down ASAP, what they are doing to people is absolutely awful! I have reported them to PayPal and my bank has been notified.
Answer: They are legitimate scam! Paid 89.00 for a piece of foam with a picture on it. Not a rug. Could be an over lay on a love seat. Not worth 89 cents. I hope they shut this site down
Answer: I got zero help through PayPal. Told me to ship it back. The cost to ship it back would be as much as what I paid for the horrible merchandise.
Answer: I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I didn't receive what I purchased, if you didn't either then get your money back, let the bank sort it out, and put these scum bags out of business :)
Answer: This person's comment is 100% accurate. Azcozy enjoys scamming people. The product was just that, a piece of foam with a very poor picture on it.
Answer: Forget about it - your money is GONE. This company is a SCAM!
Answer: Coupons are bogus. Just like them! You will either not receive item, or receive wrong item and they keep your money... either way you lose!
Answer: Good luck! They will dilbertly ignore your emails to cancel... until money is processed. Then send you wrong item, and only refund you 30% back.
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. If you have, write to the Federal Trade Commission - File a claim online. Write to your states' BBB - file a claim online. Write to your states' Attorney General Office - file a claim online.
