I purchased two items from this company. Their website says they are located at *******-B Hazelhurst Dr. Houston, TX ******* USA, but I think they are in China, as that is where they wanted me to send my defective product back to. I purchased a cotton bedspread set for $59.95 + $10.00 shipping and a round carpet for $69.95 + 10.00 shipping. I did receive a refund for $5.95 for shipping costs because I spent over a certain amount of money. I paid via paypal. I waited about 1 month before I received the products. Both were defective and not as described. The carpet was a foam mat about 1/4" thick and was defective, had white sploches all over it and it was the worst quality. No carpet at all, just foam. Carpet is woven fabric, not foam. The cotton bedspread was defective, white lines, going through the material and the colors were all blurry. It was not cotton bedspread, but two sheets sewn together. I tried to resolve with the company, with two different people, recieved the same generic email response from both of them. That said: I'm so sorry that you didn't like it. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Could you please accept our apology and 30% refund for the order? Thank you so much" When I replied NO, i want my money returned in full as you did not provide me what your website shows and it's defective. I received another reply that said " You can return it to our return address here:
Address: No. 98WangDongNan Roadm SiJing Town, *******, Shanghai, China

I'm not spending $75.00 to return it to China, especially when their website says they are located in Houston. They said I had to send it back to get a refund. So if I choose this option, i will be out another $75.00 for shipping it back. This company is a scam and is taking people's money and offering only 30% back. They offer no other resolution and stopped all email communication with me. I told them that is was unfair and that I would be sure to let people know not to order from them as they are scamming people out of their money.
It looked so beautiful, but then it came. $89 down the drain. It's like a blanket and had a misprint on it at that. I thought maybe with the damage they'd refund. They offered me 30%. I am mad... at myself for my stupidity.
I ordered a octopus "rug" and received and oversized foam blanket looking thing. Horrible! They offered me 20% off and when I asked to just send it back they told me to send it to Shanghai China, which it says I bought it from Houston Texas USA on the page I ordered it on. Scam!
First of all they charge your account before they even send you the product. They respond as if they are a robot. Would not let me cancel yet they hadn't even shipped it until almost 30 days later.
Unacceptable with only an email to contact
Ordered the what looked like a bedspread and pillow cases of a dog breed. It was 2 pillow cases and 2 sheets sewed together with a zipper in the end to put your own stuffing in it. They call it a blanket cover. Cheap. Their website show Houston Texas but it was shipped from china to the United States. Also my paypal account did not show Azcozy but payable to a Printabel Company Limited. Can not get my money back. SCAM SCAM!
I order a "rug" and what I received was a thin piece of foam with a picture on it. This is a total scam, and a joke. It's actually fraudulent on their part. I'm going to see what I can do about getting my money back.
Ordered a rug, which isn't a rug at all and when I asked about returning it, all I got was you have to send back to CHINA. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought... this so called rug. It's printed, cheap, thin... more like a blanket. I expected a rug. Colors were not what I expected either.
Kicking myself for falling for this. All these personalized emails came as it was being "specially created JUST FOR ME". Big tip off when it arrived folded into an amazingly small square, not rolled, as you would expect a rug to arrive. I can't tell you how super thin this rug is! What a joke. The perimeter was finished off by a kindergartener. Please do NOT waste your money!
It arrived today. Tijuana Velvet with a non-skid backing. Horrible. Colors are shockingly horrible. I would put it under my car in the garage, but my car would be offended. I'm thinking maybe if I put it out on the deck next summer the Douglas fir will drop pitch on it and the squirrels will scatter nuts on it and it will fade and go away into the night. Unfortunately, I never thought to read reviews before I ordered. I'd take a picture of it but it is too horrible to look at. I turned it over. The back side is better--has little black and white flowers.
I'm was ordered rug August 29 and just get September 21, when time we opened package we got poisons smelled ugly rug! I don't have words how I was upset. Please, never Buy this item!
None of the products match what the picture on the site shows. Pillow and comforter set where thin $#*!s sewn together with a single stitching and doesnt fit the size ordered, plus zipper is cheap and constantly comes off track. After reading up further they don't get the permission from the artist whose art work they steal to put on product. Best of all they say their items will arrive late due to stock being out, but it's really cause they are shipping from China when they site says the company is USA based.
If you try their customer service they'll admit their "mistake" on the product but only offer you 30% back or a coupon. If you pressure for a full refund due to their "mistake" they'll tell you to pay for shipping back to China. Paypal will also side with these scammers if you dispute on the payment side for product not as described because it's "close enough". Further more they reviews on their site appear to be fake and by them as no buyer can actually submit one
Wow what a cheap piece of $#*! I received! It's a thin piece of stamped foam and they call that a rug. Run, run fast from this company - do not do business with them!
You will get from China a rug that is cheap cheap replica of what they offer on the picture. I will not use even for the bathroom. And they sell it for a living room! Not even near of what it was on the photo. It is a trap. No refund will be offered. Stay away.
I paid $100 for whatwas supposed to be a livingroom rug, it was a cheap, thin rug that looks more like a blanket. Definitely not worth $100. Maybe a $20 cheap pad.,
One of thousand of quilt scams ran by VIETNAMESE THIEVES, they steal art images for their crap products that they push with facebook ads (my art included). They steal consumers money. You get complete junk or nothing. Sick of facebook taking these thieves sponsored ad $.
Answer: They are legitimate scam! Paid 89.00 for a piece of foam with a picture on it. Not a rug. Could be an over lay on a love seat. Not worth 89 cents. I hope they shut this site down
Answer: I got zero help through PayPal. Told me to ship it back. The cost to ship it back would be as much as what I paid for the horrible merchandise.
Answer: I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I didn't receive what I purchased, if you didn't either then get your money back, let the bank sort it out, and put these scum bags out of business :)
Answer: This person's comment is 100% accurate. Azcozy enjoys scamming people. The product was just that, a piece of foam with a very poor picture on it.
Answer: Forget about it - your money is GONE. This company is a SCAM!
Answer: Coupons are bogus. Just like them! You will either not receive item, or receive wrong item and they keep your money... either way you lose!
Answer: Good luck! They will dilbertly ignore your emails to cancel... until money is processed. Then send you wrong item, and only refund you 30% back.
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. If you have, write to the Federal Trade Commission - File a claim online. Write to your states' BBB - file a claim online. Write to your states' Attorney General Office - file a claim online.
