I ordered two rugs, one small and one larger. I expected them to be matching rugs for $140.00.The larger one is terrible because the resolution is too low for the art they used. I have asked for a credit, refund or exchange. They say they will refund once I return the rug to CHINA! Do you know what that cost? They are purposely "stealing" my money" for a substandard product apparently not even made in the USA. They do have an office in Houston, though. BEWARE, this is not a customer friendly company.
The photos on the site are very deceptive. They advertise them as cotton blend. In fact the pieces are not sown but printed on what feels like two sheets of plastic sown together. They said a refund would be very difficult and I would need to mail it back at my cost to China and the refund would take a long time.
I ordered a blanket that arrived and was nothing like what they advertised on their site. Its a cheap synthetic bedspread that probably cost $4 with a spray painted on fabric design on it. It advertised as a quilt. What gets me the most is that they have no direct way to contact them and I want to return it. If you use the email address on their website to contact them nobody contacts you back. Their address in Texas is a sham too - they are in China. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and our State Attorney General's office to report fraud.
I was looking for a unique comforter and AZcozy had what I needed and no other site did. I ordered and had follow up emails. Upon delivery, the comforter had several huge streaks of dye. I emailed company asking for replacement. They would not replace it and would only refund it if I paid to ship it back to CHINA! Only recourse is to reverse CC charge and post this
I got the rug that weight not more then a blanket, very thin, sides curling. Very cheap looking.The website showing USA address but they ship from china. When I send them a pictures of the item they agree to take it back but they want me to send it back to China with tracking # witch will be on my expense. Horrible, do not order, do not believe the beautiful pictures they showing.
The shipping was painfully slow. The product was of the cheapest quality. They had a misspelled word on the product (But instead of Butt). They tried offering me a discount when I complained or I could pay to ship it back to China. PayPal claim currently in progress.

It appears that this and under several other names, Chinese companies are stealing pictures and making horrible copies of the item to act like that is what they are selling. More than one company, or under one company with seames. It is illegal activity, and since this name can not be singled out. I suggest we all stop any further purchases of Chinese goods.
The item they sent does not look anything like the picture display on the website. The "quilt" is a piece of junk. They are not located in Houston - this comes from Shanghai China. The return address on the shipping label comes from a vacant building in New Jersey.
Ordered a rug that arrived 4 weeks late and was absolute garbage - really just a foam mat with an image screened on it. Went back to web site and reviewed - product description describes a soft pile, there is no pile... it is a foam mat! Do not deal with this company - website appears to be company from Texas - it is from China.
You will get from China a rug that is cheap cheap replica of what they offer on the picture. I will not use even for the bathroom. And they sell it for a living room! Not even near of what it was on the photo. It is a trap. No refund will be offered. Stay away.
Answer: They are legitimate scam! Paid 89.00 for a piece of foam with a picture on it. Not a rug. Could be an over lay on a love seat. Not worth 89 cents. I hope they shut this site down
Answer: I got zero help through PayPal. Told me to ship it back. The cost to ship it back would be as much as what I paid for the horrible merchandise.
Answer: I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I didn't receive what I purchased, if you didn't either then get your money back, let the bank sort it out, and put these scum bags out of business :)
