I was quite skeptical purchasing a renewed phone at first, I ordered the Galaxy S22 Ultra in the "Excellent" condition option for just $700 (compared to its $1200+ retail price)! When it arrived I was still worried at what I may have received, but to my surprise the phone was in flawless, brand new condition. The phone itself was still wrapped in its plastic adhesive, and everything about the phone was untouched. Additionally, although this is very uncommon, the phone came in its original box! Very very surprised by this order but extremely grateful I took the chance with it.

Back market is legit. I found Back market when I was looking to buy a used MacBook. It is the right place to buy used Apple products. I enjoyed my MacBook and Apple pen which I bought from Back market. The customer service is good and the shipping is fast.

First order. Desperately needed a new phone after wasting money on crap phones. Ordered a refurbished Galaxy S10e. Came in 2 days (free shipping). Excellent condition. Looks and works like a new phone. Love my new phone.

I bought a "mint" condition phone from them and it never worked. I bought a phone cause my was acting up. I received the box but got mine working so I decided to wait and give the phone to my son for Christmas as a good starter phone. I feel like ahit now cause he opened it got it turned on only for the screen to not work! I messaged them and basically got told it was my fault obviously I had to either get wet or drop it. So a phone that they sent sat in the box they sent it in and now im out my money and my sons gif because it couldn't be them. Never order from them!

First off I received an email from Backmarket on November 14th, stating an offer to sale your used tech for money. I had a 256 gig Ipad Air 4th gen, so I sent it to their refurbisher: Liberty Tech Group LLC. Now that they have my tech, I have yet to receive my $391 resale value promised to me because of my device's excellent condition. I have contacted Backmarket several times with no results, they do not want to accept any responsibility for the transaction. They will say go to the website and click on the ask for help button, but under the list of items that you have sold to them, there is no Ask for help button. At this moment almost 2 weeks later after they received my Ipad, I have not seen a dime. This is starting to look like a scam. I would say 1 thing to Back Market, when a customer does right by you, do right by the customer. I will never send anything to BuyBack Sales again, it is too stressful to get what's owed to you.

I purchased a Samsung Note 10 Plus 5g in December of 2021. I paid the higher price for an Excellent phone. When I received the phone it has visible damage on the bottom corner. I didn't think much about it until I dropped the phone and it landed on the same corner and the back glass broke. I believe this was in the first 30 days of owning the phone. When I contacted Back Market BM I was honest and the seller said that since I dropped the phone it was out of warranty. Now in July of 2022 my screen has gone black. (the screen glass is unbroken) I contact Back Market to find out if it is covered under their 1 year warranty policy only to find out the the entire phone has been declared "out of warranty." So now that I have a serious problem I have zero ways to get help from the seller or Back Market. I have contacted BM via there customer service number. I paid for an UNLOCKED Google Pixel 4a 5g at backmarket.com, But I received one that was locked to Xfinity Mobile. Xfinity would not unlock the phone unless I was a customer. They were the only ones that could unlock this device but would not. So I sent it back. I sent it back and now I'm waiting for my refund. Don't put yourself though this. Just buy direct from the dealer.

I got scammed and I strongly advise against using their platform, waste of time and money and the worst very bad customer service where they are only interested in money, delivery that takes a long time to finally never arrive I strongly advise against the use of this site for the purchase.

This month I have brought 3 refurbished mobile phone from Backmarket that seems quite good. I couldn't say how it will work until I use it but I am expecting I would definitely have positive experience. I would highly recommend to keep faith on Backmarket!

My Magic Mouse 2 was delayed because my computer autofilled my delivery address incorrectly. The delivery service sent it back. I contacted Back Market and they sent out another mouse before the first one even got back to them. It is in excellent condition and I can't tell it's refurbished. Great service, great product.

I made 2 separate purchases on Back Market an iPhone and a MBPro. Im very happy. Both times I opted for items in "very good: condition. The MBPro is a 2020. It was shipped quickly and the packaging was secure. I was amazed at the condition-- It was basically new. No blemishes/scratches and battery cycle count was 7. The iPhone, again was in very good condition- no noticeable scratches- It looked new. The phone came with an after market wire and no power block and no headphones. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Back Market in the future.

I bought a MacBook 13 inch in "good" condition and it exceeded my expectations. I just bought it for some light school work and now I use it for anything and everything.
Super happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone skeptical about backmarket and needs to buy something at a cheaper price.

Purchased a phone, promised 3 business days delivery, first sends a shipping invoice with ups, later we notice it has not been picked up. Contact them (backmarket, they sent us a link saying this us our seller, could take a day to contact.)

Seller contacts and gas switched shipper; and now us days late. Our choices" driver to Gainesville Florida to pick up at hub, only 8 hrs, drive away. Or cancel

We provided PICTURAe of cc, south dakota drivers license, proof of validated home address with FedEx. Nope.

Then called backstreet they can't help, thay are "just a market place facilator. In other words they skim but don't help.

I ordered an iPhone listed as in very good condition. When it arrived, it was even better than expected! The phone was like new! Unfortunately it wasn't unlocked and had to be returned. Back Market was there through every step in the process. Vinny and Kiara from Back Market stayed in touch, and the vendor, Upgrade Solutions, moved quickly to provide a full refund once the phone was returned. I was very impressed with the entire experience even though the phone didn't work out. I will be purchasing from Back Market again.

My budget was very limited but I needed an iPhone to easily and safely do mobile banking. As I was looking up certified refurbished iPhones, Backmarket's website came highly recommended. I checked it out and I was amazed at the variety of products. I had enough budget for an iPhone 7, categorized excellent or very good quality, and 128gb. Customer support gave me updates as I was awaiting the delivery. Because of some weird set up that all Fedex deliveries are converged in Tennessee, the iPhone coming from Las Vegas, took 2 days more from the ETA. But that was not too bad since the product came intact and in excellent condition as described. I've been using it for over a week now... sooo pleased with it. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket in the future!

My wife bought me an S20 from Backmarket. Initially I was impressed with the state of the phone until I realized that some the functionality was locked. I couldn't do any data transference from my old phone.

We struggle to contact customer support which wasn't helpful at all. They explain that I need to get permission from my company to do a data transfer. I explain that this was a personal phone and that all their instructions made no sense to me. After a couple of days we finally get a response to just send it back for a refund or exchange. I still needed a new phone so we went against our better judgement and requested an exchange and made this clear multiple times. After several days of no communication, my wife gets an email saying that her money had been refunded for her "Mac" device.

The whole experience was frustrating and the customer service was a complete joke. Just an annoying waste of time and I'm still shopping for a new phone.

I've purchased several items (2 cellphones & a JBL linkview + eco friendly case) from them and very pleased with everything I've bought. All of the items succeeded my expectations. And I have saved money buying from them as opposed to an open box from retail. And with their 12th month warranty and return policy it was more reassuring than Craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

Boy was I impressed. The phone arrived and it was in immaculate condition. It looked brand new. I got it quick and was immediately put to use in my carrier. No issues what soever. Very impressed with this refurbished phone. Will be purchasing another for the Mrs.

I was a little worried ordering from back market due to the fact that I had previously been scammed on eBay. I read lots of reviews and watched YouTube videos on other peoples experiences with them. I saw enough good quality content that made me believe that I'd receive the correct item in the condition that I payed for. The phone got here within 4-5 days with the standard shipping method. The seller I that I the brought the phone was from GadgetGone and I would say that it's a 11/10. Perfect Condition! Better than what I expected and I will highly recommend it.
