Exceeded my expectations. 100% will recommend. When I first found this site I didn't like the idea of refurbished but the price and 30day money back guarantee sold me... I'm so glad it did. I ordered my MacBook pro under the heading good condition and in my opinion it was in excellent condition.

They don't honor the 30 day return policy. Sent me a phone with a cracked back and a bad FaceID and blame me. Asking I pay 70 to fix the back and trade in as non functional because they won't fix the FaceID. All in all, I'll lose over $700 because they sent me a trash phone. Tampa tech trendz AND backmarket are terrible! I can't stress how shady this business is. Do not buy from them!

I bought a Samsung S10 and am very happy with it. I t was advertised in "good condition" and I couldn't find a scratch on it. Battery life is very good. Photos are nice. Everything work. Happy camper, here.

I bought a refurbished MacBook Air off of backmarket, and I was completely happy with my purchase. It was brand new, had no scratches, and works so fast! The cool thing was, everything was obviously set to factory settings, the storage was great, and it was an easy and fast set up. The box it came in was super secure and the MacBook Air even came with a case and keyboard cover, like whattt? I did get excellent condition for a few extra dollars but the total ended up being $343 and that's a great deal especially how this MacBook preformed and arrived perfectly. I totally recommend back market, just double check the seller you're ordering from, make sure they have lots of good or decent reviews, my seller was Simplymacs, thanks backmarket!

I recently bought an iPhone and iPad from them and although described as in "good" condition each looked and performed like new. Fast delivery as well. I've also bought iPhones from them in the past for my wife and me with the same experience.

Tried to make a purchase recently. Filled out the form. Stupid thing wouldn't accept my address. Tried contacting Backmarket. Useless. Tried contacting the seller. Also useless. Absolutely no help. You would think they would help so they can do some business. Nope. Total morons. I'll just buy a new one.

Faulty products. Appalling service.
Purchased as a present, not charged or opened until Christmas Day because of this.
The touch screen on the watch sent did not work at all following charging and the product had not even restored to factory settings as was locked with a pre-existing passcode (which couldn't even have been attempted due to touch screen not working).
Because of this it was returned within 14 days of being received (those 14 days including the Christmas period)
However the company are refusing to repair or replace despite having sold an unusable, and clearly not restored, product in the first instance.
The product is being returned and, whilst I could fix the touch screen at my own expense, this will not resolve the problem of the pre-existing passcode.
The 30day change of mind and 1 year warranty advertised have not been honoured.
Regard the company to be wholly disreputable.

Do not purchase anything from this company! I purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 at the start of September and it's given me nothing but trouble. The screen cracked after a minor incident about 2 weeks after I received it and I had to spend over £100 getting it fixed. Since then I've taken it into a repair shop 3 times as the phone has just switched itself off and won't turn on again. It's currently in the repair shop AGAIN! It's been an incredibly stressful time and cost me over £250 in addition to the original £320 I paid for the phone. I have a toddler and a busy job which requires a phone. I've been left in several situations with no phone which is very worrying with a small child. I have contacted backmarket and asked for support but they've told me there's nothing they can do. I find this totally unacceptable and upsetting. Backmarket shouldn't be allowed to exisit - it's caused me nothing but stress, worry, upset and a lot of money.

I've ordered three phones from backmarket. The first was a perfect phone. The second was not compatible with my provider and I was able to send it back and I received my refund quickly. I ordered another phone and it is great! Quick responders. Fast shipment. Packing was perfect. I love Back Market and will continue ordering from them!

I'm very happy with my pixel 3 XL phone. It arrived in time and was easy to switch from my old phone. I love the 128gb compared to my previous phone that had only 16gb. The camera is amazing. LOVE it!

Terrible experience, I bought an Iphone12(500€) in good condition according to its website, after 3 weeks it stops working, I send it to be looked at and they tell me that there is water inside and that the guarantee does not respond.
They send me some photos and I am stunned, speechless. In my hands that mobile had not even touched the water. I feel cheated! And from what I see there is not much revision in the devices.
They don't want to return my money and they tell me to fix my mobile, to ask for a quote from a trusted place of mine. It's a joke?! Embarrassing, I do not recommend it to anyone!

Be careful of a seller backmarket use (qwikfone)! I ordered a galaxy S9 excellent condition, turned up with two scratches and one turned out to be a 5mm crack, also you could see the edging looked like it had been glued. I reported with photo evidence and they agreed to change it. When they received the phone the crack had spread Across the screen in two directions so they refused to repair it unless I paid £90 as this happened in transit that was organised by themselves! Make sure the seller is not qwikfone...

I placed an order with them but the order was cancelled with an email stating they require my Photo ID for verification, which I submitted and they told they will get back to me in 24 hrs, which they never did. Instead the product was repriced with a higher amount. I placed an order once again, but this time also they rejected my order. In spite of me placing an order multiple times and following up this customer care associates, they never processed my order. If they wish to sell only to selective customers they should come up with verified membership of customers concept and not waste time by misguiding. Not I have lost opportunity to buy from another vendor and neither they are providing the product. I recommend to avoid such consolidated sellers

Got a phone & some airpods from Back Market...the phone was amazing & I paid $300 less then regular retail. One of the airpods did not work, I let Back Market know & their communication was amazing. They sent me a label, I sent the airpods back & I should receive another pair in the next few days.

Bought an iPhone with Backmarket and I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the phone. Was like brand new, delivery and customer service could not be better. After, I bought a second phone and the dealer could not make the shipping and immediately got an email from backmarket confirming the reimbursement of my money and also a discount coupon for the trouble. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend getting a MacBook from this company. I had a lot issues with mine, which an Apple technician told me was unusual for the make. After requesting a refund, the seller approved and issued me a return. But then, immediately changed tack saying he didn't want to spend money on the return label and that I could get a replacement product instead. With this type of service (headache), I wouldn't purchase from Backmarket again.

I was skeptical but it all turned out awesome and better than expected! I bought a S22+ listed in "excellent" condition and it is! It was shown with the same price as the "good" condition so I jumped on it! It arrived quickly, no scratches, no blemishes, and looks like a brand new phone. I have already referred Back Market to y friends and family. In fact, my sister in law should have her refurbished phone from Back Market arriving today. The seller I chose on Back Market exceeded my expectations. I bought a MacBook (2017) for my son, but didn't pay a lot for Fair condition; however, it came in Good condition with a cover that covers the MacBook. I thought this was a nice touch to the product. My son says that it's better than he would've expected for a refurbished MacBook. I was skeptical at first, but I was able to find a seller with more than 4.5 stars. I recommend that if you're considering buying from them, check the reviews of the individual seller. I saw a lot that had reviews of 4.5, yet I wanted a seller that had almost a 5-star rating. I was able to find a seller with a 4.8 rating. I'll be ordering from them again!

I was referred to this site from a friend who said her AND her sister got MacBooks on here and had a great experience. I had been eyeing a MacBook Air for so long and just couldn't see myself dishing out the 1000+. Ordered the Early 2015 MacBook Air 13.3 from here, it came quick, customer service was responsive and it was in beautiful condition! Already searching the site for other tech items to order :)

I'm so pleased with the Macbook we received from Back Market!
First, the Macbook was a birthday gift for our daughter, so we didn't open it right away. When SHE finally opened it, we were very pleased to see that it was exactly as promised - only a few, hardly noticeable scratches on the bottom. Otherwise, it looked basically new and it works great.
The only constructive feedback I have is that the computer wasn't returned to factory settings, which was a little weird. I don't know if the name/user information that was on the computer was the original owner's because he didn't do so, or if it was a Back Market technician's. In either case, it was a bit strange at first, but we worked through it without issue. If nothing else, it was a good reminder for our family to return our electronics to factory settings before selling/donating them.
Overall, this has been an outstanding experience and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely shop Back Market again.
