In this day and age, E-waste is a really big problem that is plaguing landfills and 3rd world countries. I was always aware of this, and refuse to just buy a new phone anymore, simply because every model is only a slight upgrade, not worth the 1,000 dollars especially when it come to iphones, you could use what you save on much more important things.

The Iphone 11 I bought was perfect, Back Market sellers replace their batteries on the phones they sell, because that is the only wear point in phones since there are no moving parts (duh). Well worth the 300 dollars, the amount of waste I prevented, and knowing I am environmentally responsible, because e-waste is hard to recycle.

Stop buying new iphones, because every single one of them is just a slight upgrade from the previous, its a waste of money. Used is perfectly fine.

This was my first experience purchasing from Back Market. I was a bit skeptical, but I am pleased with my phone thus far. I was able to transfer my data and other information without any issues.

I was impressed with how they kept me updated during the shipping process and the order arrived on the same day they had advised. I was also impressed with how well the item, (a laptop) was packaged. It was in a special and strong bubble wrap container that looked like it was well-protected from impacts or rough handling. So impressive that I am saving it. The laptop works very well and was easy to set up. They also included a power-cord and I was not expecting that. I am very pleased and would use them again.

The communication from this company is outstanding. I give them a high rating because of how well they took care of my immediate need. Fast shipping, and outstanding MAC Pro. I couldn't not have asked for anything else…BackMarket met my needs.

I was very skeptical of purchasing a phone, but elected to give it a go anyway. I am very happy that I did.

The phone I bought(A Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ in the "very good" condition category) arrived in excellent condition in good packaging. There were no scuffs or markings indicating it had ever been used. It was shipped promptly and I received a lot of actually useful emails from Back Market during the whole process, from guides on setting up the phone to general status updates letting me know where the phone was in terms of shipping.

The laptop came in good condition as stated. There's a scratch across the front but it's hardly noticeable. The laptop is working great so far. It's only been a few weeks

We have bought two iPhones, one set of ear buds and a phone case. Everything arrived quickly. Everything has worked perfectly. The first iPhone we bought, my husband is on year 4 with it. He will likely replace within this year or next and we will definitely purchase through BackMarket. I just replaced mine 3 weeks ago and it has great battery life. The camera works as it should. No glitches. I was able to set it up with my service provider with no issues. The emails BackMarket sends are also helpful. They contain links on how to set up your new phone and connect directly to your carrier. I am very happy with the quality and service I received. I bout a phone that was listed as "Good" I really had to look the phone over to find any blemishes. There are no blemishes on the screen and tiny little scratch on the edge of the phone. Can't see it with a case on it. I also like that they cut down on waste by not sending massive amounts of packaging, no headphones... who uses those plug in headphones from Apple anyway? Our phones did come with the charging cables. No cube, which is great since the phone I ordered works on the chargers you can lay your phone on.

I've purchased a phone and a smartwatch from backmarket and both times they've been exactly what I was expecting. I ordered both of them in mint condition and both of them were indistinguishable from a new device. I would highly recommend this site as you get a nice discount on something that is pretty much a new item.

I was surprise to see the iPhone was in pretty good conditions. Didn't have any scratches and after the activation worked perfect, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend to try it out. The Delivery was late for a couple days but the entire time I was getting updates. I was able to wait since I still had my other broken phone working. I think for the price, it worth the try and I definitely coming back to get my next phone here!

I was fooled by the FAKE reviews. I bought a Google Pixel 3xl on 12/17. By 1/14 the device screen went completely black. They do not honor their 30-day refund the claim to offer with the devices they sell. The seller took 72 hours to respond and they wanted to offer to repair/replace the device after I had to buy another phone due to them selling me a bad phone that had the status of being in good condition. I do not want the device back, I want my money refunded. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company now to get my refund.

There's not much bad one can say about a company that's reducing waste and providing a cheaper alternative than what the greedy big wigs of most premiere mobile phone manufacturers would like you to have.
My initial purchase from a new company had me a bit worried as tracking the package got to my city then was marked to return to sender. Upon further investigation I realized I didn't fill out my shipping address at all except for my name. The people I contacted were very nice and gave me multiple choices to resolve my issue and anytime I had a question they answered back leaving me assured it was all ok and it was. My wife cc ant keep a phone intact for longer than a month so spending $1000. 00 would be quite an investment so thank you backmarket

After receiving my phone I noticed a very small crack in the screen I promptly returned it, after a four day turnaround, I must say that I'm very happy with my replacement phone. The customer service is excellent Big shout out to Greg. Thanks Greg this is the third phone that I have bought from Blackmarket and I'm happy to say that I will keep comming Back. Thanks again Greg

BackMarket is a good company. Everything was transparent and they made customer service easy. I bought a refurbished cell phone and a refurbished laptop from them and am very satisfied. Not only did I save money, but I kept toxic electronics out of the landfill, so my kids will thank me someday (maybe).
