I purchased an iphone 11 for my granddaughter. It was advertised in "excellent" condition. It looked new out of the box, no scratches, etc. It arrived on time. She has had it approximately 2 weeks and it has performed perfectly. Will purchase again from this company. 100% satisfied.

Fast performing, lots of memory. Everything I need for online work and various music and recording software apps. $1600-$2000 device for $400.

Sure there were no head phones. But I still haven't used my factory ones yet either. I purchased a laptop from this company. Items are supposedly "refurbished". When I got my laptop the fan made a grinding noise, and the laptop did not have windows loaded. The laptop also came with less Memory than advertised and a lower quality processor. I've never received an item so far from advertised. Don't waste your time as you'll be sending back their defective items that aren't even what you ordered.

I've always been skeptical about refurbished items but with the year warranty which you can choose to extend for an additional year, it is well worth it! My brand new AirPods only lasted from 12.19-05.22; this isn't much more than two years. I cannot tell that the refurbished AirPods are not new. Save your money and cut down on waste.

Their buy back prices however are not great. You can resell old AirPods for more money elsewhere.

Please don't risk shopping and waste your money at BackMarket. They sell for other businesses - like Amazon or Ebay. I bought a Samsung S10, but they sold me defective phone and the wrong screen protector and refused to repair, exchange or refund either - despite having a warranty. I highly discourage anyone from shopping through BackMarket. The customer service was very rude too. I was shocked. I don't order much online, but have never had such a terrible experience. It's a dishonest business.

Ordered a s10+ att/ verizon phone not a sprint and that's what i got. I could have got a sprint refurbished for under $200 but paid 250 for this. Also shipping was slow and tracking was non existent. Also phone was supposed to be excellent condition and it had big deep scratches on back. Gonna try and put on straight talk if i can't i will be returning ASAP

Picked up an older iPhone model 8 plus refurbished, but very clean and in excellent condition. Shipping was quick, had a question with customer service which was answered timely and professionally. Overall the product and customer service was second to none.

I don't purchase brand new tech when it comes out. I much prefer to wait until it reduces in price, sometimes as much as 70%. Back Market is the perfect website to facilitate this. I've bought a number of devices from this site and been satisfied each time with the price and quality.

I actually had an unexpected error getting my sim card to work in an unlocked Pixel 5. I worked with the vender to see if we could fix the issue. But when that failed, they allowed me to return it, at no cost, for a full refund. I've since bought a different Pixel 5 and that one worked perfectly.

I purchased an iphone from Back Market recently. When the phone arrived, the camera would not function, and the battery was so bloated that the exterior of the phone would not close properly. I asked for a refund, and was told refunds were unavailable...the best the company could do is offer a new phone in exchange.

I reluctantly agreed to the exchange, but never received a replacement device. The reseller claims that the device was delivered, but there was no proof of purchase or signature for the package. I once again asked for a refund, and but that also was refused by Back Market. They have claimed no responsibility and offered no solution. $600+ later, and I have nothing to show for it.

This has been a terrible experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am weighing the option of taking legal action against them.

They sold me a phone with unofficial software leaning it to be unusable. No reply from customer support its been over 3 months now still no resolution. Dont expect a to receive a good phone from this site. The warranty is a joke and don't work.
