They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.

After i paid them for super powers, i turned off the auto renew feature to make sure they didn't charge me again. Guess what? They charged me again anyway. Then, i tried to go to their website to demand my money back and guess what? No website. No i am disputing the charge with paypal. The female profiles on badoo are fake and the girls never respond.

Tip for consumers:
tinder is the only real dating app. don't waste your time with badoo.

However, please note that Auto top-up refers to the automatic refill feature for credits; when you fall below 200 credits, you can select to automatically top up your balance. However, this is not related to your Super Powers subscription. Super Powers is a separate service and requires cancellation of the recurring subscription; instructions on how to do this were provided when you made the purchase.

I used this site off and on for 10 years. I met two gals on here. Both were in cities away from where I live. Both were women I saw on more than one occasion. And both women were wonderful. There were certainly lots, and lots of misses. But hey, being married and meeting up with two wonderful women while traveling was fantastic.

I was last on Badoo over a year ago, and deleted the profile within 10 minute. Today i got a message from someone saying they had sent me a message, i decided to look and thought "Im sure its improved by now"... I couldnt of been more wrong. You are forced to have 3 photos of your face and ONLY YOUR FACE on your account. If not your photos are either deleted or moved into different albums.

I am a male, and i put a photo up of me and the mrs, and they said and i quote "people will not be able to work out which one is you"... This is where i drawed the line... So im not allowed to show all the desperate tossers that im engaged? Worst website ever, avoid like the plague!

I was asked out, and on the evening he messaged me to say he had arrived at the venue. I couldn't see him anywhere! I sent three messages asking where was he in the venue and he never replied.
I was left standing alone stood up and feeling very angry!
I received no support from badoo to have this person removed! What a bloody joke!

As the title says - do you want to pay a lot of money to talk to some fake profiles? Then join badoo. The chances to meet a real person are like 1%. The chances to meet a real nice person is like 0.1%. So if you have too much money and gambling, drinking or throwing money out of the window is not an option, join badoo and start spending money here.

If you were going to use this type of service do not use your bank card get a throwaway card like NetSpend or a gift card with a Visa or MasterCard logo in use that put just the amount of money on there that you want them to take and no more and that will protect your bank account. They can't take it if you don't have it.

If you purchase Badoo Premium, this is a subscription based service and will renew until/unless cancelled as explained in the terms and conditions upon making your purchase.

If you chose to store your payment method during any purchase, you will be able to make purchases on Badoo using the stored payment method without having to enter your payment details again.

You can check your payment method and subscription status in your profile settings under 'Billing'.

First, i was scammed for money. They charge me way more then i agreed to, and then they refuse to give me money back. Second, after scam me, they block my account because someone report me. I talked with a lot of people and never had any problem with anyone, but i reject a lot of people, and someone probably false report me. And they just block my account. Dont use this app, and dont ever gave your card info to them

Dont give your credit card info, because they will took more money then you agreed to give them

Badoo is full of scammers, mostly from Africa. I know that you have scammes everywherer, even on top dating sites like Mingle2day but scammers on Badoo seem to be much more aggressive and obviously they feel quiet comfortable on Badoo. So just be careful and don't trust anyone, especially hot girls which are obviously too good to be true. Use with caution and you will be fine. Just don't think with your pants but use your brain instead. Good luck.

Looking for female, they put all the gays on me, they changed female to male, so they could take all the money these men had to contact me, you cannot contact anyone on that app unless you pay, rip offs, they know how to play them gays for every penny they have, they changed everything on my review to what they wanted to to all these people would hit on it and they could take their money, this app sucks totally

Do not trust these people. I agreed to try it for a month for $8.95. I was billed an additional $49.95 which I learned later was for these ridiculous credits that I supposedly needed to send messages or cherries to girls. I'm not even kidding. Why would a full member need credits to do simple things like send messages? I immediately cancelled at Pay Pal and received an email from Pay Pal stating I had cancelled my 'agreement' with Badoo yet was still billed the $49.95. Liars & frauds much like the women there. A skanky dating site at best. BEWARE. DO NOT GIVE YOUR financial info to these people. They will SCREW you! And you really wouldn't want it from the women there anyway.

Badoo has deducted $169.99 from my credit card, and refuse to refund it even though I immediately informed them of their error. Instead they claimed that I had intended to purchase a premium subscription, and that they are unable to give refunds. They are clearly acting in bad faith, and their business model is apparently to obtain money by any means possible, and then to avoid chargebacks.

My bank is currently processing the chargeback, and I had to cancel my card to prevent them making any further transactions.

Tip for consumers:
Do not ever give them your payment details.

I use Badoo since 2015 and paid for (lifetime) superpower.
I used Facebook account to install Badoo profile. Lately I was having login problems. And want to change my phone number. Since facebook account was used to login, I was not able to change phone number or password.
Eventually Badoo blocked my account stating that I violated their terms and conditions.
Badoo is doing monkey business.

Tip for consumers:
Be carefull! Badoo will try to get your money by hook or crook!

Many reported them and they still exist
I had a very very bad experience with them, they charged me for premium and didn't fulfill the requirements i signed for. I asked for my money, they NEVER answered.
I never had such a bad experience online in my life

I attempted to sign up for them, got as far as entering my birthday and it keeps telling me to check my birthday that I put in! I think I know when my birthday is! Then it wanted me to login with Facebook which I refuse to get. It's just one thing after another with them!

I deleted my a/c from Badoo because that is just a wastage of time if u want free service. Only fake advertisement for free but nothing is free so, I deleted Badoo a/c & will suggest u also not to login if u want free service

You're stealing my money for something I cancelled.

I want this reversed and you have no actual way for people to contact you through your website its pathetic daylight robbery.

So, it is impossible to delete the Badoo account, although I log in with the right ID, it keeps sending emails to gmaik.com, and no amount of correction sends it to the right email. I guess they've programmed it that way. Since they are also operating in the EU, I am planning to file a case using GDPR articles. A good fine would bring them down!

Someone out of hate just reported my account as fake when it's my first and middle name which I can prove and I can prove my emails and my pictures of me and my damn cats! Well after just getting blocked I'll never ever use Badoo they don't even checked into things to see if it even is fake wow thank god I never ever paid this whole time I used it for I think two yrs almost now! Well I'll go to use now other dating sites I am done with Badoo the fact they believe a liar not check into things wow!

Use it but if you have ppl whom hate you and start on you stay off of Badoo cause if they lie saying your account is fake then your blocked without no questions cause Badoo doesn't look into the truth only what liars say :(

My account was blocked due to my gender being trans. Its a horrible site. By far the worst of any dating site. They canceled my premium also because Im trans. All I did was declare in my profile I am trans, because people did not know from my pictures and I was trying to be transparent (no pun intended). They sent NO warnings. Just blocked me. I sent a discrimination complaint to them, and they have not responded.

You can't do anything without paying a huge amount over time... just to chat... or you pay to be at the top! You must pay to be more visible... it has zero compatibility algorithms, but the more you pay, the more people see your profile. Total scam.

I was charged for something I didn't buy and PayPal agree! Then, I had credits I didn't want on my account. Every time I went to the website to check credits, they are disappeared! To be honest, I went to this bloody Badoo website only for curiosity and they robbed my money.

You have to delete all the scammers one at a time. Get with the times. Let me delete visitors and viewed me scammers by the dozen. One at a time is awful. I'll probably just delete the app. Not user friendly.

Badoo us in the process of scamming me out of 240 dollars for super powers that I did not even want to receive. They constantly bait you into the super power buy list when you swipe pictures to rate them. If you accidently click this you come to a box in which is already highlighted for you in advance. This is super powers for life and it cost 239.99 (this box is already highlighted) then the app will freeze when you try to click the x, after if you click anything else the purchase has been made. Badoo does not respond right away and when they do they write tude remarks basically saying they are bot liable and they robbed you out of your money. If anyone else has this problem can we sue these people for fraud and malpractice.
