They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.

I signed up to try for a day and decided it was nothing but waste of time. Tried to delete the next day and there is an OLD email set up I did not link, a password I never set (logged in with Facebook and set up) and I am not able to delete this account. I feel this is done deliberately by this company so people cannot delete their accounts. I was never sent a password reset to the phone number I provided. Feel like I am being scammed at this point. Be very careful if you put your credit card # in (I would never for this kind of reason) but I imagine you'd be scammed out of your money by this company too.

I genuinely did want to try this product, but their purposely mis-leading sales/upselling page achieved its goal - I mistakenly ordered something extra that I didn't want. When I realised this, not 5mins after ordering, I IMMEDIATELY emailed to cancel. They replied the next day saying it was too late to cancel and the order had been processed. They are now saying I have to wait and be sent the product and return it, before I get my money back! This is a scam and a fraud and their morals are non-existant. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Went on Badoo last night, dont know what i did but today i have had an email receipt from Paypal saying i paid Badoo £119.99! I am not working and this is a hard blow for me it was the first time i had been on since may i am sick and i want my money back! If Paypal had not emaild me i would not have known! I must have pushed the button by accident i just want my money back

When you join this website it sends stuff to people in your address book saying you have a message for them when in reality you don't. I would advise if anyone gets something that says they have a message from someone they know from this site to avoid it because of my experiance with it.

Please stay away from Jake 33 he is a fake that's not even his real name hes not from Chicago state university. He's from Chicago didn't even go to collage and is older then that! We talked and come to find out he has a girlfriend and is only trying to get layed! What a sorry $#*! dirt bag!

The story from this site. I met a girl. I liked everything, though I behaved quite strangely. And then they send a notification that you need to pay to continue to correspond. I paid, I write to her further, and it turns out that it was a bot. I do not advise using this! But I recently found a better site. All real people, and you don't even have to pay. Currently Badoo is demanding I give them my cell phone number in order to enter my account - even though I didn't give one when I set up my account (I don't even own a cell phone). Is that even legal? It does nothing to confirm who I am, since I didn't give that info before. They just want my number, presumably so they can sell it at some point to spammers.

Also I have spammers adding me on skype ever since I disclosed that address to badoo. Bottom line is these people are RUTHLESS, completely untrustworthy scammer-spammers, and they need to be shut down. Now I'm only trying to get back into my account so I can close it, after taking down my pics.

Never ever install this scam application and never give your credit card details to them. Even after you delete the payments from your profile and uninstall the app, they keep charging you! Stay away, very bad application.

Best way to break this down is in point form.

1. None of the attractive ones live in your country: 99% of the sexually appealing women require "150 credits" to talk to or the screen says "she is very popular, you need premium to chat with her". I once got 150 credits for free as a special offer so I could talk to one of these women. We ended up vibing until I asked her out. She was like "I'm sorry teehee, Actually I live in Brazil". Don't spend a cent on this garbage Jew app

2. Referring to point one: the fat/ugly ones you can chat to for free, any attractive women requires payment. Never pay a woman unless it guarantees sex (see a hooker).

3.3 years ago this app had real attractive local women you could talk to and meet face to face. I met some beautiful women off Badoo back in 2017.

4. The app is infested with shamal traps.

I just found out why my bank account is continuously overdrafting: for three months now, Badoo has been drawing $1.99 every day for a daily premium subscription. The way they word their options is deliberately deceptive and will have you thinking you're paying once and using their premium services until they expire, but this is not the case; they will charge you regularly for whatever amount you consented to be charged once. I've since removed my credit card info and cancelled my subscription (of course they keep those options hidden in the settings options), but if that's not enough I'll take it up with my bank.

Leave it to the $#*!ing Ruskies to come up with something so shadowy and vile. It's like they took OKC and bastardized it into a digital leech with a dating app's exterior. Don't give them any of your information and tread lightly if you're going to use Badoo- or simply skip to a better site or app that'll give you greater results without costing you a penny.

Starting a subscription for Badoo Premium means you enter into a billing agreement, which authorises recurring charges to be made using the payment method you've selected. Removing your stored payment details prevents you from making one-click purchases, but it does not cancel billing agreements like a subscription. Billing agreements need to be cancelled separately, and cancellation instructions are presented to you at the time of purchase.

I recently joined this site using their mobile app. The location states that there are several women that appeal to me within 100km of less in area's that are real but its an absolute scam designed to get you to upgrade for a myriad of reasons when, in reality you would end up with a bunch of obese tattooed bogans to choose from. Its a bit like OKC who never seem to have anyone in Australia or within 3000km and these free websites are such bull$#*! as they push all of the upgrade options. Can someone tell me in this era of equality why the hell men are the ones that have to pay?

On the 3rd of September 2019 I wanted to activate Badoo Premium for ONE day only. On the 6th of October 2019 I realised that you guys have been deducting money from my credit card every single day since the 3rd of September, a total of 34 days. I am very unhappy because of this. I have now paid an astronomical amount of R 831.64 over to you guys and I was not even aware of the daily deductions.

Under normal circumstances, one month would cost R 80.00, but I paid more than 10 times that amount for the same period and I was not even using the service or aware of the deductions.

I was blocked for a reason that confused me so I emailed Badoo asking what specifically resulted in me being blocked. Like a specific conversation for example. Instead of an explanation, a moderator replied and said that I violated community rules. I clicked the link that was provided in the response email so I could view the rules and possibly figure it out for myself since the email wasn't much help. And I found that what they said I was blocked for wasn't addressed in the rules. So, I wrote back pointing that out and they have not replied to me. It was been long past the 24 hour waiting period. Its frustrating because I have used Badoo for 2 years when I really should have stuck to Tinder or OkCupid.

I thought of this app as a better alternative for Tinder. But I've bleen blocked 3 times on this app for no particular reason. Even though I certainly didn't do anything wrong - I wasn't rude to anyone, my pics were fine with no nudity or any ads, I took a selfie to confirm my account as the system asked, I even purchased some additional packages to get this app work properly several times, and I certainly wasn't involved in anything illegal like selling drugs, texting to minors etc.
This is a dating app, right? So if my "Hi, can we get acquainted?" is interpreted as "sexual harrasment" then this is anything but a dating app. Or do you expect your users to hold conversations like some robots or monks in order to avoid some 'taboo' words? As I see, this is an app where you can get blocked for any reports from any users, even if you try to be as nice as possible. They can report you for no reason, just because 'you're not their type', and the system will then block your account for the report that is completely unfounded in nature.

I Just relised now it's a $#*!ing Fake Scam App, the girls doesn't even reply back your message all Fake idiots.

I realized on 4/4/18 that I was debited 159 for annual fee for Badoo Premium service which I did not authorize nor did I press a button to confirm this purchase. I immediately after a hr of having this service looked for a contact number to codrially fight this charge. To not get hit with the You use the service you paid for line. I deleted the site 4/4/18. So I am expecting to get all of my money. But the lack of human contact via phone, and email is going make this difficult process. I am very angry and really thinking about an international class action lawsuit. I even called Dublin. I never let anyone take money from me in life. It aint going to star now.

Very limited number of matches and there seems to be ALOT of fake profiles of there. I get a lot of responses but they all hardly speak English and always seem to try to get money out of me. I understand that you will always encounter that in any dating site you go to but DAMN. It is without a doubt a complete waste of time.

I was fed up with the fake messages from fake profiles trying to sucker me into paying more, but the hardest part was trying to unsubscribe or delete my account.
It took 45 frustrating minutes to delete my account!
Even after unsubscribing I still received spam from them.

They force me suddenly to verify my photo. I don't want this. Nothing to do with being fake i just don't want to give them access to my mobile phone with the app, i never use the app, always online via chrome webbrowser. Now i cannot use the site anymore but the worst thing is, i want to delete my account and this isn't possible anymore too!

Signed up for free premium, with in minutes cancelled the premium service. It seemed shady so i made sure it was cancelled. Then somehow I started getting charged for premium even know it didn't say anything about me being premium on the app. Once I saw a withdrawal on my bank care i went on the app and saw I was premium only on the settings page. I cancelled premium service, only then did it say I was a premium member. Total scam. Of course they would never do that lmao sure

For some reason, I have been charged for Badoo premium even after I deleted my account in May 2018.
I have been charged 25 x £17.99 which is in total shocking £449.75. I didn't have any idea that this was happening until today because I was wondering what is this transaction from Social online paym.
When I reach to them and told them what happened to me they just told me that there is nothing that they can do for me and that I'm a liar!
