They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.
All they care about is taking your credit card details!

This app is nothing more than 85% fake profiles designed to suck you into paying for membership... Some of these women are straight hookers, some want IG followers, others are old dead profiles, some are badoo staff who will show interest to trick you into paying. All these garbage apps DO NOT WANT YOU TO FIND ANYONE just to stay as a dumb $#*! paying member forever. Don't be a fool! Especially the men... Online dating used to be free, there were tons of free sites and apps, I've met a lot of women online, now dating is nearly impossible bc of these trash scam apps.

How do i know this i got a New ETrade Master Card and within 2 days i was being charged $2.99 four days straight then my local bank debit card same thing... This dirty little people. Just call your bank and close your account and get a new account and a new card...

All u see is New girl profil all the time that 99 % of them are made by badoo. They also delete them fast. U have message that someone want to chat but it been sent by badoo while the girl didnt even knowing it. Just pure chit product. People that work there should be a shame becaus ur salary been pay with the money u stole from people beleiving this chit.

Its seems like a cool site and a cool idea. While i know some of the profiles might be phonies or false i decided to play. One of the first things is that many of the women that are supposedly in my area are not. In any event i signed up for Badoom premium which i thought was for a week at 3.99. I was charged in some way also for $39.99 without my knowledge. I was able to get my money back but nowhere did i see i was going to be also charged for this. If it wasnt for this i would have gave badoo a try. Just didnt like the way this went down..

Every "woman" who chatted with me couldn't give a straight, consistent story with the information in "her" profile. I asked the latest one today where she used to live to see if it matched her profile (Saginaw, MI) and she tells me Tampa, FL (where I used to live coincidentally). So I asked her the name of the night club district part of Tampa to see if she's legit. She said "$#*! off". Haha they're all scammers and fake.

My identity has been stolen and used on this app 3 times with no help from Badoo. How is the verification process of any use when this has happened THREE TIMES? If you can't protect any of your users, how can you claim the 'honest dating' tagline? I want someone to contact me about my identity being used on your app WITHOUT my permission and there being zero policies in place to ensure this doesn't happen.

Send us a DM with these screenshots and a copy of your ID with just the name, age and photo (to prove that it's you) and cross everything else out. We can then look into this profile and have it deleted for you. Our moderators are working around the clock to remove any suspicious profiles but we do need the help of our community too as we have such a large community.

I am currently on hold to find out from my bank why thus company is still taking out money from my account long after I unsubscribed, only one day as well as well as told my bank to stop paymentd.
I even wrote to Badoo no response! I urge you all to keep away this is NOT normal business practice this is a scam.
I will be calling action fraud after this to report and recoup my money. More importantly I need them to stop taking money out without permission - KEEP AWAY

Wow. Worst dating site ever. 60 % fake profils. Couple of dollars just to send a message (sometime u can free 1% of the time) u get random messGe that someone want to chat but its sending it to 100 000 personne at sme time. Illegal charge on credit card sometime 3 in a row. Its just crap. They are still present becaus they pay millions in publicity. But its just legal scam. Abd they will respond that there sorry for bla bla bla. Imagine how many people think the same as us here but not writing review...

My fiancee and I NEVER heard of Badoo until charges were made on her bank account. She had to cancel one card, and get a new one recently. Now, there was ANOTHER charge made. So they some how have her BANK ACCOUNT information. We are looking into how to sue these people. We emailed them the first time, they said they'd handle it. We live on small income as is...
So it's not right they keep charging her account, ESPECIALLY since we never heard of the site to begin with.
If you are USING Badoo, leave now, before they take YOUR money. These fools need to be SHUT DOWN!

I was on the site for a while and got only fake responses. All of them from someone claiming to be a girl in Africa or Asia looking for true love and a few bucks to come and meet me in the US. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE RESPONSES WAS FAKE. The pictures are stolen from unsuspecting victim's Facebook page, that is why Badoo wants your account "verified", to steal your friends photos. There are also many profiles using either the same pictures or celebrities and even well known porn stars. It's a shameful waste of time and another African pirate attack.
