They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.

Full of ghost profiles and scammers.The admin are particularly useless. An awful site... avoid this site if you're serious about dating, but great for players and scammers alike.

I wanted to upgrade to Premium, but just temporarily, as I'm on a budget, so I chose the $0.79 option. They then automatically deducted $40 from my account without my permission! This is theft!

Have had a piad premium account for a while, also purchased regular credits to send messages. (which i feel makes no sense its like a double paymen)
That being said, out the blue i have my account block ' reason blocking cause i was using site for commercial and marketing"
Never av i tried to sell or market anyting. Why after years would i do that. Further more after back and forth mails, their reply was a mistake and not cause of marketing or commercial, but i still violated their rules( see below attached of their aknkowledment on mistake) which i had asked for proof what did i do. In any event, why dont they send a warning, we have like" we have noted u recently violated a rule. Please avoid again etc etc etc. They get complaints n just take it as gospil... i had just renewed n also had 2550credits. All lost... Bloody thieves. No1 wants to engage with proof..

I have been on the site. Really to check it and see that its Legit.
Maybe after a few months I was told my account is closed. Why? They
The so called Badoo team ( yes another "team concept " that I used hate speech! Something I was 95% sure I did not. So I asked the team to send me a copy of the dialog of who I supposedly used this hate speech.
IT WAS like pulling teeth to get it which btw I had to show proof to the team by sending a copy of my Driver's license. Well I sent the copy of the license they said they received it. My best guess without searching it's been over 3 weeks and nothing.

BEING that Badoo is owner by some super wealthy industrial Russia dude perhaps he got shot by our buddies in Ukraine. Hey it could happen?

No I'm kidding. Stay away from Badoo and never ever ever give them a dime of your cash or CC.

Lastly try finding the email address for this company. All I get is how to sign up for the site. Most of these dating sites come out of Eastern Europe and the mind set is make cash from stupid Americans...

Badoo makes claims that they can't match up to. Here are the problems that I ran into:

1). Upon signing up I was force to include my exact place of residence. This doesn't allow for much privacy if you live in a small town or village.

I don't see anything wrong with allowing for a general area; I. E. Metropolitan or Metroplex.

2). Even though you put a specific distance for searches and being seen or other people searching you, it does not work.

I don't won't to be contacted by people in the Philippines and Hong Kong. I don't want to be contacted by anyone beyond 200 miles.

3). Even though you outline the specifics of who you want to see and be seen from; you still get everything out there.

Matter a fact, I haven't seen one person on this app that I would be excited about meeting.

3). Badoo customer service is non-existing. I have contacted them four times in a weeks' time and haven't heard back from them yet.

And one last thing; I gave them one star only because there is no zero star.

Tip for consumers:
Go right pass Badoo and find something else.

This site is full of $#*!, this site just a cone, they say is free but is not, this is first and last time of my life have been cone, I had to pay £14.49 in order to use thire services but absolutely $#*!, it should be free, but by mistake I clicked on top up, I was trying to come out of the $#*! but it did cost me another £14.49, and they won't refund me my money, I don't how and why they did take third payment of £14.49 but I did manage to get it back from the thieves, please ladies and gentlemen don't be stupit and pay for it or even thinking to join.

STAY AWAY! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
They charged me for the premium account by a trick! When I understood that I had paid unintentionally, I asked them for a refund but they won't accept it. In terms and conditions, it states that, unless you download features, you are eligible for a refund. However, the scum that is on their "support" team won't admit it and he doesn't even answer my emails! Of course my bank is notified and I am going to take legal action. STAY AWAY!

Site is generaly make to suck money out of you. The chances to meet someone is close to zero.
System constantly send you messages that other people are intested in you, but that is a cheat. When you pay, then you see that actually you meet the criteria of that person. But, that person didnt even saw your profile.
Bad site. Dont waste time.

I payed for "super powers" and for some friking reason, I am asked to pay with credits to send messages to certain members. Sometime its 20 credits and others its 50 credits.
Why the fark do I have to pay to talk to X and not to talk to Y? There is no logic to it, it's like trowing dices at a crap table at a casino... You would think that "super powers" would include messaging anyone, but it does not. They should call them "we are going to screw you one way or the other powers"...

Long story short, I was given a yellow warning which later turned into a full ban after I complained. I was given this for supposed "hate speech" which by any legal uk definition it most certainly was NOT hate speech! I simple told someone that was not in my selected consented preferences that I was not interested in Martians and said sorry to them.
I do not hate anyone, and never use hate speech, but for the lying incompetent so called moderators at badoo, well I don't like you at all! I used the app for years without issue, I never caused a problem ever.

I followed all their rules, read them fully. Date honestly, be yourself speak the unfiltered truth, badoo say, which is horse manure obviously. Fascist bigoted power tripping idiots.

The person that reported me was impersonating a person with the intent to confuse and deceive others, so you gave the ban to the wrong person. They refuse to do anything about it. The decision is final lol

They really hate disabled people I think. Will need to keep a close eye on them in case they start building camps and ovens.

This is a clever but sadly deliberate scam. If they had been cool about I wouldnt have noticed it. But a glitch in the web made them charge my card.
Now its my fault and i ordered the charge?!? No frikking way.
Customer support offers no help and doesnt answer clear written questions.
I gonna report this as it is illegal practices even though they made terms to try to hide their scam.
Stay far away and know half the globe has photos in there because of their scamming methods.

This site is full of perverts and con men. I was only on for 38 hours and it was like a feeding frenzy. Plus, they refuse to take NO for an answer. I had to delete the whole application.

It was a great site years ago but has become a place for fake Nigerian scammers. Anyway, what I like about Badoo: It is so simple to use and really good enough to find a few people to go out with but if you want to find someone serious I'd pobably use Match or Mingle2day (or Chemistry and eHarmony).

Useless website since they removed extended search functionality. You can only search on gender, age and location. Way to limited. Why not let us search by interests and other criteria?

Beware of Badoo's deceptive charging policies. After opening an account, I received a notice that stated for only .79 cents, I would have the ability to better communicate with others on the site. What I was not aware of is that I was then automatically signed me up for a Premium Account with ongoing charges. Without my knowledge (because I was not using the site while I was traveling out of the Country), I was being charged $3.99 on a weekly basis. Once I saw those charges, I figured out how to unsubscribe and requested a refund. Badoo flatly refused saying that I had signed a Terms of Service, which is untrue. I then closed the account, which they acknowledged, I continued to demand a refund, which they again refused. Subsequently, I was charged again! After complaining about that, which should not have been disputed, they again refused the refund, stating that I had reactivated the account! So over a three week period I was charged approximately $30. Maybe not a lot of money of me, but imagine what they are earning through these deceptive policies with so many members. By the way, good luck trying to cancel the account. Even that is made difficult.

I have been a member a few times. The problem is of you have a disagreement with another user they ban you with no recourse. Thankfully I paid through PayPal as they tok £30 and £18 and then baned me. They did not willingly refund the money they took so easily and I then lodged a dispute with PayPal and eventually got my momey back. This is an organised racket which is something smething we see criminal organisations like the Mafia runt. Stay clear and report these shysters as much as posible, Organised thieves!
