They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.

I will start by saying its the only app ive actually ever met someone from. But most matches like 85% of them are guys with mental illness that think there girls or there actually a girl but there not in the same country or part of the world lol if they fix those 2 huge problems i might get a sub

I am writing to let everyone know that Badoos dating app is horrible. I got flagged and accused of being abusive and vulgar which I reported that because multiple men were being like that towards me. They did not do anything about it but allowed the other person to report me just because I reported them and they can't handle being turned in. I am never using Badoos dating app ever again even if it's free. From Anonymous person

I would like to let other people know to please be careful going on Badoo because if you report someone they will report you and then get way will something they did bad to you

So I wanted to get back out there and start dating again and my friend told me about Badoo so I give it a try and its a bloody nightmare you try messaging women and you either get ignored or have to pay a membership or get verified with pictures, your mobile number its bloody ridiculous its not easy looking for love especially online when you've sites like Badoo that make it 100 times harder with women putting absolute bull$#*! cause they got verified and all that and men that just want a hook up believe me don't waste your time with this website cause its totally bull$#*!

Filipina sends message to man, filipina want 3000 pesos for nude fotos, man says not interested, man blocks filipina, filipina send complaint to badoo saying man is doing commercial sales, badoo idiots send yellow card accusing without reason. Stay away from these fools.

I made a purchase for 1 week premium using my debit card and then 2 minutes later Badoo took an unauthorised payment for 40 euros. Do not give them your card/bank details under any circumstances or they will steal money from you. Banks should block this company as they are just scammers stealing money. Disgraceful.

I met this guy on Badoo and his name was Jason and we talked for weeks everyday all day and I found out he was married and his name wasn't Jason but Alex Hays and it was embarrassing and humiliating and hurtful. You can basically put whatever you want on this site and if you are a good person you will be a target for these people.

I was charged twice for the same transaction (that I did not authorize). 2 transactions at the exact same time. Badoo billing practices are illegal. The use many sneaky tricks and fraud people. I set my account to never auto-bill me, but there are too many built-in deceptive ways to trick users spending. Paypal declines all requests for refunds because badoo has "proof" that you entered an agreement with them.

I spent £1.90 on premium for 1 day.
I check my bank account a few minutes later to see that they've taken an additional £39 for 'credits' that I did NOT authorise, want, or get any request to purchase. I've submitted an unauthorised payment ticket with paypal. Hopefully I can wash my hands of this soon.

For your own wallet's safety, don't touch Badoo's premium service.

Badoo uses pre-ticked check boxes to trick users into buying things they didn't intend to. This is in breach of British and EU regulations.

I complained to customer service, but they just stopped replying after a while.

However, after I alerted my bank that I had been subjected to internet fraud, I got a full refund of my credit card purchases.

The great thing about this is that Badoo will lose their standing with credit card companies over time.

I used the enclosed picture as proof.

Consent is always given before auto-top up is activated, it is an optional service that can be cancelled at any point therefore we are well within regulations. I did accept to pay $7 for one week.
At my surprise, they were charging me an extra for $50 at each day without my permission. Taking it straight from my PayPal account.
So far, they scam me for 3 days worth of $150.
Looks, they use sneaky tricks to steal users.
Please, don't even think of getting involve with Badoo. They are a group of mafia

Terrible company with 0 values to their members. They will incur big charges on your account for supposedly non refundable one click payments they mention of their "fine Print" and you accept. It doesn't matter you complain immediately after their charge they will not refund you the money and tell you you should have read their fine print policy. Please BEWARE of this company as it is obvious they have structured this policy along with their "one click customer convenience purchase" on purpose to steal money from their members. There are a lot of the same complains online. BEWARE!

I signed up on this website only to be kicked out after making a weekly subscription. This must be due to my nationality and I find it to be discriminating. Also, this is unfair showing me options and I can't pick one but I'm kicked out the day I make payment. Now, Badoo won't give me a refund for my subscription. If this isn't fraud in its whole majesty, tell me what is.

They always blame it on some reports, but it's all a lie.

I have been using badoo for quite a while now and decided to make payment which cost $1.99. I found out that I have been charged an addition of $89.99 from my PayPal at the same time.

I hope this is not going to end without a refund, or it's just an error from their end. With loads of negative reviews mostly on payment, one have to ready for the worst.

This is my first review on any app. I will see how this will go and If it turns out to be SCAM, I think it's time to make it to the headlines.

Badoo is SCAM. Most of its members are Nigerian scammers claiming to be in your area but they're incapable of speaking proper English, never mind being ever anywhere near your location. You are a total and utter natural disaster if you even think considering paying money for their services. Please, avoid it, like Chernobyl!

It's the same as any other site. There's honest and dishonest people on it.
You get enough perks for free to find a date so no need to pay them anything. For $#*! sake everyone knows that or at least should.

Plays women by wooing them by being charming, and then after a month or two asks for $350 with some sob story. Save yourselves from this horrific person. Phone number shows up as "DALLAS" when calling.

Badoo is a fake dating website literally doing nothing but taking money from the desperate singles! It is being run by professional scammers and hustlers based probably in India. Just wondering how can they do this so freely! Never ever sign up there or install their app or give your bank information to them. Otherwise you will be a big loser!

One click in mobile app and badoo took of me £119.99. Sent complaint but they refused to refund my money. My next step is opening case against badoo on PayPal then if it does not help small claim court.

Took my money then blocked my account without providing evidence of the excuse (spreading hate speech). Repetitive mechanical responses from the "support" team. One click purchasing can be activated extremely easily by simply pressing one button, no confirmations are required which leads to error purchases without recourse to return the funds. Stay clear of this company, there are many professionals operating on their pages, which violate their terms and conditions but do not get blocked.

I am an experienced user of online dating sites and have grown wise to the ways they try to extort extra money out of you, however my experience with Badoo has definitely topped the lot. With my card details saved from a previous purchase, I *apparently* clicked on the default option of Lifetime Membership instead of Back. One wrong click and I'm billed £120 instantly! Their own terms and conditions outline a full refund is offered, yet Customer Service are trying to squirm out of refunding me with a nonsensical argument. I will take them to a claims court if I have to. Avoid! The free service is worthless to your average guy anyway.
