They are an absolute terrible company to deal with buyer. Beware don't spend your money. I think after my subscription and my credits are out. I'm gonna cancel everything because the company is a total waste of time and money and energy. And I never did a thing wrong either.
Do not expect to meet anybody serious on here! Fortunately for me I wasn't daft enough to part with cash I used the free facilities, however I did get chatting to a lot of men over time, but unfortunately that's all it was, most of the men on this site are not available and not looking for a relationship they simply come on here to pass the time during lunch break etc and to boost they're flagging ego!

Used this site for a week. Was convinced that it was up to no good. Deleted it.
Many profiles looks fake on Badoo and with changed locations. Full on unused profiles. Absolutely no good.
To anyone reading this, be careful of dodgy dating sites.
ASIO has been warning of fake users and spies on dating sites. This site supports fraudulent activities, allowing fake profiles and changed locations. Badoo's owner (Bumble) is on the list.
I would say, never give your credit card details or personal information to this site.

I see all the bad comments about badoo and I support the opinions that there are many fake profiles. Other than that I met many girls on badoo in real life and with one of them I'm still with. Don't take it seriously. Take it like a nice time looking at strangers pictures and if it comes... It comes:-)

Recently i found out that i had a account using the free version fo badoo, so i decide to reactivate my free account to see just for fun. I start watching profile, couple was my style so i start adding them (50 by days since it's the max you can go with a free account), after about 2 months i got my first women that accept to talk, i start by a ''how are you''... after silence for another 2 weeks, when she answer she told me that she never asked to talk with me (even if i receive a email for badoo claiming it), the next 10 women never answer anything. Another one when to the extreme of talking about wedding right from the beginning. Without knowing anything about me (we never talked), when i say that i was interested to talk more before to know her better, she quit the conversation. Dumb website with unrealistic women.

On their policy they say you have 14 days since the payment to receive a refund. I asked for it the same day I got the money out of my bank without my consent and they just stopped replying to me on 2 different tickets. They keep quoting a condition that is not on their Terms and Conditions Policy. They took away money from me that I need to EAT! The unsubscribing process is fraudulent and while I thought I was already not anymore with the service, they charged me again. These company is full of senseless scammers.

I removed my card info and cancelled subscription due to the only intrest is from fraudulent people and badoo still continued to charge my account. I did contact them about a refund an was denied the refund. This site is the worst ive ever been on. Highly recommend avoiding it.

They steal data and sell to third parties. Surprisingly I have started to receive a lot of spam messages on my phone number from the week I registered in Badoo. I did not register my number elsewhere.
The website consists of 99% fake profiles and users who lie on their location.
Several people have complained of Badoo being a fraud and inappropriately charging customers from their credit card.

Stay away from this app the Badoo team will block and take your money cut your premium payment in half just because you are reported from fake and jealous people for no reason! I accidentally opted for their premium for life. I contacted badoo to try and resolve this, I have mental health needs and do not get much money. Badoo have refused to help.
They seem okay with mentally ill people having no money to pay bills.

At the beginning of my subscription to Badoo, I opted out from auto renewals but my membership was auto renewed last month. I again opted to not to be auto renewed but today I have been auto charged again. If you are cancelling auto renewal, make sure to check your junk mail. Their confirmation for cancellation is going to junk mail (On purpose?) and it gets deleted automatically leaving you without a proof.

Badoo should be shut down with immediate effect, the owners of this company have out a care in the world for their customers or their customers safety, only joined a week ago and I have had 4 confirmed scammers claiming to be in London but when investigating I find their IP addresses are based in Africa and surprise surprise once they think they have their hooks in you they start asking for money... what a surprise, just full of scammers.

I set up a profile and at some point I was charged £15.00 after paying £1.50 for a feature. I complained and I received an email saying they never refund. I didn't buy anything after that single feature. I complain to the developer and also to PayPal and they said they would do anything. I think this is the Russian way. They gave me "Coins" that have been vanishing on my account even I don't use them. So, because this website is based in Russia they do anything they want! Apparently, yes!

I don't know how I got them in my inbox. I am happily married and when you try to opt out it doesn't let you. I have tried multiple times and now when I see Badoo in my inbox it just makes me angry. A site that doesn't let you opt out. Something is just wrong with their motives.
I don't care what they send to others, just when you get something you didn't sign up for and then it doesn't go away no matter how hard you try to break it off is frustrating as hell!

This is a feature which enables you speed up making purchases on Badoo without having to enter your details every time you wish to make a purchase. This feature is completely optional and you can chose to remove your details at any time.
In regards to the payment you have made on Badoo, this has happened because you have selected the service which was shown to you and since you already had your card details linked to your account, it was not necessary to enter them for this purchase.

Badoo is nothing but a scam site. I've had over 30 women contact me and I have determined through questions that they are all frauds. I have asked all of them to verify I have asked the last 20 of them to verify who they were by sending me a video introducing themselves using my name and I never hear from them again. That trips them up they don't have any way of pretending. They send fake photographs of themselves but they will never send a live video of themselves. I have had several of them asked me for money within 24 hours. I think the site itself is behind a lot of this and I am blaming them I think they are just as corrupt as the profiles of these women that are being posted. I am pretty certain that he knows what is going on and I think they may be getting a kickback. The site is useless as far as I'm concerned I don't believe there's a real person on it. I am never going back.

It took only one message to show how toxic a woman can be. She took something innocent and turned it into something toxic. Degrading my appearance and my personality. The rest of the women just ignore your messages and you whatsoever. It's disgustingly superficial as the only way picking a date is by seeing the pictures. If you are not a premium member, then you can message a person only if you like that person and he/she likes you back.
In real life, I am likable and I have not had any problems with communicating with women. Here, I felt the ugliest, stupidest and unimportant person ever. It's a nice way to shatter your self esteem.
