They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Last night I had to work a 24 hour shift. The day started out very mild with temps at 53 degrees in the foothills. Then, the clouds rolled in and we were in the fog. It got down to 39 degrees. As the evening rolled in, the fog turned into heavy rain. All the while, I was warm and dry in my Baerskin jacket. Now if only I had Some Baerskin gloves and pants, the experience would have been perfect. I had my wife send a Baerskin jacket to my son in Germany. I have no doubt that he will be more than satisfied.
I am so disappointed with the quality of my Baerskin hoody!
I bought 2,1for my son and 1 for myself, the one for my son was fantastic in gray really nice quality tight resilient material snug and fluffy on the inside excellent zipping and all you would expect after seeing the ad online, he loves it.
My one however was another story, loose saggy material with little body that flopped about which made it difficult to do the zippers up or down and the hood flopped about, the whole thing soaked up water like a sponge I was so disappointed I gave it to the charity shop.:{

My husband loves this hoodie! He goes on and on about all the pockets every time he wears it! It's very well made and functionally designed. I gave it only 4 stars because I'm not that fond of the material which isn't as soft as I'd expected, and also because I barely got it in time for Christmas last year and spent weeks anxiously waiting for it.
We have purchased 4 of these and all of them fit and wear great. We have been very happy with the the quality of them as well as performance. Only complaint is the delivery. The first order was great, but the following 2 orders took a very long time to arrive and getting updates were hit or miss. In order to make it right the company did give us coupons for future purchases.

After all the hype the item I received was 'thin' not as 'deep' as some competitors and probably only worth the 'discounted' price it was purchased for. The listed price, if paid, would have been worthy of only one star.

Nice jacket. Well constructed and comfortable. Sizes run a little small. I usually wear an XL and glad I ordered an XXL. Only thing I noticed, the bottom of the zipper is frayed and am concerned it will be a problem shortly.
I never got my hat or gloves from these people. But they still have my money that i ordered for my grandson, i hope they burn in hell. I want it his birthday, because that's what he wanted those bastard kept the merchandise and the money.

I bought this jacket because it's similar to spandex type material. I ordered my first coat and it was way too large and I haven't heard a thing back from the Store! I bought a second one and it fit fine. The first coat zipper was for left handed person the second was correct so now if I could be reimbursed for the defective one I'd be a great customer for these people.
I’d not give one star if I could still haven’t heard anything about the first coat so until I do this stands.

Not all pockets advertised are actually on the jacket. I called to report this and y'all simply gave me another jacket that also didn't have what you advertised. Also, the pockets are made from material that punctures and tears very easily. Be honest, make it simple and practical, and if you're gonna advertise as you have make the product true to that standard.

Well first of all the zipper clasp is on the wrong side. Here in the USA it's on the right side. Second it's a bit snug, all my jackets are XL and the fit me perfectly. Not comfortable to wear because of that. Will probably donate it.

I have not found anything I don't like about this hoodie. The quality is very high. The fit was good, love the pockets, especially the one in the back, I use it in the back country, you can carry everything you need comfortably

Got mine, just before winter set in. Was kind of mild, so didn't have to wear, anything more, under it, than a t, till February - March. I like, lots of pockets, so it's perfect ( wish they did a microfleece, for warmer weather). I've got, fleece blankets, the same weight, as the hoodie, so I can sleep, with my window open, year round.
Tried the "Wish", knock off ( not even close, to baerskin quality), then decided, to go for it, when, I saw the discount, advert ( I'm stingy, but would have no reservations, paying full price, if I had to).

We saw an ad for this jacket and my husband indicated that he would be interested in getting it for his birthday. So we ordered it. He's had it for about a year now it hasn't pilled up and it's held up well. It'd be great if they started making them for ladies too.
The online purchasing app charged us twice and we called and they fixed it up for us. No problems.

Scammers. Be very careful at first I received two different tracking numbers. Customer service sucks. I ended up disputing this order with my credit card by the time I received this order I also received it with one fake ounce of silver lol it was a silver eagle lol it was a legit fake. Just beware this is a Chinese made and shipped. Do not order from their website. If you want this, you could order this on Amazon for half the price. Website only has a two week return policy, which stinks Amazon would take this return up to 30 days.
Tip for consumers:
Just buyer beware cheap Chinese junk. Do not order from website you can get this jacket for $49 on Amazon.

Regarding our product, we would like to clarify that while there are other products in the market that look similar, Baerskin Hoodie is our original brand. We have our own in-house Product Development team that develops and makes improvements to our products. In fact, we have recently released the third version of our hoodie, which incorporates the suggestions made by our customers to the previous model.
As for where our products are made and shipped from, we would like to clarify that our design, testing, and manufacturing centers are located all over the world, from Europe to Africa and Asia. We also have warehouses all around the world, and we always try to send the products from the warehouse located nearest to the customer.
That's why there are two tracking numbers given sometimes - one is the international tracking and the other is for when the package arrives at the local courier.
Lastly, customer satisfaction is important to us - that's why we have an easy exchange and return policy. Indeed, we only allow exchanges and returns for a specific timeframe, as we expect our customers to have already noticed the issue with their items within that amount of time.

I've sent two emails explaining that my brand new Baerskin hoodie has a defective zipper, making it impossible to unzip to put on. I can't even try it on. I provided pictures and still I can't get any response.

I love that I can depend on my hoodie to block the wind, no draft, reliable shield against the cold. And recently I was caught by an especially cold rain. And later, it didn't absorb any of the rain, the drops just rolled off. Proof positive it could keep me warm.

It took them about 10 weeks for this item to arrive at my house, probably cause it's coming from China or something. Upon opening the item & inspecting it I immediately wanted to return it, because it was clearly not worth $100. When I contacted the company to set up a return they said they will only discount it & they will not accept returns.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! One of the worst transactions & products I have encountered in a long time. Their communication was awful as well.

Regarding your order, we have to admit that we have been severely underprepared for dealing with the increase in demand for our product in the past year. As a result, there were some slight delays in the processing and shipping of some orders. As for where our products are shipped from, we would like to inform you that we have multiple warehouses all over the world. Whenever a customer places an order with us, we ship from the warehouse nearest to their location.
On your concern regarding returns, upon checking, I can see here that our agents have previously sent you our return procedure multiple times. However, it seems that you were not pleased to hear that you had to shoulder the shipping costs, which is why you decided to file a dispute with your bank to get your refund instead.
Please note that we are only a small business. Since we already offer free worldwide shipping, unfortunately, we cannot afford to cover the cost for returns as well. However, since customer satisfaction is important to us, we always offer alternative options for our customers if they don't want to go through the hassle of returning their product back to us, such as exchanges or partial refunds.

Warm functional roomy. I will buy another one size smaller. Like the 2x when I'm layering. Gonna buy the 1x for a more sthletic closer fit. May try another color. Love the blue but may go with an earth tone next.

The Hoodies themselves are excellent. Warm, Plenty of pockets, stays in shape pretty well even with pockets full of everyday items like my best multi knife, phone, wallet, car keys ect. Washes up well in a cool wash, so no complaints in that front.
Did think I was getting a Hoodie made in the US, but it seems it's a Chinese Product.
Took ages to arrive, one of the Colors was unavailable but no one told me until I eventually got a reply, But as I said, Product is very good, Customer service needs improving.
Difficult. At first no one got back to me it took 3 Attempts. I was then told one of the Colors was unavailable and I should consider changing. Which I then had to do myself. I then didn't know if the color change had gone through and had to keep checking on line as no one filled up.
Looking for a hard wearing hoodie with a lot a pockets. The two large rear pockets are ideal for me to stow my Gloves when I need to use my fingers. The advertising showed the hoodies to be very practical, which they are.

Pockets are convenient, just wished mine had zip ups on the inside pockets and wish I was sent the new design with the velcro rubber wristbands so my hands would fit in the side pocket

Thou. The hoodie is a nice looking jacket with many available pockets and a awesome fit. This hoodie should have had the pockets made with canvas or stronger material…the hoodie pockets ripped within 4 months in my case. So I recommend stronger pockets.

As a small-built female, I was a bit worried that the small size might still be too large but no, it fits fine. I love all the pockets and wear it all the time in the winter when not raining. My only small criticism would be that it's not quite as warm as I would like, but other than that, great product.
