They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.

I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.

This hoodie is lightweight, well made and very comfortable. My husband put a patch on the arm and it looks great. He got it in black, it's true to size and looks great. We are in Chicago and spring and fall can be hard to dress for because of sharp changes in the weather, the wind and cold rain. This hoodie is perfect for the seasons.

I bought me and my wife a hoodie came out to almost 200$. I waited the 14 days like it's said and nothing. I tried emailing them says my email will not go through. I've tried texting them on the web site and nothing. Save your money because it's a scam.

Tip for consumers:
This company is $#*!ty and a scam. Save your money. It looks like a good deal but it’s just to get you money. Don’t give it to them.

2 beat skin hoodies one grey and one purple. They never showed up and I can’t get anyone to answer on the email or web site.

I've lived in cold climates most of my life and have owned dozens of hoodies. This hoodie is by far the best I have ever owned.
The only complaint, it zips on the opposite side of what I am accustomed too and it took almost a month to get to me. Other than that, it delivers.

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.

Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.

Ordered 2 hoodies and then 2 vests 1 Velcro flag patch. They charged a shipping fee for the shoulder patch. I guess it would not fit in the box. After e-mail contacting the company no response no patch.

The zipper broke right away. Eventually I was able to get a refund. I replaced the zipper and started wearing the hoodie. Very frustrating. The pockets have something pointy that pokes at you through your other layers. There's a lot of hype advertising this product. I can't recommend it.

It is warm and it does have a lot of pockets.

After a couple of attempts and not getting the color I wanted and also having one sent in the wrong size I received a couple of replacements. One of the replacements the stitching was incomplete on the inside pocket on the right hand side and I received another replacement for that. Found out yesterday that the left hand pocket stitching is incomplete on the replacement. It is a much smaller error than the other one but it is still low in quality control for these garments. Customer service has been great in providing replacement garments but I'm not gonna bother with trying to get a replacement for this one.

On November 24,2023, I purchased 2 Baerskin Hoodie 3.0's. One for a male and one female. I received a order confirmation for both orders. The website said that delivery would be within 10 to 14 days. I have now waited 16 business days and I don't have my hoodies. I have tried to contact Baerskin Tactical by phone, email and online chat and can't get a response other than, "Hello, Thanks for reaching out! Our standard delivery time is 10 to 14 days. If you need more information on your specific order, please provide your order ID a". I've checked on the website tab "Find my Order" and it only shows that I made the order and nothing about shipping. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I won't be making another order here.

I had purchased the the bearskin 1.0, when 2.0 came out it was a different animal. I actually had to get a size M rather then size s, it was that different. I love it, I wear it in 15 degrees and below and of course above that as well. I have a smile now that 3.0 is out, with their catch phrase, "This will be the last hoodie you will own!" Whoops, heh 2.0 was suppose to be the last Hoodie I own!, Can I get a free upgrade? :)

Do not buy this hoodie. Sizes all wrong and when you try to get a return label they say you have to return to Republic of Slovakia at your own expense which costs about £16.00! They say they are going. Also but have no warehouse in the.UK! Offered 40% off to keep a useless article.

My wife purchased this hoodie for me for Christmas. It arrived late, which was not a big deal, but it did not fit so we returned immediately. She followed return instructions to the letter of the law including UPS in it and we have a Signature that it was received. Company claims they never received it and refuses to give a refund. Worst experience ever!

The hoodie is great but the only thing I would add is a button or snap to hold the hood in place when I'm bending over to clean my rims the hood always flops forward and it becomes to be a pain in the a— … that is the only problem I have come across so far …

I ordered one of these a few months before a planed trip to colder weather based on the "blocks wind" claim. We'll I can tell you the claim us a complete lie. In 43deg weather with 38deg wind chill I felt every bit of wind 5-8mph come right through, I was so cold. Save your money and buy a good coat, don't fall for the marketing like I did. I don't even want to donate this because it won't keep anyone warm.

Ordered the BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0, and received it after being shipped from China.I opened the package, put the hoodie on, and took the dog for a walk. In less than 30 minutes, the left waist drawstring came undone and the string just hung there, rendering the drawstring unusable and just a string.
For the money you pay for this hoodie, the quality is questionable at best. I have emailed the support address five times with NO response. I tried calling the phone number on the website, but the number just rings and no one answers. Customer service absolutely is nonexistent. I can not recommend BaerSkin Tactical for anything, do not be swindled by this "company".

As for your concern, we do our best to ensure that our customers' issues are immediately attended to. It came in handy on my trip to Sapa the weather there changes day by day the coat it built nice for cold and the wind was blowing that day I was on a hike … to the top of the mountain in Sapa. Tried to return hoodie, didn't like the color, but would have to pay the return postage, almost 20.00, which is 20% of the cost, way to expensive, they need to clarify the RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY, (Amazon has free returns) Also purchased the beanie/hat, it's extremely small, was told I could get a 40% refund and keep it, or return it at my own expense, again not worth the cost of returning, but then they stopped answering my email replies, so i never got a 40 refund. I'm stuck with a coat that I "actually like" but dislike the color and a beanie hat that is way to small to fit a normal adult male head. BTW ONE WAY improve on the hoodie, add underarm zippers for ventilation, this would make it even better.

1. Told couldn't return for color exchange unless I paid return shipping, which is almost 20.00 with the postal service.
2. Was told if not satisfied, could get a 40% refund, but not for disliking the color, I guess I should have made up some other reasons, that may have been covered.
3. Same as above with the beanie/ hat, it was just to small, but never figured out how the get 40% refund, and wasn't paying to return a 20 dollar beanie.
