They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
This hoodie saved my husband's life! He got stranded in a back road, and the temperature suddenly dropped, common in Canada, and he was not prepared for it, but was wearing this hoodie. This hoodie kept him warm until the tow truck arrived.

Tried to return hoodie, didn't like the color, but would have to pay the return postage, almost 20.00, which is 20% of the cost, way to expensive, they need to clarify the RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY, (Amazon has free returns) Also purchased the beanie/hat, it's extremely small, was told I could get a 40% refund and keep it, or return it at my own expense, again not worth the cost of returning, but then they stopped answering my email replies, so i never got a 40 refund. I'm stuck with a coat that I "actually like" but dislike the color and a beanie hat that is way to small to fit a normal adult male head. BTW ONE WAY improve on the hoodie, add underarm zippers for ventilation, this would make it even better.
1. Told couldn't return for color exchange unless I paid return shipping, which is almost 20.00 with the postal service.
2. Was told if not satisfied, could get a 40% refund, but not for disliking the color, I guess I should have made up some other reasons, that may have been covered.
3. Same as above with the beanie/ hat, it was just to small, but never figured out how the get 40% refund, and wasn't paying to return a 20 dollar beanie.
Thought it looked good, my old columbia windproof fleece was worn out, so I tried it, wish I hadnt..

Not knowing how the jacket was sized, I ordered a size up. I thought that a little larger was much better than too small, with the hassle of returning. I usually will purchase an extra-large jacket, on line if I can't try on beforehand. The Extra-large is almost like wearing a tent. The good thing is is that I can do lots of layering. The bad thing is is that I have to do lots of layering. There are not enough draw strings to cinch up all the extra bulk.
Also, what's up with the appendage on front of good? I have to wear a hat to keep the front of the hood from drooping down front of face. That being said, maybe the correctly sized jacket would have taken care of that. Still, front of hood is kinda weird.
One more thing... wouldn't call it tactical. Not heavy/sturdy enough for that. Good advertising gimmick, though.
Thought it would be a good mid-Fall/ early Spring jacket with just the right warmth. We'll see. So far, so good.

I bought this hoodie for my brother, who lives in Michigan, because it's so cold up there. He loves the hoodie. He said it's very comfortable and warm!

Love the hoodies (got 2) and have been wearing them all the time! I am a sailor in Maine where wind, fog, rain and of course cold all play a role in making you uncomfortable! Baers hoodie makes it fun to be out and comfortable! The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 is the zipper does not survive daily use/abuse! I have been holding off getting others until they fix this issue!

Had trouble getting it here " during holidays" but the quality is top notch, I wore it when it got below zero it is as advertised blocks the wind and is very warm very comfortable.
it didnt come so i contacted baerskin they assured me it was on its way. finally showed up so it worked out. was happy with the product

I bought the 2.0 Baerskin Hoodie and I can't wait to buy the 3.0 Hoodie. Like the title says, the Best Hoodie Ever and that was the 2.0 version and I can't wait to buy the 3.0 version. I was skeptical about how the Hoodie would perform at first but after testing it, I was a believer. It was freezing cold out side but the Hoodie remained warm and that was the 2.0 version and that's why I can't wait to try out the 3.0 version.

The new 3.0 version has 6 internal pockets (3 zip pockets & 3 drop pockets), round toggles, arm zips moved to upper sleeves for ease of movement, and rubber tab adjustable cuffs.
It's made from anti-pill fleece which will not incur pilling. This refers to the little bubbles that you may have seen around areas where the fleece frequently rubs against the body. The anti-pill is of a better quality and ensures longer lasting.

I bought 4 of these hoodies. Before you made one for females. I love mine, My Dad loves his. My Manager loves his. My cousin loves his too. I am warm, dry and comfortable. The many pockets are so useful. I love the hood and the length. Awesome product. Shipping took long but well worth it.
Product was ordered but not received. I checked the tracking of this hoodie and it said it was delivered. I went to the post office to see if they could track my order. Post office said they couldn't track it because it had an international track #. Don't waste your time or money.

Regarding the zipper, we would like to inform you that our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually placed on the left side. That's why it might seem a bit unusual. However, rest assured that this is an intended feature of the product.
As for the material used for our product, we opted to go for 330gsm double napped BÆRSkin™ Fleece, as it is able to retain heat without the extra bulk. Lastly, our product has 6 pockets on the outside and 3 inside. We stored them conveniently so you could easily access your valuables and keep them secure.
However, we understand that everyone has different needs, and our product might not always be the best choice for our customers.

When I originally ordered, I read somewhere that the sizes "run small" so I ordered a 2XL size.
When it arrived, it wasn't cold enough to wear it. When I finally started to wear it, I discovered that it's huge on me. I'm swimming in it so bad, it looks funny when I wear it.
It was to late to try for a refund. So I still have it, but I don't wear it much. Sorry.

This product works perfect for me. I'm a land surveyor. I need to ba able do my work without a large winter jacket getting in my way. The Baerskin Hoodie does just this. I have the warmth and wind break of a large winter jacket, but can easily get my way through tight, bushy woods bieng hindered by one. Love my Bearskin. Plus plenty of pocket space for field books and such.

I have 3 now and I wear them all the time, I love all the pockets and the big hood. Hopefully one day you make a fr version because I'm a Powerlinemen and I would use the because it warm and the hood would fit over my hard hat.
The cost was the number one reason and you sold them well through the advertising.
It is also comfortable excepts when using the hood without a ball cap, because it is too large to wear comfortably and drops in front of your face (overlaps it) obscuring your view.
All in all, a good value and comfortable garment.
My son saw it and asked for it as a Christmas present, so I added one for myself.

The velcro used to secure the slave length is completely useless. Does not work. Everything else is amazing and it's so comfortable. I'd buy 3 more if they didn't have this issue.

The hoodie is amazing, but the arms and the cuffs on the arms are just terrible. The cuffs are absolute pants, whoever thought to design them that way was seriously wrong. I love thé jacket but definitely not the Coughs

Contacted customer service and they were super helpful. They are going to send out the right size free of charge. Heck they even told us to keep the other one. Hoodies seem super legit and customer service was quick to respond. I will be ordering a few more hoodies for gifts during the holiday season. Bearskin is a legit company.

I love the thickness of the material. The color choices are awesome. I got the grayish one. I love the multiple pockets. It is the best feature of this hoodie. The downside of this hoodie is the Velcro on the handcuffs. They start to fall apart after 3-4 months of used.

My first purchase went well & the hoodie feels great. This second order was sent back after I was charged for some reason but was not cancelled by me. Received no communication as to why nor a refund once it was returned. No response from the sent email as to what happened with my order. Chat expirience was way better & almost immediate but still couldn't provide answers for what happened. Will see how long it takes to receive the new order.

This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband, but was received 2 weeks AFTER our anniversary even tho ordered over 2 weeks prior to it. Had I realized it was being shipped from China I never would have ordered it. Additionally, as soon as my husband tried it on, we realized that it zips on the wrong side! It zips as if it's on a woman's jacket, not on the left side like a man's! I definitely wouldn't have purchased it had I known this. It's nice material and fits well, love the pockets, but this very poor attention to detail is really annoying. And reading reviews that the zipper falls apart after being washed gives me even less confidence in the hoodie. For $89, supposedly 60% off, I'm highly disappointed and would NEVER purchase it again at that price, or ANY price, let alone over $200 full retail. I had thought I might get these for our 4 sons and son-in-law for Christmas this year, but it would be a joke of a gift.

We must admit that shipping time has been one of our main weaknesses in the past months. Luckily, we have found alternative transportation solutions, and we expect things to improve soon. Overall i l9ike the hoodie and wear it as my main walking and hiking hoodie. The 1 thing that i would change would be the direction of the rear pocket zippers because when they are zipped up the zipper digs into your back but overall a good product.
