They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Pros: The fleece material is thick, soft, and warm. Plenty of pockets. Zips up to chin to cover neck. Cuff, waist, and hood draw string adjustments (that worked on one but not another...)
Cons: The order took a long time to fulfill, and there was a lack of communication regarding shipping tracking, and I was charged before the item shipped leaving me questioning if this was a scam. Also, I ordered two, gray and black, and each one was manufactured differently. The gray one was less well made with plastic cuff adjustments, and waist/hood draw string adjustments that keep slipping making it basically nonadjustable. The black one much better made and stays adjustable. I am afraid to order another... which quality would I get?
I had to email customer service regarding the fact that I was charged before the items were shipped and did not receive shipping/tracking information. Then the lack of response to my email and the long delay in receiving my items made me think I was scammed. I almost had charges reversed on my card as a result.

I have ordered handful of stuff after looking at the reviews and surfing on the product description. I received my order after a month and wrong size. I wrote to the company multiple times but there is no response except for automated emails of acknowledgment. This company is really doubtful where product quality is not like as reflected on the site and reviews are all exceptional. I am really disappointed and wondering how anyone can comment such great product quality where neither they have quality nor service

Ordered my hoodie and 2-3 weeks later it arrived. The hoodie didn't fit, so I tried to contact customer service as their instructions stated. I sent emails, tried phone calls, and I still received nothing from them. Finally, sensing a scam, I called the credit card company to report them. The very next day I received an email from them, saying they would be glad to help me. After returning the coat, I never received a refund but the CC company refunded my money since they considered this a fraudulent transaction. Beware!

We Purchased 2 of these. Waited a long time for them. Now my issue is the main zipper. It doesn't stay closed. It opens from the bottom. I see from these reviews that other people have zipper issues Baerskin says I'm out of warranty. How convenient. I see in here they answer the reviews but all they do is talk, they don't fix the problem. So you're stuck with a hoodie that doesn't work. And at the price we paid that is a scam. I have hoodies that I have for over 10 years with no zipper issues. I will continue to post my reviews on this product and company on all social media platforms until they take care of my issue. And then try send me a survey to take on how my issue was taken care of. So sad.

I ordered my husband one of these hoodies, intending for him to receive for Valentine's day. Order placed 2/7/24. No such luck. I contacted the company to find out where it is... I get a mysterious tracking number that tells me nothing.

My jacket keeps me warm. I ordered an XL but probably need a L instead but I'm good with it. Very comfortable. Not crazy about the plastic clips that keep the wrists cinched but can be loosened but it does give the jacket an unappealing look. The Velcro on both arms is also unattractive but not too noticeable unless you point it out to someone but really don't see the need for it. The hood is very large!, but not heavy and hangs on the back comfortably and does have cinch toggles to tighten up when using the hood. Mine seems to flop over my eyes and have to keep adjusting it when I use it. I love the deep side pockets that zip. Also love the inside roomy pockets too that my phone fits in and easy to get to. Not so crazy about the bottom back zip pockets but I can't see them when wearing jacket so no big deal. Over all it's a very soft comfortable jacket with plenty of wiggle room, maybe because I ordered an xl but satisfied with my purchase.

Had an issue because I ordered the wrong size by accident. Contacted by available options email and chat and phone. Unfortunately they didn't get my messages to change the size until after order had shipped. They contacted me and shipped out the correct size at no cost to me and addressed some other concerns that I had as well. Simply outstanding customer service.on top of an amazing quality product.

I made a purchase for the soft shell rain jacket, and it gave me a time sensitive 8 min timer to add a sweater 3.0 L navy blue to my order for 75$ of course I said yes clicked it said done and after the order processed I have bo sweater, and this is after having my first order of a sweater not show up only a belt I ordered with it, im very sad and would love any help I can get.
Haven't herd back about either issues.

I had to place an order three different times. I tried twice with PayPal and it didn't work either time. I finally ordered with my credit card. It takes a whole to receive it. It's a great product. Sadly, it is yet another made in China. Realky trying to get away from that.

3.0 hoodie is awesome nice and cozy. I received hoodie in a timely manner, in less than two weeks it was at my door steps. I also had a sizing issue and customer service was great, they sent me another 3.0 hoodie and didn't have to return the original one.

Loved the first but they improved the design so I had to buy another one! My favorite part was the change in location for the chest pocket so it went the other way. Now I can fit my Iphone in it!

This was my second purchase of this hoodie, but in a different colour. I am amazed at how warm it is and it's really comfortable to wear. Lots of pockets too for those people that need that sort of thing.
The hoodie is so good I've taken to wearing it as the liner of my wet weather jackets as it is much warmer.

Good price, fast delivery and best hoodie ever, never really take mine off, great for outdoor walks and excellent as an over hoodie on the motorbike. Definitely recommend. Thinking of getting a 2nd one as a spare.

I ordered 2 hoodies, 1 grey 1 black. Pockets are lined with different materials for each and in the grey one there is a sewing defect in the outside hand pocket.
Not good quality for 132.00
This product is made in China and shipped in the most bazar way possible direct from there. This jacket should be priced at 60.00 CDN max. The whole time you are waiting for it to be delivered you're worried it won't show. My delivery took 7 days so my worry was short. I paid 262.00 dollars and to he honest I would not refer this product at that price to anyone. They got me hopefully they don't get you as well.
I do not recommend this at that price.

I ordered my items on 12/7/23. And my order was to be shipping to Hawaii had I not reached out to find out where my order was I never would have known you don't ship to Hawaii. As of today 2/2/24 I still haven't received my 3 items I ordered. Iris the person I have spoke with told me I needed a mainland area address. So I have provided one on 1/8/24 and still waiting. I reached out again on 1/25/24 and now your having logistics issues with shipping.

Bought one as Christmas gift but unfortunately sleeves were too short. He is 6'4". Email CS who were efficient and speedy in their response. Gave me some options all which were very generous. Bought larger one, and my Son loves it. He says he needs to but more gagers to fill the pockets, lol. All in all very positive experience.

Looks a good product, but the person it's for, hasn't had chance to test it yet.
The Bearskin 3.0 Hoodie. Has been. The best purchase I've made in a very long time. Having so many pockets on the outside and the inside. The inside pockets have zips to close. As well as a drop pocket behind the zipped pockets. There are 12 pockets in total. But the best part is how warm it keeps you. I live in a rural town in the UK, and it is winter. A lot of times. I have needed, to zip the main zip closed it has kept me so warm. Plus the main zip opens, from both the top & bottom. Which gives you access to the lower pockets on the inside. I purchased 2 3.0 Hoodies, and got a free hat with the purchase. I have only have positive things to say about this product. And would recommend anyone. Who was thinking about getting one, you will get a great product. That will keep you warmer than you could imagine.

The Bearskin Hoodie 3.0. Is a great improvement over the 2.0 Hoodie. The arms are less baggy. And all over a better fit. The hoodie still has the lovely warm feeling when you are wearing it. I haven't needed to wear anything over the top of the hoodie. I have been out in rain, and found it keeps me dry. I am very happy with all of my Bearskin Hoodies. I have 4 in total, in different colours. So I can have the colour to match with what I am wearing. So glad i saw the advert for these hoodies. They have been the best hoodie I have ever owned. And would recommend anyone to buy one. And I haven't mentioned how many pockets you have on the outside and inside of the hoodie. I sometimes forget which pocket I have put my wallet in on occasions.

So far, I'm very impressed with the performance of my hoodie! It keeps me warm, keeps the wind out and I am enjoying it. I don't like the double zipper as it makes it harder to zip up. And the sleeves could do with a better adjustment system. But overall, I'm very pleased and it has replaced my older fleece. I am a gal 5'10' so I got the men's medium.

We are happy to hear that you enjoy the windproof feature of your Baerskin Tactical Hoodie. It has adjustable hood toggles that allow the wearer to draw the hood closer to the face to prevent cold or wind from gushing through. Also, it has an extended storm flap all the way down the length of the front of the jacket, for extra protection from the cold.
Baerskin Hoodie features a 2-way zip that is designed to open from the bottom of the zip as well as from the top. This type of zip adds extra breathability and better temperature control, as well as easier access to internal pockets. We are sorry if you didn't find this feature useful in the same way.
