They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
I ordered a 3XL vest and hoodie. The hoodie was 3XL, but they sent a 2XL vest. I have sent 5 emails reporting the error and have not received any response. All I want is to exchange for the size I ordered.

At first I wasn't a fan, I thought too bulky. But after wearing it a few times I found just the opposite. This is by far the best hoodie I've ever owned.
I bought one for each of my sons as well.

The only problem I have with hoodie is I can still feel the wind thru zipper but other then that it's an awesome Hoodie

Had to request 1size larger than original order and the zipper is on the opposite side by European design. ( That's like selling me a car to drive in the United States with the stiring wheel made on the opposite side for European drivers.) WTF? I see the Bareskin Hoodie 3.0 has received some upgrades from the 2.0...

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.
We are happy to inform you that the new Baerskin Tactical Hoodie 3.0 has improved features regarding the cut and an American-style zipper on the right side. Check our offer on the website, we would be very glad if you give this latest version a chance.

I placed an order today but I ordered the wrong size. I tried emailing them but I received no reply. I contacted paypal about getting a refund. Hopefuly they can resolve this matter.

Don’t waste your money buying from this sham company. I checked them out on scamadviser and they got a low rating. I wish I had done that before buying my hoodie. I don’t know how companies that run these scam ads stay in business. I guess as long as they pay fb big bucks to advertise their poor quality products and to post fake reviews of “satisfied customers” they’ll continue to rip people off.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company scammed me out of $100. I purchased this hoodie on 12/8 and haven't received anything. They do not have phone support and the chat they have on their website doesn't even work, it only asks you to submit your email so that they can reach out to you (which they never do). The only way to contact them is via email, so I did. I asked about the status of my order and never received a response. It's been 3 days since that email was sent and still no response. I followed up this morning via email and received a response from my email provider saying that the email I am trying to contact has blocked me from sending them communications! This just proves what a scam this is. Take my advice and that of the other negative reviews online. Steer clear of these bad faith merchants.

I found that the windproof capacity is not as described. Also the hood is too flimsy and floppy. It's not as described and it will only be used indoors because of it's average to poor quality.
It was advertised on Facebook as a quality garment with exceptional windproof qualities. So I bought one for me and one for my partner. I have bought better quality hoodies for half the price!

Warm, full of features, and can replace many other jackets. My one real complaint is the inside breast pocket is so high on the chest that it is unusable.

Website is good and it's easy to order. Delivery time was reasonable. Hoodie is marginal and feels cheap. I gave it to Goodwill. Better off getting a Carhartt from Tractor Supply.

Sleeves are too long related to the size. The hoody doesn't stay up on head and constantly going down closing eyes. Warm enough for mild Manitoba weather.

In the meantime, we launched the 3.0 model which has 6 internal pockets (3 zip pockets & 3 drop pockets), round toggles, arm zips moved to upper sleeves for ease of movement, and rubber tab adjustable cuffs.
It's made from anti-pill fleece which will not incur pilling. This refers to the little bubbles that you may have seen around areas where the fleece frequently rubs against the body. The anti-pill is of a better quality and ensures longer lasting. We hope you will also give a chance to our latest model.

Takes a month to leave warehouse and then longer to ship. Don't expect in less than two months. I would suggest saving your money. They charge you immediately.

I purchased a hoodie for my son, based on the sizing chart. I ordered a medium, but it was a little small so I reordered a large and told him I would return the medium. The order took about a month to arrive, it was a couple weeks before they even shipped it. I emailed the company, on January 9th, to get a return code... no response except an email stating they received my request and someone would contact me shortly. January 19th, I emailed again... same confirmation email. I called and the phone number picked up with a message that said to email or use the chat on their website to process returns. The person who recorded the message sounds stoned out of their mind, and even said "dude", really? That's professional? I tried their chat feature and gave up after an hour of no response. I emailed again January 24th, and still no response. We only have 60 days to return the hoodie and their lack of response has already eaten up 3 weeks of that. I had already ordered a large water proof hoodie to replace the medium one before I started the return process. I hope I don't have to go thru this again.

This jacket is as windproof as a fish net. Could replace a long sleeve t shirt for cool weather. Not even close to the advertised product. Beware the hype.

Received promptly in 10 days, well packed, vfits well (a little on the large size, very warm and pockets are very functional. I very high quality purchase.

First the company itself was very fast delivery priced very well. The jacket fits great is very warm. A lot of pockets. I love it and was very glad I made the purchase.

Don't waste your money and TIME with this company! Here's why:
1: I ordered this hoodie on 11/28/22 as a Christmas present for my husband. Their site claims it will arrive in 10 to 14 days from time of order. It took 44 days! Turns out it is manufactured and shipped from China. Multiple emails sent asking for the reason of the delay, asking to cancel the order and refund, but would just get generic emails back offering a 20% discount on my next order. No thanks!
2: The zipper is oriented for a female. It's the first thing my husband noticed when putting it on.
3: It's a fleece jacket with extra pockets. My husband notices NO difference in warmth than just wearing a regular cotton hoodie that we can pick up at Wal-Mart for 15 bucks.
I don't recommend. Customer service is sub-par. Product is VERY pricey for what it is. And don't expect for them to have any sympathy when you don't receive it as their website states.
No, I didn't send it back because it was worth the money I spent on it not to have to deal with them ever again.

We understand that your order arrived past the stated delivery timeframe, and when you tried to cancel the order, your request was not granted. Additionally, it seems that you were not pleased with the zipper and it did not keep you as warm as you would have liked.
We must admit that we have had slight delays in processing and shipping orders in a timely manner in the past months. We have been severely underprepared for dealing with the increase in demand for our products. We have made some changes, and we expect things to improve soon.
We would like to clarify that our products are indeed manufactured in China. However, as for where they are shipped from - we have multiple warehouses all over the world, and when a customer places an order with us, we ship from the warehouse nearest to their location.
Regarding the zipper, we would like to inform you that our product was designed in Europe, where zippers are usually positioned on the left side. That's why it might seem a bit unusual. However, it is not an indication of a defect, or that our product is made for women.
As for the material used for our product, we used a 330gsm BÆRSkin™ double-napped fleece. It retains heat but remains light and packable, so you can bring your hoodie with you conveniently everywhere.
