They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Do not waste your time and money. Triple charged on first order, thankfully my bank stopped them. Second order received an email saying payment received and package shipped. Two days later got hit with another charge and an email saying order didn't go through. Customer service is non existent. No way to get in touch with a human. Phone number puts you on hold for 20 mins then hangs up. Email bots that keep telling you to be patient. 3 days of the bots...I'm over it. Went back to their website and noticed no 1 or 0 star reviews. So I gave them a 1 star review and it never showed up. What a garbage company

The hoodie I bought was well made, just did not fit me and the sleeves were too short for me and were bulky when tightened at the wrist. My problem was getting a response on my request to return the item. I sent 2 emails with no answer and finally got someone on the phone after a wait time.

I ordered one about a month ago, the tracking says it hasn't been picked up by UPS yet.
I have called multiple times only to be disconnected after 20 min on hold. Tried the online chat box with zero replies to email or to the chat box itself. Left the chat box open for over an hour. Can't seem to get any help with this order. Not sure what to do next. So frustrating.

It might be good, it might not. These people took my money, sent me tracking information - and never sent the item to the shipper. I'm just told to wait, that they know precisely where it is - but they are not telling me. Fortunately, I used PayPal and have some protection from this fraud.

Ordered this hoodie at 11/25/23, here I am now... This thing has been "awaiting delivery" for roughly a month now. T-minus 9 days for that. Overall I'm flabbergasted by the lack of information being provided. You would think if it was taking a while on a roughly 200$ order they would keep you updated, but no... Had to dig through a bunch of emails to find their ONE email on my order status... It has yet to change... Wanted this stuff for Christmas, but alas they have failed me miserably.

The pockets on the sleeves are seam-taped in a manner that needs a revision. The seam-tape rubs and is irritating. The seam-tape material itself should be re-evaluated and a different material selected. Keeping them all the same polar fleece would be my suggestion.

Liked the first so much, I've bought more. Had a couple of the version 1 jackets. Jumped on the version 2. If I had anything to change, I'd find a way to add in a windproof layer, either as a liner, or as a layer between 2 layers of fleece.

Needed a hoodie with pockets.
Seen an ad and it sounded promising for the 3.0. Took the plunge and ordered one for myself and my son. Fit was fantastic. First hoodie that was the right arm length for me. Usually have to buy men's hoodies/jackets to get a good body fit, then arms are way too long. Started wearing mine this winter. Worn daily until temperature got to -20c. Wind did not go through. I was at a comfortable body temperature when walking around town. I ordered more in different colors. Wish there was more variety of colors. Wish you carried more products for women.

Love the jacket (I bought the sleeveless 10 pocket).
However, at times when I've fully zipped the jacket, the bottom of the zipper parts. It is annoying and usually happens when bending over. Is there a more secure zip that won't separate, such as one with large teeth for more engagement?

But my sister and daughter-in-law a white hoodie and they both seem to like it however, I decided I needed one and bought the lilac color and discovering all the pockets I realized I have places to put my sunglasses my gloves, my phone and if I want to put money, etc. There are so many handy places to put things. One of the things I appreciate is that how it dips down and covers my booty. So yes, I give this a five star rating and it's very soft.
Once I got through to customer service, which was a trial since they don’t answer the phone very often blah blah blah, my issue was taken care of. I needed a different size. I was allowed to keep the first one I sent, which was the wrong size. Very nice. So I got to gift that someone. What a perk.

The product i ordered did not fit. My fault for not measuring. Ordered a correct size and it was delivered on time and fit perfectly. Very happy with the experience. Have now ordered 6 units and completely satisfied with product and experience.

Its been about 8 months now and i still love it. I wear it several times a week. 30 degrees out, no problem running in and out of car and stores. 65 degree fall night, no problem, does not make me sweat.
Lots of pockets, very flexible, very comfortable.
Only Con: I dont really care for the little added piece on the hood.

I saw this product advertised on Facebook and thought I'd give it a try. I was glad I did as I'd lost a lot of weight and needed something to keep me warm in a British winter. Service was excellent, it took under a week to arrive and was as advertised. The grey is a very neutral colour, so can be worn with anything. The only slight drawback is if it gets wet, it takes an age to dry!

This hoodie is remarkably warm and comfortable. I have worn it as a base layer beneath another jacket in sub-20 weather and it has provided great warmth. Any temperature higher than that it is enough without help. Windy days may require a windbreaker as it can only block so much. It is the warmest hoodie brand that I have ever owned.
This is my second one. The first was also great and simply got lost when I moved. If I wear this one out in my lifetime or lose this one, I will buy another BAERSkin.
This jacket is as advertised. It was a warm light weight jacket with tons of pockets. I definitely recommend it.
Accidentally put wrong state in address. Emailed customer service on a Saturday i believe. A week after my hoodie arrived, I get a response from Georgette. Then the neck day. I get an email to ask how well did Georgette do. Well a week after the fact... a bit slow.

Son bought me one for Christmas. After i saw the Black friday sale. Liked it so muchbought myself another and my wife one. Because that price was even better.

Fit is nice, fleece is comfortable. My only grievance is the interior pockets are stitched on the outside of the outer pockets. Do jot understand why this is. If I put my phone or anything in my inside pocket you can't use your outside pocket. This seems like a major design flaw. So I don't use those inner pockets, which is their bragging gunpoint the amount of pockets. Overall nice product. But very bad pocket set-up.
Fist was way smaller then fit chart described. The sent me a 2nd larger 1 at know charge.. this was a very unexpected and redeeming quality

The Baerskin people couldn't be better however when it goes to a third party for delivery that's when things get bad. The kit itself is excellent I wear mine most days, just scope a better delivery system.
They were sympathetic but couldn’t get anything done as it was out of their hands.

I needed a new hoodie, and thought that I would give Baerskin a try because it was only a few dollars more than most of the hoodies I had been considering. Well, I am duly impressed with my Baerskin hoodie. It's incredibly warm when I'm outside, yet it's comfortable when I'm inside while running errands in and out of doors. I love all the pockets and having two spots for attachment of velcro patches is a nice bonus. I like my Baerskin hoodie so much, I bought one for my girlfriend, and now I'm thinking about purchasing a couple more for myself in different colors.
I chose Baerskin because of all the tactical pockets. I often carry multiple small items, and having easy access to them is quite a pleasure.

My Bearskin hoodie couldn't have come at a better time. The weather here took a turn for the worse, when it rain it pours. With freezing temperatures didn't feel a thing other than a little wind in my face.
Needs a little work , the young lady whom I interacted. When I told her my order was wrong ,she told me it shipped. I felled as though she was pulling my leg.
I've tried several other companies who made claims about their products which did not meet my expectations. BAER Skin Hoodie did 100% I was Army 24yrs I know quality when I put it on.

The large size is very large more like an XL. The pockets are nothing special and the military look is all in your imagination. I spent more of my time fighting the zipper than wearing it. I had the zipper replaced locally just so I could wear it and get my monies worth. It's now rolled up in the corner with my tent and sleeping bag waiting for my next outing, maybe.
Send it back or describe your issue, easier to fix local.
