They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Comfortable, warm and practical hoodie which can be used in multiple situations. Reasonably-priced and wears well.
Just don't like the product. Bought a large. Feels like XL. Hood is way too bulky, or it could be my head is too small.

The only negative issue is that the main zipper is on the wrong side. That's a minor issue. Great hoodie overall.
Thought I would try it from seeing the commercials.
It took a long time to receive the hoodie. I bought the hoodie off season but I feel the delivery time was unreasonable.

The product does not have quality zippers and have small tabs to grab them. Also, zippers scratch skin when not shirt its used.

My experience with my hoodie it has helped me from jamming my pockets with stuff by using multiple pockets in stead in my hoodie

Does not stop the wind from blowing thru. Need to wear a jacket with it to stay warm. Not worth the money spent

You can rely on this sweater when it's very cold outside. I sometimes wear just a t-shirt underneath this sweater. That's how warm this sweater is.
When I first emailed you guys about my order after I waited over 2 weeks and got no response, I immediately canceled my order to get a refund. Still, without any communication. The sweaters appear a day or two later. Since I got the sweaters, everything's good. Customer service never reached out to me. That's why I chose 1 star.
When I saw the commercial, it looked like a very warm sweater. I wasn't wrong.

The hoodie never arrived and after hearing from the company that it was "on its way" for months, I requested a refund, which I also never received.
They kept telling me the hoodie was on its way, then after months of that, asked me to verify my address…that the hoodie had been “on its way” to for months. I requested a refund, but still have not received it.
The first time I bought one for my husband, it also took months to arrive, but when it did, he loved it. The first one was stolen, so I was trying to replace it.

This company is a joke. Their hoodies are nothing special. Customer service is basically non existent.

Look elsewhere. This company is a fraud and will gaslight you until you go away.

Need silky liner in sleeves to aide in putting on.can't get use to zipper being on the wrong side. Not worth the money!

Regarding the material inside of the sleeves, I understand you would like it to be made from a silky liner, and rest assured that I will forward your observation to our design team so that in the future they can consider another material for its manufacture.
When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.
