They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
I wish I had read more reviews before buying this. I got one for my brother and myself, it was going to be a holiday present for him but I am a little embarrassed to give it to him now. They had a good idea, lots of pockets, it fits all right I am 6'1" and got a L. Just doesn't feel that warm, definitely won't put it through the dryer. I live in the mountains in Colorado and the ads made me think this would be the perfect hiking jacket on warm winter days or cool spring and fall afternoons. I can tell the wind will rush right through it. Just like others have said. The zippers feel cheap, worried they will break. Not worth $100, maybe $40 tops. They look cool, but it's just basic fleece material, no cool technology here. This will be a summer hoodie I wear next to the fire and I'll let Mother Nature ruin it with sparks and holes and smoke. Merry Christmas shop elsewhere! Just disappointed, they got me! The Chinese win again!
Love all the extra pockets that are in the hoodie! Especially when going out for a hike you can pack snacks, drinks and some gear. It's very warm and makes a good thermal layer under a jacket on a cold day.

I've purchased both the first and second models. Each has its benefits, and I wear them to death. I'm 6'3", 37" sleeve length, and they fit great, albeit the first is long enough because it allows for thumb holes. What's missing? A hanging loop!
This is a good product, especially for the price.
I like the abundance of pockets.
I don't use the hoodie part very much because it covers my eyes, but its there to use if its cold and windy. I was confused by the main zipper - while most (if not all) US coats with zippers, zip using the pull on the right side, this hoodie zips from the left. I've gotten used to this after months, but, it was odd to start with.

The hoodie is well equipped with many pockets and the material is still fine after some washings
Only thing, the hood could have a cord for to adjust it or even better a pocket to fit into when not needed, too.
The hoodies arrived almost on time and the customer service answered me with Infos from the delivery, too

After ordering the hoodie it gave me a shipping date in which it came 3 days early. Started off good and once I got it it ended PERFECTLY! Love the hoodie. Plenty of storage and is an absolute beast in cold weather. Will 100% recommend to everyone!

We love these Hoodies, but would have a couple of wish list items to suggest, 1) I believe that better Zippers are available, to small. 2) You would sell a lot more of these if you offered larger sizes than 3XL

Great hoodie at a great price point. Warm & light shower proof. Now testing with winter weather & merino base layer with space for mid layer micro fleece if needed. Yet to see if it survives my two retrievers for wear & tear. Love the colour, pockets & practicality.
More pockets, durability & I needed a heavier weight fleece.

We were initially excited about the women's new style Hoodie and v3. Sadly the arms are very short and this started an issue where my wife not fully understanding the perfect fit guarantee caused some issue, we were not able to return to switch back to the men's sizing which worked better for her (but didn't have the same pretty Burgundy color). While these double caused the loss of a star, we love the hoodies themselves. We have bought 2 sets for the family, based on this exhorting prolly won't go for three sets but would recommend the garment.
It was difficult to get true help, they just throw items or discounts at you. Can't really speak to fits and changes from size to size.
Plenty of pockets to stow gloves and other warmth items while being very cozy itself. So awesome for hiking in the PNW rain wind or shine

I hope this a small, fast growing company. Baerskin smothered me with email ads showing a powerful-looking guy wearing a hoodie while running outdoors. I sent them an order but the feedback about my order came way late and shipment was even slower.
It was the holiday season so of course I couldn't reach anyone in customer service about the thermal underwear being too small, but once I did receive my merch, I was well pleased. The hoodies are Nice quality—very warm with nice details and fitments. I'll buy again, but I may give them a little time to catch up or add staff before I do!
Patience and persistence wins the day. Once you finally reach someone, they’re very nice!

Took over a month to receive and came in multiple shipments on different days.
Missed my embroidery deadline for Christmas.
Clearly taking order's prior to ordering inventory and theres no talking to anybody.

We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have indeed encountered a few challenges with shipping orders in a timely manner during the holiday season last year, as we were severely underprepared for dealing with the surge in volume of orders. We have already made upgrades to our shipping department since then, and we have been seeing improvements when it comes to shipping and restocking. We have also simplified our Customer Support procedures and hired more agents to ensure more timely responses to our customers’ concerns. We hope you give our store another chance in the future.
Hood is ridiculously oversize and doesn't even have a drawstring to tighten it around the head/neck. The arms are short in comparison to the body. If I was to get one that fitted, it would need to be a mix of sizes. I'm glad it was less than $100.Due to this experience, I'm not comfortable paying the new price for the updated hoodie.
Three stars is for a quick response. Otherwise all I was told is that "we're working on an updated BAERskin hoodie"

Overall very functional. Great design. Fits very well including hood itself. Materials, hardware and assembly excellent. Thicker fleece holds well without being bulky. High level of warmth and wind break.

This jacket exceeded my expectations. I do have one issue. It seems as if the zipper is on the wrong side as if it was a ladies jacket but I can't verify this. Outside of that it's supper warm and durable.

It is well made, more than enough pockets. I think the hood is way too big or maybe my head is too small. What's with the brim. Not sure why it's there. It is warm as long as it's not too windy. I would say it's good down to 50 degrees. I do like it. I use it for a spring and fall jacket. It is true to size. I'm 5'4 and ordered a small.
Liked' the way it looked and the price is in line for a heavy fleece coat.

Great hoodie, but ours didn't have a tie for the hood to keep it in place. The garment is too hot for use here, so I haven't even worn mine, and my husband has worn his twice, in two years. So not a successful purchase for us.
I think I simply suggested adding a drawstring on the hood, which they did the following year, but that doesn't help us. A pretty useless purchase.

I was sceptical about the advertising many companies claim to be the best but seeing is believing
I have purchased 3 hoodies now.i use one and the others were gifts for family and we all love them many thanks 5
I was sceptical and wanted to try it
It's very comfortable with a few exceptions. 1. I feel all the wind blow through it. So, I HAVE to layer up.
2. The hood is super big and I have a large head. It often covers my vision.
3. Some of the pockets drag when I have simple things like car key fob.
4. The zipper seems like it's for leftys.
I love my hoodie. I just had no idea what was going on. I ordered the wrong size by accident (my fault). So I canceled the order and reordered the larger size. It was all fine but I basically just had to sit back and keep track of payments. No one ever contacted me or sent me notice it was canceled

Who needs Bareskin in Louisiana. You sit in a deer stand or duck blind in December/January you need Hoodie. Take that early morning ATV journey through the swamp and you'll pull those draws in tire to your torso and face… Great Product.
Had size issue, “spoke” with customer representative… outstanding service .

I submitted measurements that were not quite accurate. Very helpful support staff helped me get the correct size. Coat is ideal for winter. Very warm and lightweight at a good price. And all those pockets. I could not be more pleased
I bought this through seeing an ad on Instagram. I ordered a medium but failed to realise the sizings are relative to US market and hence it is far too big in reality. Having said that it is very comfortable and warm and has plenty of pockets so I could not be bothered to return it as it took ages to arrive. Great product but just be wary of the size of in the UK
It looked ideal for out miserable cold climate at the time of purchase
This is my second Bearskin and it is just as awesome as my first one the upgrades/improvements to this one are great, I will be buying a third soon as I would like together another color, i have a tan and now grey.
Comfort and warmth are amazing, keeps my dry in light rain great jacket to wear around without the bulk of other jackets that are not as warm

Baerskin hoodie is the best ever to wear. Our temperature here was 24 degrees and I was actually sweating under the hoodie. It was so warm I just couldn't believe it. And the pockets! Well I had no problem finding a pocket that would hold my phone. For me that's important. I don't like my pants pockets bulging out, so, the hoodie alleviates that problem.
I contacted customer service through their message center. I was concerned because it was taking much longer than I expected. The customer service person wrote that the hoodies were being detained, but not to worry because they were on their way. I was satisfied with their answer.
I chose the Baerskin hoodie because it advertised it would keep me warm. Since it rains here often I also got the rain jacket to wear either over the hoodie or over my jacket. I’m a female and I like to wear loose tops and getting the men’s hoodie was the perfect choice for me.
