I started out bragging about how good the hoodie was to friends and family.
Within a month of light wear, using the hoodie once or twice a week; the zippers started to separate from the fabric. Contacted bareskin and no reply was ever sent back. Just like every other online company once the sale is made they are done with you.
Actually, the hoodie is quite comfortable. However, the zipper is backwards. It is what one would find on women's clothing. It zips from the left. Just aggravating and for this reason I would not recommend it unless you are a woman. When I contacted the company (which promotes itself in its ads as All-American), they said it is made in China. They basically blew me off regarding the zipper issue.

A chore to put on as it clings to your clothes. No warmer than a normal jacket. IMO It's not worth what they're asking for it.

The ordering process was easy although it took a while to get my hoodie due to COVID delays, no big issue there.
The size I got is good and I can easily layer up or down. The fabric and quality is great and feels perfect on backpacking trips.
The multiple pockets are not that great. A normal iPhone won't fit into the chest pocket or the sleeve pockets and only fits in the hands pockets (or the back pocket). I realize the second version of BAERSKIN improved the design and pocket size but I don't own one so can't really speak to it.
Overall good product but I wish I had waited for the 2.0 version.

Not really as warm as their advert makes out with the fleece being quite thin. The extra mesh layers are only in a few places which means the wind can get through in many areas It is not adequate as an outer layer in the winter. On the plus side it has plenty of useful pockets and fine in mild weather. I bought the medium and the sleeves are a little long.Other medium fleeces I have do not have over long sleeves.

Sent me a ladies hoodie.never returned it because amazon return took too much to go through back when i ordered it.its a good jacket but i paid too much for the mixup.not happy

I had the Bearskin Hoodie for almost a year and I am an avid hoodie wearer and this is the greatest hoodie that I have ever owned. First let me say that the material is great because there is no adverse reactions that cause my eczema to flare up. It keeps you warm on the coldest day I my case it was 16 degrees out one morning and I don't like wearing long sleeves under my hoodies. This hoodie kept me nice and toasty. Another great added feature is the brim on the hood. I wear this hoodie when it rains as well. I wear glasses and that little brim keeps my glasses from getting raindrops on my lens. I also love all the pockets on the hoodie as well. My final thought wearing this hoodie is like having your favorite blanket on. It's warm, comfortable, ad lightweight.

I have purchased two BAERSKIN Hoodys, they are in my opinion the best quality for the money, does everything as advertised. Anyone looking for a good Hoody don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.
I bought this hoodie for my son. It is the only jacket he wore all winter last year. I bought a second one fir his birthday.
With all the talk about Wingard and Etc on this hoodie you can breathe through the fabric quite easily there is no wind guard in the fabric... the wind guard is in the strings and the zippers. Misleading advertising for sure
