They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
The hoodies are great, very warm. And they even gave me a free one, after I ordered the wrong size. I got one for every member of my family, we all like them.
I ordered a small, but wanted a medium. I asked for an order change. After they sent the small, they sent a free medium, which was awesome
Overall experience was good, took a little longer to arrive then expected. Happy with overall quality and colour. Bought one for each for my wife and I. Great product. "Windsulation" not as good as would expect but still very warm down to at least 22F.
I prefer to sop for quality utility/ tactical oriented gear, being ex military...just feels right.

Pleasantly surprised, it was better than I expected. Very useful for traveling with lots of secure zippered pockets.
Use with a light rain shell and you are good to go for all but extreme conditions.

We order a Grey Tac Hoodie on 12/15/23, they said 8-10 so before xmas. We notice on their tracking system in transit company cannot refund you anything because product is in transit. They cannot tell us when we will ever get our order. Disputed with CC, I can assure we will get a credit back on something that sits in transit. Will never order again..

The Fleece retains a lot of heat, but is also light without unnecessary bulk so it's easy to pack when you're not wearing it.
It's excellent in high winds has lots of adjustments on the cuffs hood and waste for you to choose what suits you best, but keep the wind out in all weathers.
Load of pockets with high-quality durable zips, that even I have managed not to break on both the outside and inside.
I've been in several heavy downpours, and it's kept me dry in all of them, which is pretty remarkable since it doesn't look as though it would be rainproof, but it's very effective. In all the bad weather I've been in, at least.
Lastly, it looks great! Can't recommend it highly enough.

I found the hood will not stay up if there is any wind, cannot keep sleeves up when warm, no elastic or size adjustements. Doesnt fit very well around waist. It appears that the newer version of " the last hoodie you will ever need" fixes many of these issues. Wish i had waited to get one.
I live in a damp windy climate it is tough to keep warm without looking like the michelin man. It does do a decent job of blocking the wind, if i can keep the hood up. I find I use it more as a liner under another coat.

Purchased a Bearskin Hoodie based purely on an advertising promo on YouTube. Not at all disappointed. Brilliant jacket, perhaps even too warm for the climatic conditions where I live. Well made, super comfortable. Great value for what appears to be a quality jacket
I normally wear a medium sized jacket, so that's what I ordered. It felt a little too snug on me so my wife tried it on and LOVED it instantly! I ordered a large for myself and have worn it a few times while shoveling out from our Colorado snowstorms...and it's amazing! With the temperature hovering below zero I wore my hoodie with only a long sleeve t-shirt underneath and was actually sweating by the time I finished! This thing is SO warm and comfortable...I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't worn it myself!

The product is great. The delivery took so long but the staff was incredible and followed up to make sure everything worked out perfectly. I would absolutely buy another product from these guys.
The hoodie I ordered was too small for me and the sent me a bigger size no problem at all.
My wife ordered a green one they sent her a grey one. They sent us a green one in a few weeks.

After less than one year of wear, zipper fell apart rendering the jacket unwearable. Pretty poor plastic zipper for a jacket that sells full price of almost $300. Wrote to support and have heard nothing back, guess they don't support their product.
Contacted the only address available - support. Have heard nothing from them, no support for an item that fell apart after less than one year of wear. Pretty disappointing that one of my favorite jackets is now just a pile of worthless material.

I had purchased an original Baerskin and liked it, but also recommended a number of improvements. Baerskin listened. Many of my suggestions came to fruition in the latest version, although I still wasn't given a price cut...LOL.This version is so much more useful and I love the new string secure around the hood.

Ordered on line, by my dad, it arrived for Christmas. This being our second order, the service is amazing, it is well packed and delivered in a short timeframe.
I am a 13 year old girl who lives in the UK. My dad ordered two mk2's last year which we love but I wanted a different colour to my dads. So when the mk3 hoodie was available in blue, my dad ordered one for my Christmas present. I absolutely love it, my dad says I wear it so much it could be a tattoo. I wear it all the time it is the best hoodie I have ever owned or worn. The mk3 hood is better than the mk2 in my opinion, the zipped pockets are awesome. My daughter has one, i see it so much it could be a tattoo. Have to force her out of it so we can wash it. She now wants a 3.0.

Saw an advert read the reveiws and liked the price.
I bought the garment in August. Apart from trying it on for fit and discovering that the hood is ridiculously oversized as described by other reviewers and that the zip is on the wrong side for the UK male market, I put it away until properly cold weather. Half an hour into a walk the zip parted along its entire length. The fastening at the hem is jammed and the only way to take it off was over the head. I immediately emailed Baerskin customer support acknowledging that I am outside their 60-day return window but asking for a replacement. Over a week later, and despite a follow-up email, they have not replied. £80 down the drain for half an hour's use. Not recommended.

Never have I seen a perfect hoodie over 100$, now imagine over 300$! This hoodie is over 125$ WHIT, the 60% rebate! Don't get me wrong, it's a great hoodie, well worth 125-150$ but advertising it at 60% to screw potential customers, isn't fair business and should be sanctioned by any means necessary, to protect the customers. Hope someone with a head screwed on tight will read this and DO something about it. Have a nice day!

I bought the first series of jackets that you all made, and it was good. The second jacket I bought was better than the first series and will probably buy another in the future. Very good material quality. The jacket has become one of my favorite jackets. Good for cold, windy, and even rainy weather.

Still holding up well and it's my go-to hoodie. Very pleased with the overall quality. Zipper was a bit hard to get started when I first got it but broke in nicely and is fine now. The stretch cord for the hood became damaged and is about to break. I'm pretty sure it got caught in the washing machine or something but beyond that it still looks like new.
It looked like a high quality piece and was on sale. I also bought one for my nephew and my son. They both love theirs as well.

I've been an outdoors person for over 30+ years I'm a hunter and a fisherman I saw this product online and I wanted to check it out after I checked it out. I wanted to try the product I got the 3.0 hoodie from bare skin tactical I live up north or it gets cold so I put the hoodie to the test and it was very warm. One of the best hoodies I've ever owned my brother saw it and he was like oh is that the bear skin tactical hoodie and I said yes and he asked me if it was warm and I said yes.
I choose the bare skin hoodie because I wanted to try a new product said it was warm and like I said I’m an outdoorsman so I wanted to purchase it so I did and since I’ve had it I wear it with pride and it’s very warm. It looks good and I would recommend anybody to this company to try some of your product that you have!

Very comfortable and warm. The zipper is opposite of what men expect in the US. Easy to get used to. I Do not use the arm sleeve pockets.
The hoodie is perfect if you were wearing a ball cap. If you are not, it falls down to your nose. I am planning to add either Velcro, or a button & loop to keep the brim above my forehead. We're not wearing a ball cap.
I like the overall design. It was a tad pricey, even on sale for my taste. I am a hard user, and it has held up well.

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We apologize for the confusion.

Initially incorrect colour was ordered and immediate request to change colour was sent before it had been picked or packed. This could not be corrected BUT Baerskin did resolve the matter after a number of emails and provided correct colour at no extra cost which was very pleasing. That is good customer service.
