They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
It was easy to buy the hoodie. Having now received my hoodie, it is absolutely fabulous. Very warm and extremely practical. I've now also bought one for a friend as a gift.
Cold isolation is good. Design overall and the hood specificly is of a low mark. Still general mark is a four out of five. The price is either inflated.

Gifts that were a tremendous hit! Only downside was took awhile to receive them as the company was overwhelmed with orders. But the 2 that I bought were well worth the wait!
This is my go to fishing hoodie. It has pockets in all the right places and surprised me a bit when I had a spot to put my Go Navy patches. I'd love to see a Camo version of these!
I wish the female zipper configuration. Had been disclosed. The jackets are otherwise well designed. I don't want to fumble a zipper when drawing a pistol.

The hoodie is as described in Ads. Very warm, fit yet roomy, thoughtful design with pockets with zippers, and it looks sharp wearing it.
I called to inquire about an exchange to a right size. I got immediate email response with instructions to follow. At the end, I got a free right-sized one as courtesy service.
I ordered three more hoodies as gifts after that.
I followed the ads and just tried it out.

My wife bought me the 2.0 last Christmas, i didn't wear it until about three weeks later and immediately realized that the hood was gigantic, nothing like what the commercial's show. I found that the hood was impossible to wear in any kind of a safe manner because the draw strap wouldn't even go tight enough to take up the slack, and if you placed it on my head, my entire face down to my chin would be covered. I called the company thinking the hoodie was defective with the wrong size hood attached.
I was told, sorry defects have to be returned within two weeks. Enjoy your hoodie! They actually suggested that I purchase another one in its place…. I've never worn it since.

Ok, well I was notified that my review had received a response. It was from a Rep from the company, as you can see she states that, as from what see can see from my photos that this was not an issue with defect as I was originally told when I had originally contacted their support, but rather it was "as designed". That is false! These images are from their own 2.0 hoodie commercial… as you can clearly see, these hoods fit as you would expect them to from their own advertised commercial…. The backs of the hoods are virtually straight up and down the back of his head and rests perfectly on top of his head, not down to his chin. And the image of it laying on his back, mine almost reaches level with my elbows if I wear it the same way…
Tip for consumers:
The commercials make it look excellent. Personally, I think the hoodies were made to fit the guys wearing them in the commercial so that they fit perfect. The one we received fit fine, but as I stated the hood was gigantic, you could never wear it. Because it just covers your face as you walk. The wind blows it off Without issue. You cannot use the straps because there’s way too much material again covering your face.

Solved my "Where are my...? Honey!" issue. Whatever I misplace is usually in one of the many pockets in this hoodie. And since I always wear it I am always organized. Thanks BearSkin!

Great jacket! I wear it all of the time. Plenty of pockets to carry whatever you need. The fleece is thick enough to stop the wind. The quality of the materials is holding up well.

Seven days after I placed my order, I received an email stating that my order was being processed. It now has been fifteen days since I placed my order and I have not yet received my order.
I chose BAERSkin because of their quality and promptness for delivery. I had ordered a hoodie for my husband for Father's Day. We received it within 10 days.

The zipper is for a "women's " not the side mens zip.
It's not as warm as advertised.

The fleece is okay and does the job, but I can't get used to the zipper being on the wrong side. Every time I try to take it off I put in the wrong direction. It is annoying!

When it comes to the positioning of the zipper on our older model of Baerskin Hoodie which you received, we can confirm that this was, in fact, an intended feature of our product. This particularity occurred simply because our hoodie was designed in Europe. The positioning of the zipper on the left side is a marker of all European men's clothing designs.
Please rest assured that this feature is neither a manufacturing defect nor an indication of the fact that the hoodie had been created for a specific gender group. We have recently released a separate version of the hoodie for women, but the placement of the zipper in this version is the same due to the reason stated previously. We apologize for the confusion.

I bought one for my husband for Christmas last year. He loved it and I loved it so much that I bought one for myself. We wear them all the time...except for summer of course...
This item lived up to the hype that was shown in the online ads. I rarely purchase anything that shows up as an ad on YouTube because I have seen far too many scams. However, this item caught my attention and I am glad I ordered it. Yes, it is a little on the pricey side, and I think the "discount" is just a ploy, but I am very happy with my purchase.
Firstly, it fits well. I ordered true to my size (2XL) and it fit nicely. It is loose enough to wear over things. Also, I am over six feet tall, so I was thrilled to see that the sleeves were long enough. They actually cover my arms fully when I stretch or reach. That was fabulous!.
It is soft and comfortable. I wore mine nearly exclusively all of last winter and was kept warm while remaining mobile and flexible. There are so many pockets, the it is easy to forget which one you may have used too.
I have one minor, tiny, "complaint". For Americans, the zipper is on the wrong side. If you are used to using your right hand to zip up and down, it will take you a little time to get used to the zipper being "on the wrong side". Apparently this is not a thing for the rest of the world, it is more of an American complaint. Anyway, I got used to it and I am happy to put up with it because of how much I like the hoodie.

The arms are too short. I bought 2 hoodies, one for me and o e for my partner. Both arms are too short. They could be a few inches longer in the back as well. They are not windproof
