They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Good service and great communication. Great design and fit. One small criticism is the zip does up the other way to a normal man's uk zip.

I ordered a jacket October 2022. After a week or so I sent them a email asking for a status and I heard nothing from them. I asked two more times over the span of about week and never got a response back from them. At this point I'm thinking I was scammed so I contacted my credit card company. They tried to get in touch with Baerskin and got no answer back either. My credit card company refunded my money and I thought that was the end of it. Two weeks later Baerskin sends me a note saying my jacket was shipped. Two weeks after that, the jacket arrives. I thought Baerskin would have contacted me and said something to the fact of "hey we're sorry for not answering your notes but could you please pay us?" However Baerskin figured out how to contact a lawyer in California who contacted me "today" to ask for payment. It cost me an additional $15.00 on top of the cost of the jacket but I paid it. Baerskin has no idea what customer service is and has no idea how to communicate with customers. The company is lackadaisical and poorly ran. As for their jackets, they are mediocre at best.

Don't do business with Baerskin.

Then, after you received your refund, you were informed that your product is on its way to you, and you were asked for payment for the product once again.

Great hoodie! The static electricity is so bad! The hoodie is a magnet for hair, and when you take the jacket off my clothes have so much static. I need to invest in a lint roller company.
Very happy with my hoodie so I bought another one. I haven't bought any of their other products but I am sure they would be great too.

The size is a bigger than expected, the medium i ordered feels Large but layers of clothing helps during the winter. Overall textire amount of pockets is the best.

The fit was great! I love how warm the hoodie is. The only thing I don't like is the hood itself is so big it hangs over my eyes when I put it up. Overall though it is very comfortable and well made.

Hoodie is great! Warm! LOVE the pockets. Only thing I would change is the hood tighteners. Regular hoodie strings work better. Those press ones loosen almost immediately.

No interior pockets. Hood did not have strings to tighten, making hood totally useless on even days with mild breeze.

Overall I am pleased with the quality of the hoodie, however I find the hood is way to big, it droops over my eyes. Also the length of the hoodie is way to short. It's not what I was expecting.

You probably received the newest version of Baersrkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0. This is the last version with improved individual features, but unlike the previous one, it was designed in the USA and therefore has a zipper on the opposite side.
I just need to kindly assure you that it is only the position of the zipper that is different and that the rest of the features are improved compared to the previous model.
