They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
Baerskin hoodie is the best ever to wear. Our temperature here was 24 degrees and I was actually sweating under the hoodie. It was so warm I just couldn't believe it. And the pockets! Well I had no problem finding a pocket that would hold my phone. For me that's important. I don't like my pants pockets bulging out, so, the hoodie alleviates that problem.
I contacted customer service through their message center. I was concerned because it was taking much longer than I expected. The customer service person wrote that the hoodies were being detained, but not to worry because they were on their way. I was satisfied with their answer.
I chose the Baerskin hoodie because it advertised it would keep me warm. Since it rains here often I also got the rain jacket to wear either over the hoodie or over my jacket. I’m a female and I like to wear loose tops and getting the men’s hoodie was the perfect choice for me.
I bought one for me and my son. Turns out this is just a Chinese company shipping out cheap garbage pretending to be an American company. They take about a month to arrive and when you get it you'll be seriously disappointed in the quality. It's thin and doesn't even have a liner inside. All the stitching is showing and it is thin unlike the ad shows. If you wear it in cold weather you'll freeze. In addition they have no phone number to call and only reference a email with their "safe return"… of course they do not answer any emails. Complete scam, I learned the hard way, but I got my Cc company to reverse the charge. Luckily they protect from scam sites.
Save your money and buy the same exact thing in other brand names on Amazon that probably come from the same factory in China.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything from this scam Chinese site. Grab something from Amazon instead, you’ll find the same exact hoodie, in several different Chinese brands.

I love this jacket! I have two, one XXL and another XL, and I am thinking to get my third due weight loss.
It is warm enough to be used alone on most Fall and Winter days.
There are a lot of pockets, and they are big to fit wallet, phone, keys and still there is plenty of space.
The only low point for me is the chest pocket. It could be located a little lower (it is too close from the neck).
The customer support is great, I had one problem with the shipment, my address changed, and they could help me in a very simple and objective way.

I so wanted to like this fleece but alas now is a great polishing cloth for my car. Firstly the arms are great if you are a orangutan had to remove four inches so could use my hands, the hood was only snug when over my motorcycle helmet otherwise would turn me into a blind Jedi sadly just pointless

My husband and I wear our Baerskins knowing they will keep us warm and protected while doing chores around our property. All the pockets are great for stashing tools, phones, etc.
Although not meant for wearing in a downpour, it does repel the rain well. Perfect for windy, cold, dry days.

This is a great product and quality is amazing, however it is too big and the wrist straps are bulky. They get in the way and I hurt my finger on one. Wish they had a extra small size. Love all the pockets but should have got a darker color, its dirty already.
The good looking model on the advertisement looked so great in one and I wanted a good quality winter jacket for the good outdoors. With the sale at 60% off I could afford to get one.

Not a fan of how it fits when you are not all closed up for maximum heat retention. Many of the zipper flaps are not set up for laying flat against the body when not in total coverage mode. This is not always a bad thing. If you are going to use this product as a casual coat it may not be your best option. I have regulated mine to an emergency coat I carry in the winter in my truck. Just gives me an extra layer if I need to get out on the road side in an emergency or at least unplanned time outside the truck.

They are soft and thick enough to keep you nice and warm on those cold windy days, they have a built in duck bill on the hood for the sun, and they have tons of pockets!

BaerSkin Hoodie is superior in every way! The order arrived early and in good condition. The hoodie itself is heavy weight and warm and has tons of well-thought out pockets. It has been a total win. The only caveat I would give is that the hoodie itself is very generously sized. I wish I had known that before ordering, but there was no possility of wrenching it off my husband long enough to exchange! He loves the thing and wears it with a great deal of happiness and warmth!

After owning the hoodie, I noticed the side pockets are not evenly sewn about an inch difference in height. I don't know if this was a workmanship issue or by design. I had another order in the way so I waited to compare the two. When it finally arrived, the pockets are sewn about even. I contacted customer support and they notified me that the first order is passed the return date and can't do anything about it. So, this is the last time I'm ordering BAERskin... and I have a lot of their stuff. Found si.ilar hoodie from TEMU and it's a 1/4 of the price and has better pull tabs.
They said they can't do anything about the workmanship issue be because it's passed the return date that I was not aware of. Since it's a workmanship issue. It should have been honored due to defect.
I thought it's the best hoodie out there and found out it was the best overpriced hoodie instead.

Bought two of these a while ago and gave one as a present. My first comment is that they appear to be different styles, one has stitched labels and the other none. Maybe I ordered different I don't remember. The recipient of the one intended as a present is thrilled and wears it continually. I only opened mine after many months and after a couple of long walks decided they are very good value, feel comfortable and particularly like the arm pockets for phone etc. It took a while to master the drawstrings on the hood, prior to which the peak kept getting in the way of the view ahead but had it explained now! Also the zip was sticky initially but its working fine now. They took a while to arrive so my advice is order in good time if giving as a present. Generally very pleased with both items and would buy another.

After only a couple of weeks wearing the 2.0 hoody the velcro wrist fasteners begain to fail coming loose or undoing altogether.
Think number of pockets could be reduced as not all of them have been used

I bought a jacket that I thought would keep me warm. It was from another company. It didn't. It's ok but not what I really wanted. Then I saw the Baerskin Hoodie. Thought I would give it a try. I love it!
I looked at all the features of the Bearskin Hoodie. Sounded like what I really wanted. It was. I love it! Couldn't be happier with my decision.
Easy to order.
Love the pockets, makes carrying stuff (and accessing it) so much simpler.
Wear it on my bike and it is plenty warm; wore it over a Tshirt on New Years Day (walking in London) and it was perfect.
Sizing on the smaller size - the M fits snugly and I wear a 44" suit jacket, however the v1.0 L was way too big.
I love zip pockets and hate a pull-over.
Kangaroo pockets are for marsupials!

At the time, this hoodie was under $100.00. Based on how much I've worn this fleece I consider it great value. Outdoors a lot, remains go-to for fall/spring and layering in winter. It has been washed and thrown in the dryer on a regular basis and still looks new. Although it lacks some of the features of the new version it seems to function just fine. A friend purchased one after seeing mine, and then ordered one for himself and after wearing it for a while ordered one for each of his sons. Need I say more.
Really took a chance as I wasn't aware of this company. The online ad was very informative with several photos. No issues whatsoever with the product.

The new 3.0 version has 6 internal pockets (3 zip pockets & 3 drop pockets), round toggles, arm zips moved to upper sleeves for ease of movement, and rubber tab adjustable cuffs.
It's made from anti-pill fleece which will not incur pilling. This refers to the little bubbles that you may have seen around areas where the fleece frequently rubs against the body. The anti-pill is of a better quality and ensures longer lasting.

It's totally hype, very over price and most importantly not warm enough!

I'm not as super military as the image of this item might seem to suggest however I have been finding it quite appropriate in protecting my neck against cold winds. The pockets are ample I have really only used three of them and there are more to spare if anyone likes using a lot of different pockets. The color green goes well with the Parks department and I do spend a lot of my precious time in the Park. Yes I do like this hooded jacket for sure.
This is the warmest, nicest fleece jacket that I have ever owned. I like the adjustable cuffs, the denseness of the fleece, all the zippered pockets, and the fact that the zippers are good quality and work very well.
It took some time with e-mails to explain why I wanted to return one item. I bought two, a man's and a womens's to see which one had the best fit for me. I returned the man's.
My husband has one and recommended it.

Only one complaint, sadly it's a pretty big one. Drawstring frayed out in the covered area, could not be seen. When I pulled on it to tighten the hoodie it snapped out. It's brand new, well has been washed twice but laid out to dry.
Wife chose as a gift. I bought a second a month later.

These are warm and soft hoodies. They run quite large.
The company is growing quickly and so it's tough to get responses from customer support. However, they faithfully reply, if you're patient, and are happy to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.

I think you made some improvements and then made things worse, why the rubber sleeve adjustment change? It get caught up when putting on a waterproof jacket, nothing wrong with the Baerskin 2 design. Why put the zip on the opposite side? Its a mans jacket not a shirt for a lady. Made no sense nor your reply i buy American jean they don't put the fastener on the opposite side. Makes it awkward.
Reasons were just excuses and not sincere at all. Excuse was we bought a European hoodie, WHAT! Its not a car. And what about Baerskin 2 the zipper was correct.
It is wind proof and with your marketing team saying they are the best, i thought why not.
I am now entering the second winter season wearing my hoodie. It serves me well. All the seams have remained stitched. There are no threads hanging out. It is an attractive piece of outerwear that draws some positive comments.
Questioning the long delivery period. Initial demand was overwhelming their shipping department.
I liked the looks of it. The price seemed a little high but after getting it I'm happy with the quality. I bought mine soon after they started the advertising campaign last year, so I can't speak for the current product. When I bought mine the quality was good. I hope some "MBA" hasn't cut quality to fatten his bonus, like so many companies do. All in all, this hoodie is a good buy, in my opinion. One word of caution, if you are going to Alaska for the winter, contrary to the commercial, take a heavy parka.
This winter was my first winter as a USPS mail carrier. I currently live in the NE US states. I have several health issues, including PVD-burger's. Honestly I didn't think I would last. The wind cuts through you and there is no reprieve having to have a window open all the time. But I was astounded at how even the vest (as well as the hoodie) made the wind on my body almost non existent. I stay warm. Hands are another matter b ut the hat and vest do it in many cases, hoodie when it is extra cold. Thank you for such a high quality product at such a reasonable price (I got mine on sale)
The cargo pants I ordered came too large for me, so I asked for an exchange, and there was no problem at all. They were fairly fast and kind in their responses. They were an actual person that responded as well.
I don't have TV services, but I happened to see an ad on YouTube about it. When it started talking about wind shear technology (not sure I have the term right) I perked up and used my phone to get the link to check it out. I almost never follow ad links. But there was something about that ad that seemed legit.

I like the design elements like adjustable cuffs, nice zippers and zipper pulls.The hood is huge, perfect to wear over a hat or head set or ear protectors etc. I like the fit due to it's flexibility.It is my choice as a mid layer or even as my top layer.
