They say its the last hoodie you'll ever buy. For that I can say is the truth. I stay in Scotland and believe me it's cold at least 300 days of the year. Baerskin does block out the cold bitter wind and keeps, the warmth tucked up in side the hoodie. U know how much heat is retained when you open it up and feel the heat slowly disappear. Fantastic products which live up to there name and excellent customer service when required to contact them, sadly to say I had too. Not through any fault of the Baerskin tak team, there service was emence. Well worth the money.
I ordered 4 hoodies and after a long wait received only 2. I reached out via email multiple times and was basically told I received my order. I did not. I'm still waiting on 2 hoodies. The last few emails I didn't even get a response and there is no customer service number to call that I can see. It's a shame because I really like the product I ordered.
I've had this hoodie for a while now and found it to be way better than expected. It's warm, drizzle-proof ( a long way from water resistant), and keeps most of a cold wind out.
The Velcro patches on the sleeves are totally superfluous and the peak on the hood is a waste of space. The back zippers want to mark/scratch everything you lean against, but this problem could be easily solved (Baerskin designers!).
It fits snugly, looks pretty good and does 90% of what's advertised.
Would I recommend it? Yeah, sure, it's a good product.
Persistent and annoying advertising. If it was a dud you'd only hear me whinging about it. I thought I'd give it a go and see how it stacked up.
This was an earlier version that lacks some features I see in your newer adds. Like a real hood that can be adjusted + other adds. It's almost like mine is an unfinished work. However, I still love it, but seeing the newer versions make me iind of jealous.

The BAERSkin jacket I purchased in the color gray is a very high quality product. The jacket is very warm, comfortable, and utilitarian in design. The jacket keeps your body and head relatively dry and the hoodie keeps your head warm.
All the pockets the jacket has are extremely useful and you can carry a lot of your everyday gear. The jacket is made very well and is resilient and easy to maintain and keep clean.
All of the advertisements and videos and reviews made me really want one.
I like the design and the asthetics of the BAERSkin.

Not really as warm as their advert makes out with the fleece being quite thin. The extra mesh layers are only in a few places which means the wind can get through in many areas It is not adequate as an outer layer in the winter. On the plus side it has plenty of useful pockets and fine in mild weather. I bought the medium and the sleeves are a little long.Other medium fleeces I have do not have over long sleeves.

Size chart on the site is horrible. I tried both sizes, XL and XXL and the length is horrible. I am 6' 1", barely fits my torso. Al, communications with the company were on the sketchy side. I have a feeling these jackets are leftovers for the People's Liberation Army. While the YouTube ads make it appear that it is revolutionary, it is just a big wad of fleece with many pockets that is extremely ill fitting. Plus, what is the deal with zipper being on the wrong side?

You are taking a risk by buying this product. There is no information where the product comes from or where the company is located. The only way to deal with them is through email. I've waited over two months for my jacket. They can put ads all over the Internet but they can't have a phone number

It seems that the long shipping time and the challenging task of communicating with us had left your experience with our company so much to be desired.
We must say that we have been ill-prepared for the rise in demand for our product. As a result, we experienced slight delays in the processing and shipping of orders for the past months. We have made some upgrades to our shipping department, and we expect things to improve soon.

Very good quality product. My brother is super happy with the Hoodie I offered him for Christmas 2 years ago. This year, I purchased 2 more hoodies for my nephew and wife + a duck down jacket and a rain jacket for further presents. I highly re-command this product.

The hoodie is very warm and keeps the cold out very well.it is comfortable to wear.and has enough pockets for me. The only bad point for me was the size of the hood I know it was made for a helmet to be worn but a lot of buyers have no need of this I found all that extra head covering an inconvenience. The sweatshirt/jacket is very comfortable but the hood fits like crap! It just hangs all over my head and fits me like it's for a grown up and I'm an 8 year old child! I always have to adjust it so it won't fall over to block my vision! More often than not, I just avoid the issue and decide not to put the hoodie on my head. Otherwise, it is very comfortable!

I ordered a particular hoodie in large size, but when I saw the e-receipt it had it as extra large. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was already in the system, so I would have to just return it for a refund. So, I went back to the site to order the right size, but SURPRIZE, it was no longer available! So I ordered a different hoodie which was about half the price of the first one. When I returned tie first one, (unopened), I obviously mixed up the order numbers, so I was credited the price of the cheaper one, instead of the one I actually sent back. Phone number doesn't work, BTW! The cheaper one is cheap. I don't really like it as it is uncomfortable, and looks weird for daily wear. Only good in the woods, I think.

Baerskin is both warm and comfortable, but the oversize hood can be a liability. The beauty of it is you only need one. The downside is that the hood is way oversized. I've taken to rolling up the edge of the hood in order to reduce its size some. If I don't the damn' thing flops forward to the point that it obscures my vision. NB. This is despite my oversize head, which can make the purchase of head gear that fits generally difficult. Also doesn't help that the locking devices on all the elastic cords fail to hold. You get them adjusted just right, let go and they immediately slacken off because the elastic of the cords is way stronger than the springs of the locking devices.
I had come into some money and was looking for something of this type. The advertising impressed me. Apart from the problems mentioned the Baerskin goes with me everywhere and performs admirably, as long as I don't need to put the hood up.

Customer support is poor after calling during their hours they hangup the phone. I have no shipping information 19 days after my order was placed. The chat feature also does not work. I have not seen the products and hope the quality is good.
Tip for consumers:
I have called several times, and no person answers the phone after a while I get disconnected. I did get an email saving that my12/3/23 order was about to ship on 12/4/23 and they refused to modify it. On 12/22/2023 I still have not received any shipping information. So, no shipping information after 19 days from the order. At 30 days I will have the Credit Card company put a hold on the charges.

Order (2 grey hoodies) took forever to arrive. Quality is appalling: material, design, construction: all lousy. Worse of all of s being bombarded by this stupid wannabe macho ad that keeps creeping everywhere. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

First...it took almost 10 weeks to get it. Not sure if they were raising a particular lamb into an adult sheep for the fleece but it was a long time. It does have all the pockets they said, even two in the back that you can't use unless you can dislocate both shoulders. The hood...oh the hood. It's HUGE! When I put the hood on it covers my head, face, chin and could almost zip in to the top of the front zipper. A bit excessive if you ask me. Do not order one size bigger, if anything, one size smaller. The zipper is also backward for American men. It is warm, the drawstrings do help to keep the wind out, but it is not wind proof. I like it (minus the hood) but not sure it's worth the money and the long wait.

We did have some issues with sending orders in a timely manner during peak season last year, but we already made changes, and we have been seeing improvements. As for the issues you mentioned, we are glad to let you know that we made the hood smaller and moved the zipper to the right side on our Baerskin Hoodie 3.0. Ordered through the website said immediate shipping not realizing immediate shipping was from China and it would take 7 to 10 days to get to the United States and then the normal shipping once it cleared customs into my hands. Ordered a hoodie and a jacket on the same day, the hoodie came through 2 weeks later and then a week after receiving my hoodie got notification finally that the jacket was being processed in China, in order to be shipped and five days later it still hasn't arrived in the US. Love the product misrepresented immediate shipping and shipping origin being China not a warehouse in the United States.

Bought an xl. It fits very well on my tall frame. The arms could be a little longer to be perfect for me, but is not a deal breaker.
Shipping info said it was afrriving on time, but never showed an arrival date until i contacted customer service.

Nice color and fit. I am not a fan of the very large hoodie, too big. I dont like that the zipper does not come all the way up to your neck without having to adjust some fabric. Lastly, I does not resist wind like it was marketed

I purchased the BaerSkin Hoodie 3.0 for my boyfriend this Christmas. His eyes lit up! We always give each other gifts that were a surprise (not on our lists), so this was his surprise gift this year. He already knew about the quality of the hoodie and was extremely excited to have gotten one. The fit was perfect, and he said it was incredibly warm and comfortable. Glad I came across your ads on YouTube.
Your ad popped up while I was watching a video on YouTube. I watched it from beginning to end and felt it would be a good surprise Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The ad was very convincing since I know nothing about tactical clothing. We live in NYS, so winters can be unpredictably cold to outright freezing.
This jacket is my favorite jacket to wear under my Gortex hunting coat. It's warm and I've never been more comfortable.
I have only one recommendation. It would be helpful if sleeves were lined so it was easier getting on and off when wearing long sleeve flannel shirts.
My initial purchase resolved it in a size too small. Contacting customer service resulted in prompt delivery of the correct size. The issue with sizing was my fault.

I've have the best hoodie ever! It' has replaced most of my other jackets. I say most, I mean all! I have dust covering the whole lot!

I ordered my bearskin on Nov 19th and I still haven't received anything and it's now Dec 6th. This company has sold lies so far. Says shipping takes 5-7 buss days and it's been 16 days and counting and nothing. Also they will not get back to you in no manner besides a short text saying it's in route. DO NOT BUY! This is a big scam so save your money

Im a woodworker. Got the hoodie for outdoor work and it has proved to be fantastic. It's lightweight, very warm and with tons of very well designed pockets for everything you can think of. It has adjustable hood toggles that allow the wearer to draw the hood closer to the face to prevent cold or wind from gushing through. Also, it has an extended storm flap all the way down the length of the front of the jacket, for extra protection from the cold.
