I typically use Bare Necessities to purchase bras since they have a big selection and I can find what I need. Along with that, anytime I needed assistance with a question, from the online chat, to a phone call, or an email, I have gotten excellent customer service every time. That's pretty amazing these days! I just contacted them about an order I placed shortly before I am supposed to go out of town. They changed the address for me and made everything so easy! That might sound small, but it's not. Try doing that with some other companies! Lol They care about their customers.:-)

They input my billing and shipping address wrong. Product was delivered in another city. The girl was rude and blamed me! She refused to issue a refund. Horrible experience.

Bare necessities offers excellent prices, prompt, reasonably priced shipping and great communication. I have been purchasing from the site for 4 years on a bi-monthly basis and never experienced an issue. I recommend the site on a regular basis.

My only complaint is that they ship it to you for $5, but if you want to return it, they deduct $6.95 off your credit. Not cool! I hate it when companies do that! Now i'm $11.95 short and nothing to show for it. Threw money out of the window!

I ordered two items from this company. An email was sent for order confirmation. Yet, the items were listed as backorder. This was not specified in the initial purchase. I then proceeded to call and email order cancellation. Note, this is literally a few hours time span. Guess what! I have yet to be refunded the amount. It is now 3 days later! Another call was placed to discuss the matter. The representative states that the amount should not have been taken off my debit card. Price is charged once the item ships. They do not know why this happened. I have had to file a dispute. Which may take upwards of 45 days. All of this nonsensical BS for a product that I ordered and canceled within a few hours. Unbelievable!

Just to clarify, any time you make an online purchase, an initial authorization of funds is standard practice to verify that there are funds available if the item does ship out, and as far as that authorization being removed after an order is canceled, that is completely up to the financial institution that holds your account - not the retailer that you were attempting to purchase from. I ordered $80.00 worth of merchandise, including 3 pairs of briefs. They shipped the 3 pairs of briefs in 2 different sizes, none of which was the one I ordered. Of the 2 bras I ordered, one was the wrong model. They are actually charging me $6.95 for a "convenience fee" to return the merchandise, as well as shopping! I won't be buying from this company again.

I love the selection of brands, the colors, styles, and that they have so many sizes! Getting bra's in my size has always been difficult and they carry many styles in my size that look nice and in many colors! I will always shop there and I will always recommend this place.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping is based on how many you buy. They always have good sales.

After placing an order at BareNecessities.com and paying for overnight delivery, at a great rate of only $5.00, it does seem it was too good to be true. I ordered on a Wednesday and was guaranteed By Friday. They never shipped they package and kept lying when I called. They said since they could not make the timeline they will refund. This is NOT what I wanted, I wanted my merchandise. I said OK to deliver until Sunday I leave for a trip on Monday. They would not accommodate and really had no sense of care.

I placed an order and never received my package. According to their tracking #, my package was delivered and was dropped in the lobby of the building, where anyone has access, and was stolen. I was trying to contact their customer service for 2 days with the question of where is my package and why it was not delivered to my apartment and their response was that they are not responsible for the delivery. Any replacement will be dropped in the building again! Very rude and unprofessional! BE AWARE!

They shipped me the wrong item and then tells me they will wave the return shipping of $6.95 what kind of business is this very bad customer service and then wants to charge me for the correct item the same day i received the wrong one.

I ordered 6 different underwire bras and was so excited when they finally arrived. The quality or lack there of was very disappointing. Very little support, the material seemed very cheap and the cups had wrinkles in them and you could see them through the shirt. In my opinion they were Wal Mart quality at best. Needless to say I'm returning all of them! If I have ANY issues returning these bra's that I paid oner $300.00 for I WILL contact the BBB!

I had ordered bras online before and had a bad experience. I was skeptical, but this site was amazing. I ordered 2 bras and they arrived in about a week. The fit was perfect. I liked them so much I ordered 2 more and some underwear. I also received this order promptly and the quality was just as good. I love this site and will definitely be using it again.

I was really happy with the selection and quality of the bathing suits here. I ordered two pieces and ended up returning one (not because of any quality issues) and the customer service help with the return and refund was great.

This is my first time ordering from Bare Necessities and their customer service is amazing. I ordered two bras and while they shipped it and the tracking said delivered, I believe the mailman put the parcel in the wrong locker and a neighbor took my package for themselves. I was really upset because I knew it wasn't Bare Necessities's fault as they did everything they were supposed to. My boyfriend was the one who called them because he saw how upset I was and the representative Kerri was so sweet! She issued me a refund so I could reorder the bras once the money is posted in my bank. I've been in a similar situation with a different retailer and they told me there wasn't anything they could do so I'm so grateful for Kerri! I haven't even received my order yet and I already know that I'm going to be a customer for life :)

My order also shipped literally in one day which is insanely fast!

I previously rated this company 5 stars, however, 3 months later the mesh on the bra ripped. I contacted customer service via email with a picture. I received a reply telling me that I'd be able to exchange it, and I should call. I called this morning and was disconnected, which was frustrating. I called back later, explained the situation to Toun. She advised me that I would have to buy another since it's passed 60 days. I'm now waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully by Monday, Toun told me. They aren't there because of the weather. I have to wear that bra. No stars because of the complete aggravation experienced from the beginning. Jonte and Dana still get 5 stars for being great.

Although the bras were excellent I paid $15 dollars for next day delivery placing my order at 1pm on Wednesday did not receive the shipment until 3pm on Friday. Upon calling customer service I was told delays are expected with the covid-19. Never offered to give me a credit or refund. There is an old saying in retail. Anyone can get a new customer it's getting the repeat customer that builds your business. Well this is a 1 and done customer! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Upon review of your order, we see that your items shipped out of our warehouse within three hours of placing your order, so you are correct, you absolutely should have had this parcel delivered the very next day. Unfortunately, once the package is in the possession of the carrier, (in this case FedEx was delivering your order), it is out of our control, but you should have received it by the end of the day on Thursday since it did ship out via our Next Day Shipping method on the very same day that you placed your order. We sincerely apologize for the belated delivery of your items and any inconvenience this may have caused. Also, when you called in to address this issue, it was on a Saturday night after our Customer Service Department was closed for the weekend, so you reached our overflow support team. Unfortunately, they do not have the ability to issue refunds for shipping delays, but they certainly should have escalated this so that we could have promptly handled your inquiry and we would have been happy to promptly issue a refund for this shipping cost. For future reference, we do also offer a feedback form on our site in order to provide a convenient method of communicating with us so we can ensure complete satisfaction with your shopping experience. We sadly do not receive automatic notifications of feedback posted on this site, so although this occurred a few weeks ago, we just saw your message and have issued the refund for the cost of the shipping. Products didn't fit. Material was cheap. (how can u claim to cater to well endowded women with cheap products). Sent it back last week on Wed and it's STILL supposedly sitting in a warehouse 5 mins away from my house. Called CS. The lady said her name was sheena. Sheena was very rude and doesnt know what shes talking about hung up on me. Tiffany (if thats her real name) said theres no one by that name at the company and I have to wait 3 THREE FREAKIN WEEKS to return the product and get a refund of the cheaply made flimsy products. I am so sorry i ever dealt with this horrible company.

I ordered a bra from here, a 34 band size on a wacoal strapless bra, and it shipped fast which was nice but then it definitely wasn't a 34 band size. I've been sized multiple times and I've always been a 34 in any other bras, so I could tell that this one was not a 34, it was probably around a 30/31. A bit frustrating, but now from other research I've now learned that it's not unheard of for strapless bras to vary on industry standard sizing. Unfortunately this still means I have to pay a 5$ return fee, when the fault is partially on the company for not mentioning that it runs very small on the band. I understand that they don't make the bras but in the bra world at least a mention of inconstancies is standard practice through a "sizing expert" or other reports from users. Anyway. It did ship fast and was on the easy side for check out, but bravissimo tells people about sizing inconsistencies and has free returns. I recommend anyone shopping for bras to check there first.

I have ordered goods from BN and paid the money as well, but no confirmation provided. Moreover on logging in with my ID, now they are sayin - YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED?! Then WHERE the hell my money has gone?! NO Delivery date provided no confirmation provided?!
Even when you write, no one is responding back!
Please let me know where can i track the status of my order?! And Where can i get my money back?!

I discovered this website and was a little hesitant to order. I saw a few bad reviews and was leary however THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! Finally a website that sells things that fit a larger chest but still cute, sexy and flattering. SUPER FAST SHIPPING. PRODUCTS WERE JUST AS DESCRIBED. No drama at all! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The bra i ordered is very nice. Cups A little large. I thought I could return it for a smaller size, but to do that, the price is $11.90! No free returns. I will Never buy there again.

BareNecessities is a great place to buy your unmentionables from! I have ordered all my bras, undies and pajamas from them for several years. I placed an order on March 16 for 2 bras. I paid for the extra few dollars for shipping. I received them on March 20, but one of the bras was the wrong size. I returned the bra on March 21, marked up the receipt for exchange. On March 30 I received an email saying that I have been 88 and then will be charged when the new one shipped. Well, I've been charged the 88 when nothing has shipped (says it won't ship until April 5) and no credit has appeared. I spoke to the customer service rep and she informed me that I reordered it the day I called to ask questions about the exchange, March 20, which I clearly did not or I woul have the bra by now. When I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor, she said no one was available to speak to and that was it. All she could do was escalate the problem. So, at this point, little over 2 weeks later, I don't have the right bra and have been doubled charged for it. Horrible horrible customer service and shipping. I stopped using BN a few years ago because of this same problem. I was hoping it was fixed. Apparently it's still the same terrible service. I will never buy from this company again and will be sure to leave this review everywhere I can.

My order was delivered to someone else. The Bare Necessities tracking page said "If you have not received the item in 3 days, contact us." I did so only to be asked if I had contacted FedEx. I replied that I had followed THEIR instructions. Then asked, "WHY HAD I NOT CONTACTED FEDEX?"
This crazy run around is still going on. I have spoken to Bare Neccessities Customer Service twice. I will not be calling again. (I ONLY gave any stars because I had to in order to publish my review);

Descent website. Horrible shipping. They gladly state it can up to three business days to ship an order. Most companies can have an order delivered in that time. Subpar for ecommerce

I am changing my review based on updated customer service from Bare Necessities. They contacted me to resolve the situation I wrote about here. Within one day all of my past orders were back up in my account and they sent me a coupon as an apology. I am very happy with the results. The only thing I have to say is that it took this review to get action which I don't think should have to happen. I think it should have been resolved quickly the first time around. So that everyone can see what the original problem was, following is what I originally wrote in my review which has been resolved. (I ordered from Bare Necessities for years and spent hundreds of dollars. I recently logged into my account and my history showed "no orders". Numerous orders were shown the previous day. I contacted customer service and they told me they would research it and get back to me. After over two weeks of back and forth emails, always generated by me, since not once did they get back to me as they promised, I have finally given up on this company. I use past order history to reorder and check sizing so having my order history in my account is important to me.) AGAIN, THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED SO I CHANGED THE REVIEW TO FIVE STARS.
