HORRIBLE quality for the price. I purchased a sectional and chase lounge less than 6 months ago. The backs are so distorted and offer no support or shape. The bottom cushions sag and can feel the underlying wood support. I have existing back problems, which is why I purchased what I thought would be a good quality couch. It made my back worse. I can't afford to replace it, and Bassett refuses to do anything about it. It has a "warranty", but the legal team is smart. I'll give them that. The clause added for wear and tear disqualify any correction to poor craftsmanship. I know over time, things do wear down... but not within 6 months. Save your time and money and stay away from Bassett. Purchase from a company that still focuses on quality craftsmanship and their products. Photos attached.
