Beware—this company is a scam. They will send you broken furniture and then hit you with over $700 in shipping fees if you refuse delivery of their damaged goods. When you show them clear photos of cracks, they'll dismiss it, claiming the furniture isn't broken. Even if the cracks are sharp enough to cut, they'll insist it's "normal for stone," waving around a laughable brochure (which looks like it was made by a 5th grader) as "proof." This is all part of their con. Don't waste your money on this dishonest business. Avoid at all costs!

Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and at such an affordable price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory. The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything.
So excited to put this dining set to use for upcoming holidays.
Honestly, I was worried about ordering from this company as their prices seemed "too good to be true". I found an exact piece from a big name, high end brand for half the price on their site. I ordered and immediately got an email confirmation. Although shipping took longer than expected, Nadir, one of the customer services reps was very quick to reply anytime I reached out. I would 100% order again.
I waited 4 months to receive my furniture and one piece was received cracked and broken. The company was notified within 24 hours and I requested a replacement piece, not even a full return or refund. The company ran circles around my proposal and delayed me another 4 months then denied to replace the pieces and would not accept a return. I spent $5000 on a broken bed and this piss poor company did not assist me at all when it came to their terrible quality product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Dr. Mark Denney
We purchased a Kitchen Table set. It took a while for delivery, but that was expected and stated at time of purchase. Customer service was in contact throughout the entire experience. Nadir, Carl, and Tiffy were very professional and courteous.
Thanks to Nadir for keeping me updated with the delivery process, I would make purchases again. The furniture was just what I expected in terms of fabric and wood color. I am very pleased.

I ordered in-stock office furniture that cost thousands from Emma Mason on 8/13/23. I was then contacted that shipping would take 4-6 weeks due to covid. Over three years later I'm unsure how that's an excuse, but ok, fine. My frustration comes not only from the company's practices, but from Ivan, a customer service manager.
On 10/25/23, TEN AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, Ivan told me that the average transit time from when an order ships to when it arrives to the delivery company is two weeks, quicker for expedited delivery and that my order had finally shipped. Not only was he dishonest and unethical by telling me my order had shipped, but he refused to expedite delivery and had actually placed a note for the delivery company to not deliver my order from the items that had already arrived. I found this out from the delivery company who also validated that Emma Mason is not a great company and that they have also experienced problems with them.
This company could not provide an estimated time of delivery. I notified Ivan that I wanted to cancel my order and also told him how disappointed I was. I never heard back from him.
On 11/10/23, I was contacted by Tiffy, another customer service manager who told me that my order had shipped, verifying that Ivan had lied.
I finally received my order on 11/15/23, FOURTEEN WEEKS LATER. I was then sent a text message asking if I would recommend the company and I said no. No response after that. I was so disappointed by the dishonesty and unethical practices of this company and the lack of customer service I received by the people they hired.
2 week delivery? AKA 14 week delivery for "in-stock ready ship furniture". Also, check out the Better Business Bureau complaints filed against this company, they are not even rated with the BBB.
We ordered a piece of furniture to go with an existing set. Everything was great. The best part was that Nadir gave us consistent updates throughout the process. Never did we have to chase someone for status information. This is rare today and was greatly appreciated.
I was skeptical, but did my research and decided to order a table on Black Friday. The deal was amazing, but the experience was even better. I received frequent communications, including a notification of when my payment was processed. Kayce was my contact, and she kept me informed every step of the way. The delivery company was timely and efficient, and the table was in perfect condition. This experience was far better than my recent experiences elsewhere, including with a well known national furniture store.

After experiencing so many delays following the pandemic, I ordered 11 pieces of furniture that came as 17 separate packages in June setting a delayed delivery of December when I would be moving into a newly constructed senior living facility. I was assured this would all come together.
I had a few panicked moments when I learned the original delivery company that was storing my furniture went out of business. The furniture had been seamlessly transferred to another company that did a stellar job. Lourdes was fantastic. I learned that it better to coordinate delivery through Emma Mason and Lourdes really had my back promptly returning calls and sending emails.
It was the best delivery experience we have ever had. The furniture was in great shape, the deliverers were knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely recommend Emma Mason.

I was looking for a particular bedroom set and although other furniture stores carried it, I got the best deal all around with Emma Mason. From the order process, proactive communications every step of the way, and their delivery with white glove service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered my bedroom set early because this high end set would take while and I was told it would be closer to the end of the range of time they gave. Most importantly, I saved a great deal by purchasing from Emma Mason. Really pleased and highly recommend Emma Mason for all your furniture needs.
