I rarely take the time to leave reviews but I feel that I need to save you all some trouble, SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I ordered in-stock office furniture that cost thousands from Emma Mason on 8/13/23. I was then contacted that shipping would take 4-6 weeks due to covid. Over three years later I'm unsure how that's an excuse, but ok, fine. My frustration comes not only from the company's practices, but from Ivan, a customer service manager.
On 10/25/23, TEN AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, Ivan told me that the average transit time from when an order ships to when it arrives to the delivery company is two weeks, quicker for expedited delivery and that my order had finally shipped. Not only was he dishonest and unethical by telling me my order had shipped, but he refused to expedite delivery and had actually placed a note for the delivery company to not deliver my order from the items that had already arrived. I found this out from the delivery company who also validated that Emma Mason is not a great company and that they have also experienced problems with them.
This company could not provide an estimated time of delivery. I notified Ivan that I wanted to cancel my order and also told him how disappointed I was. I never heard back from him.
On 11/10/23, I was contacted by Tiffy, another customer service manager who told me that my order had shipped, verifying that Ivan had lied.
I finally received my order on 11/15/23, FOURTEEN WEEKS LATER. I was then sent a text message asking if I would recommend the company and I said no. No response after that. I was so disappointed by the dishonesty and unethical practices of this company and the lack of customer service I received by the people they hired.
2 week delivery? AKA 14 week delivery for "in-stock ready ship furniture". Also, check out the Better Business Bureau complaints filed against this company, they are not even rated with the BBB.
Kate helped me tonight on the online chat, and it was great. She was very helpful, answered my questions, and placed the order for me.

I cancelled within their 24 hour no charge cancellation window, but they won't give me my money back! I placed an order for office furniture with Bedroom Furniture Discounts on 10/30/2020. When I received the email confirmation notice, I was informed of a COVID shipping delay (this was the first mention of a shipping delay). I was not able to wait, so I requested a cancellation of my order within their advertised 24 hour window.
They confirmed my cancellation request on 10/31/2020, but contacted me several times after this to get me to keep my order. I repeatedly told them I could not wait on the delayed shipping and confirmed I wanted to cancel. They took $2,261.92 out of my account on 11/2/2020 after confirming the cancellation on 10/31/2020 and WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK!
They stopped responding to me on 11/11/2020 and I have had to reach out to my bank to dispute their charge to get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and took money out of my account for an order they knew was cancelled and won't give it back.
Forgot an item in my order. Contacted the company almost a week later, and Vicki was able to work magic. Great experience all around.

Ordering was so easy and the prices are amazing. Order in June and received the bedroom set 9/18. Took 2 hours for delivery and set up. The nightmare began after that. We were told the bed drawer would not close and the bed slats were not even delivered with the order. Then the dresser drawers would not close correctly. One side would stick out and the other would not so none of the drawers are closed evenly. The two end tables both have scratches or unfinished wood in the seam which is very visible and looks like deep scratches all along the bottom. The customer service run around in email is too long to mention but they offered us 100.00 off to keep it all the way it is. We can't even use the bed let alone the very poor quality of putting the furniture together. Now they say it's forwarded to another team to review to see what they are going to do. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. If they would have offered to replace it ALL we would have been okay but now we're just wanting a refund if they can't get it together. The run around isn't worth it, especially after waiting 4 months for it. UPDATE: 11/8- furniture is still sitting in our bedroom and of course it's unusable. We finally placed a dispute with Paypal... thank goodness we used them. Our CC would have reimbursed us as well. Bedroom company said 30% off of refund plus WE pay shipping for both ways... that is their refund policy. Even though their furniture came damaged and unusable they wanted us to pay. Clearly they don't stand by what they sell. It's junk. They are disputing our dispute so the saga continues and we can't use our bedroom until it's out. One thing I forgot to mention is the smell. The furniture still has a very strong chemical odor that won't go away. I can't imagine putting clothes in those drawers... it would be all over the clothes. We have to open the windows during the day. Advice: JUST DON'T DO IT. I write this due to frustration but also to save someone else from this first-world drama. UPDATE 11/23: The bedroom furniture was just picked up.
After it was delivered, we left it exactly where it was put together and have not touched it. Since there were problems right at the beginning, we did not want to be held responsible for any of the issues.
The people picking it up today found some additional issues.
The top of the headboard had a chunk of wood missing and the sideboard was not properly connected to the foot board and was cracked.
The delivery people took pictures as well for their own protection. When they took it apart they also found that some of the hardware was missing.
Some of the bolts did not have washers or nuts on them. They seemed surprised at how poorly it was put together. We took video and pictures of the entire move out process to protect us from anymore scams from this company.
