This was my first time ordering and will most likely be my last. I ordered an Urban Decay eyeshadow pallet from Belk and it came poorly packaged and some of the eyeshadows were broken and had exploded everywhere. I will be sending this back and taking my business elsewhere.
First time I've ordered from Belk, and I ordered some make up. I am 100% satisfied! I ordered some Mac eyeshadow, lipgloss and I love it!
Extremely disappointed with Belk online. Ordered a simple blanket - Belk immediately charged my card and emailed me that it was shipped which it was NOT. 2 weeks later, after waiting 1.5 hrs on phone, got a replacement order - still no blanket after a week. Told I need to wait an additional week to request my money back. So verrrrry disappointed.
I ordered shoes from this store and they came with a security tag attached to them. I shipped them back and got them for a second time with the security tag attached to the shoes again. This is not okay at all! I tried calling customer service and they have me waiting for more than an hr. I'm so disappointed. I want a refund ASAP especially with COVID-19 and Mother's Day coming I can't afford to get robbed. Plus not to mention this shoes were to use when I got back to work. Shame on you.
The quality of the Calvin Klein boxer briefs was poor. They seem to be "knock offs" After washing them, they started to unravel and had small holes, before being worn. Customer service refused to help me or offer any sort of refund.
Please Again, Do not buy from Belk and do not use paypal.
My bank had to close my credit card and even though i informed Paypal about this fraudulent company with hundreds of complaints, they seemed not to care. Belk tried to steal $257.22 and i caught them because i always check my credit card activity and called my bank right away and lock my card. Who knows if Belk and Paypal are working together to scam people? The only thing i know is that it was my first time buying from these Thieves (Belk) and Paypal did not protect my credit card information.

Bought 3 sheet sets from these THIEVES (BELK) and they added an additional charge on my credit card from QVC for $257.22. The ironic situation is that i used Paypal for this buy, so it seems that there is no point to use Paypal since BELK WAS ABLE TO STEAL FROM MY CREDIT CARD.
They stole my money and never responded to several emails regarding my product. NEVER received my product. Then the credit card I used to pay for it had weird charges on it this company is fraud!
I have never been so frustrated with a company before! I have been a loyal customer for many years and that ends today. I bought three suitcases for and upcoming trip in February. I have been charged for four suitcases at four different prices. I have been trying to work this out for months. Each time it gets more tangled. I have spoken to eighteen customer service reps. Each one reassures me that the problem is fixed. I spent 1.5 hours on hold today waiting for a representative. After a brief conversation we were disconnected. Please reconsider before you order from Belk online

This is the first and last purchase I will ever make from Belk! I ordered a toy for my grandson, only to find it a little while (just a couple hours) later at Target for more than $40 less. I was shocked, and e-mailed their customer service to cancel my order, but received a very quick reply saying that it must be cancelled within 15 minutes. Yes, I should have done my research, but I have never seen this toy before, although now I see that it's very available. Also, they had a " today's special" 25% off with very few exclusions. I applied it and it said applied, however after I committed. It said not coupon eligible! OK, you got me this time, but NEVER AGAIN!
The world is going through A Coronavirus Epidemic and with nothing else to do we SHOP. I bought Belk Fine Jewelry no Warranty was offered online for high dollar Jewelry. I was given 5-6 Coupon Offers but when I checked out I only saved 0.75 cents. I am a Senior and a Disabled American Veteran (Female) who doesn't buy anything without a Warranty. I called the store and talked to Jorge a Supervisor in C/S who kept saying he Sympathized with me and he understood how the Coupons were very Misleading. I even was told to go to another page to check EXCLUSIONS. This is absolutely CRAZY for a Senior Citizen to have to Navigate an Entire Site to get 0.75 cents. With no Warranty I am just going to return everything and I was told that I am receiving 5-Shipments for 5-items. I personally feel that this was a BAIT and Switch Tactic. With 4-6 Coupons in my cart and to only get a measly 0.75 cents! Since it wasn't Tuesday I couldn't get a Military Discount nor a Senior Citizen's Discount. You would think after talking with a Supervisor and him seeing were I was looking he would have offered me something, But I received NOTHING at all not even how to get a Warranty!
I ordered a dress in their website. They were in stock in my size and it was a GREAT price! I was stoked to find a store that would sell my favorite brand at a cheaper price! I ordered it immediately. They sent me a confirmation email. The next day I got an email that my order was cancelled, no reason was given. I called during their hours of operation and they kept me on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. I left emails asking why my order was cancelled and decided to call again this morning. The lady on the other end had music blaring and I could hardly hear anything she was saying. She pulled up my order and said that they didn't have it in stock anymore and that's why it cancelled. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You let someone order something and get excited about it and cancel it just because you didn't update your website. Wow. I can't trust a company that does that. Never again will I order again.
I ordered a very expensive piece of jewelry online and received something that did not look as described. When i returned it, they said that it was not the item i purchased and they refused to refund me.

3 minutes after making a purchase is not possible to modify or cancel it and the customer service cannot be worse, extremely rude and impolite i do not recommend this site, protect yor money.
This store needs help. The bank they use is terrible. Service has gone down so much I hate to go in our store. They waste your time with stupid coupons which aren't good for anything you want to buy. Have been trying to order two comforters all afternoon. NO LUCK. The user name they give me won't work... actually nothing works and I am computer literate. Find another store.
Why is the Belk company making it so hard for full time employees?! They are trying to make people quit to hire cheaper part time employees. My mother has worked for Belk full time for 16 years and they are trying to make her schedule so difficult for her. Her only need was Thursdays off work. To help with her first and only granddaughter thats 6 months old. Thats it. She is a loyal worker and a top seller, consultant. Yet now they will not even give her this 1 day a week off. Its ridiculous how Belk has no concept of happy workers happy customers. I will never support this company again, and take my money elsewhere. Belk does not deserve hard workers since they would rather have cheap part time college students who do not care about customers happiness. People in our city literally shop at Belk to see my mom. She helped open this store, and they treat her awful. Sad Belk sad. Deff not a family store.
I love Belk always have today I had to go to bed to pick up some things and gifts and Anderson South Carolina I was horrified The store looked like all I can bear to is when as a child I went to feinstein's bargain basement and people were throwing clothes all over it was a disaster. There was no spring collection that I could find in the store shoes all great deals 60% there nothing but boots and size eight and a half nines no six very few sixes some sevens.
Ordered some Lee jeans online. I was a bogo offer with a gift card. Got ONE pair of jeans at the regular price. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone with someone who complicated the issue by NOT LISTENING! I'm returning the jeans, WILL GET MY BOGO and will be done with Belk online for good!
I purchased online to pick up in the store and there were two women when I got there in the shoe department. One helping a customer with shoes and the other listening to music on her earphones. YES, her headphones. They kept me waiting then the girl who wasn't helping a customer said only the manager could help and she then went in back. She did not even acknowledge my presence when I walked in. I wait even longer, she finally comes back out to help me however, I realized I made a mistake and need to exchange one of the shirts. Once again the only lady that could help was with a shoe customer, I wait another ten minutes as they BOTH disappear. The manager comes back and boldly says I can make an exchange at any register. I then ask where in the store can I get the same exact shirt I was holding in my hand. She picked up the phone to call and ask and then very hastily said where I needed to go. So I then proceed to the The Limited area of the store to exchange my shirt and find the closest register. I wait in line once again and the associate had some people waiting in front of me a bit to the side. She waved me to come forward with JUST two fingers while she was on the phone. I stood there in shock as the woman did NOT say a word OR look at me, she just used two fingers pulling forward VERY rapidly to show me to come to the counter. FINGERS over and over again. That was so disrespectful. Using her two fingers to wave with showing me to come forward and not even saying a word OR looking AT me. I am not a baby or a kid, yet a 45-year-old woman! WOW, I will never be shopping there ever again.
They charged $25 interest in one month on my $23 bill which I neglected to pay for one month. I like their store and I like their employees but this is no way to treat a wealthy customer. I may shop there again but I shredded my credit card and I will take every opportunity to spread the word on this
Come on Belks. It's almost 2020, I shouldn't have to wait 6 or more days for my clinique to come from Georgia, I'm in South Carolina! For the love of Pete Christmas is almost here.
