My sister always sends me berries for my birthday which I look forward to. This year as always they came on my birthday. I immediately opened the box and bit into one. It tasted funny and was mushy in texture. I looked at the berry and.it was moldy. I then broke off the chocolate of the next one and it too was moldy, then the next and the next. Out of the whole box there was only 3 that were good. So disappointed.

I paid $24.99 to have my chocolate delivered on 10/17/20 a Saturday and they weren't delivered on that day, now my package will set on a truck until 10/20/20 before Fedex delivered my package when I would have paid $14.95 for a mid week deliveries.Is this fair I ask you Shari.

This was my 2nd order with them. The first I had to canceled because they could not deliver in time. So once again I place an order. Guess what they can't deliver on time again. I reached out asking for a refund if delivery refused response was we will give you what we can. I advised they will be delivering to an empty residence since my family and I were in the process of moving. Omg all they could do is give Me was my next order free shipping. I really thought about them or ordering locally. Next time it will be locally. I suggest to anybody either order way ahead of the time you need it or better yet support you locally business.

I ordered flowers for someone on valentines day. They did not recieve the flowers on valentines day because the order was late. Total waste of money. Who wants a valentines day gift late. Officially ruined my valentines day.

After ordering strawberries on 2/7 for 2/13 or 14 delivery I have spoken to 4 different reps with 4 different stories that order is at UPS. One told me out for delivery for 13 arrival and when that didn't arrive called on 14th and told out for delivery and arrival on 14th. Called on 15th and told order is at UPS but no delivery information available. UPS tracking number they provided as not acknowledged from UPS as a valid tracking number. My credit card was never charged or even a pending so they screwed up somewhere and instead of being honest on a mistake made excuse after excuse. Will never use them again.

I opened the box and half the chocolate haf fallen off and the berries were mushy and rotten wasnt anything fresh about them. And you would figure the prices they charge they would at least be good to consume.

I hope the world sees this. This wanna be company should be shut down. Moldy strawberries rotten and cracked open and look filthy and unwashed u can see half the strawberries with dirt on em. Eeeew how are u getting away with making people sick u are gonna have the worst karma lmao you are a scam and u make me sick doing this to people. 60.00? For a rotten moldy smelly strawberry? No taste to them but rotten. The chocolate that is used is like chewing candle wax for 10 minutes. They stink. Like your company. You should be ASHAMED. You scammer. I hope u didn't choke in my strawberries with any diseases they look like I pulled them from a dumpster. Eeeew disgusting and very highly DISTURBING. Stank

Tip for consumers:
It would help to not use FAKE pictures in the ads and not send Totten moldy smelly strawberries.

This is just horrible. Ordered 1 dozen Birthday Berries for my Granddaughter to be delivered on her birthday. They said they could not find the address. I told them to Google it. As it was very easy to find. Gave them 2 phone numbers to call to contact my Granddaughter or my daughter so they could direct them. They never called them. She never got her Birthday present from me as I live 1,200 miles away. I talked to Sharis Berries 2x after 5pm and they still never called for further directions. NEVER AGAIN. Berries $39.99. With tax & delivery $61.45. For 12 Strawberries she never GOT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The berries are good, the shipping is OUTRAGEOUS. The berries I ordered were 19.99 and the shipping was 14.99 for "standard". If I wanted them delivered on a weekend it was 24.99. Will never order from them again for this reason alone. I can't believe that the delivery cost needs to be that high haha

They get you onto the side advertising berries for $20. What they don't tell you is that shipping is $13, if you want Valentine's shipping, it's an extra $5 and the "free shipping" link is a scam that requires you to sign up for a one year subscription. OH and the best part... even if you order THREE weeks in advance, the berries WON'T show up on Valentine's Day! They will come the next day, the chocolate will be melted/cracked off, and they will taste horrible. First time I used them, and the VERY last. I won't look like an idiot on Valentine's Day again.

Paid extra money to guarantee delivery to her work so I could make sure she got them before she left. Delivery scheduled, i repeat, SCHEDULED for the 15th by 10:30am. She'll be gone by then! Why did they accept the extra charge and then schedule for the next day? Ruined the surprise. I tried to call and the phone goes right to the disconnected signal. Gee, I wonder why... I will never do business with this company again!

My daughter bought berries and flowers from Shari's Berries for me. The berries at best were average, but the flowers were worse! The stems were yellow, leaves were falling off and many of the petals were crushed. I called customer service, and the rep assured me that the flowers would be delivered 3 days later. That didn't happen. I called customer service again. The rep was rude and had no record that flowers were supposed to be delivered! After speaking to the 3rd rep, and being placed on hold for half an hour, I gave up. They wore me down. An effective strategy to not have to actually provide customers with quality products.

Don't use the site.

Ordered Strawberries for Valentine's Day on January 25th. Did a live chat 2 days in a row asking where our shipment was. This person had no info nor had any desire to check any further. Here we sit on Valentine's Day at 8:30PM with no Strawberries and a chat telling me the weather is bad in our area, the weather is perfect, clear skies, clear roads no snow falling. This is the 2nd shipment that was delayed or not delivered, I should have learned. Customer Service is non existent.

I ordered a gift to be sent almost a week ahead of time and deliver on 5/7 (day before Mother's day) It STILL hasn't been delivered! I would NEVER recommend or use this place again! They are a total Rip-off!
I didnt even want to pick a star for rating but they make you!

This is my first year ordering from this company. I ordered Christmas Cookies and Chocolate covered pretzel rods. The Christmas cookie baskets were so dang cute and arrived on time and the people that got them loved them. The pretzel rods were fabulous as were the 30 mini Christmas cookies. The mini cookies were just darling and so pretty and not one broken. I would order cookies and pretzels again from this company.

We have been huge fans of Shari's Berries. We ordered them for our anniversary. They arrived with the package icepack completed defrosted. I have to wonder if it was just for 'show'. The strawberries were mush inside. They have no flavor. The chocolate part was good, but the delivery and strawberries were not. For $70 including shipping, I expect WOWZA! This was awful. I will not order again, and I will not refer anyone either.

We ordered Shari's Berries about three weeks before Easter, with a delivery Tuesday before Good Friday, The berries didn't arrive until Friday and they were spoiled and not
Edible. They said they would replace them by Tuesday and now they are out in transit but will not be there until Thursday. This was an Easter gift. And, since they are to arrive nearly 6 days after they shipped, this perishable product will again not be how they should be.

The berries look like they were kiked across the room and then packed and kicked again. Soggy gross and unedible. They replaced it with a box that looked worse. Don't waste you money. Wish I could post a picture. It's worse then I can described. But I think I did a good job.

I decided to order Shari's Berries for the 1st time for my daughter's 30th birthday. Big mistake should have went with Edible Arrangements instead since they are a more reliable company. Shari's Berries canceled my order and did not notify me of such - I only found out when I called to see where the order was for my daughter's 30th birthday. So Shari's Berries ruined a very special birthday. To show how incompetent Shari's Berries is - I received an order confirmation by e-mail while I am on the phone and they are telling me my order had been cancelled days before.

First they over charged me for shipping. Apparently they don't realize that standard shipping doesn't usually mean a hidden fee of 16 dollars. On top of that they charged me a weird RURAL area shipping fee that I've never seen in my entire life. Finally the berries showed up looking like tiny chocolate covered cherries. Looks NOTHING like the wonderful pictures on their site. TOTAL RIP OFF!

I bought a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my daughters 21st birthday, Valentine's Day. I paid extra for Vday delivery. Not only did the tracking show a delay, it showed they were scheduled to arrive on the 18th. This is far too long in transit, Feb 12-18. I've emailed many times and been asked for the same information over and over. I was initially offered my shipping cost refunded and a discount on a future order. This box will be rotten by the time it arrives. I don't want to pay for one penny of it. Customer service was clearly in another country, speaking incredibly difficult to understand English. I would give a zero rating if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHARI'S BERRIES!

I placed a get well order today, and after the order was confirmed, all these charges were tagged on AFTER I placed the order, making it more than double the price. I called & asked to speak with a supervisor. There was no supervisor! The salesperson on the phone said they canceled my order and could not provide me with a confirmation or reference number. They said to refer to my order number. I did, and guess what? The order is not canceled! What kind of scam are they running here? Ugh. What a headache! Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Never again!

They delivered my package to the wrong address the first time. I had to call FedEx and do all the leg work to make sure my gift was delivered that day! It was Christmas time, if I wouldn't have made some calls, the delivery would've never happened! I thought, ok, I'll try them one more time... just made an order for Father's Day... once again, I had to call fedex & track the order down! It was Friday, again, and the local post office closes at 11:30am... they knew this, but still had no idea where my package was at noon! Luckily, FedEx worked with me & I got the package for my hubby, from our kids! Shari's Berrie's was not helpful either time! Sad you pay that kind of money, and YOU have to be the one to do the leg work when they screw up!

Even more frustrating than a very mediocre product is that right after I made a purchase, my email address was in the hands of spammers from all over the world. Within a few days following my order, I received over 500 emails, in many languages. I had not provided my email address to any other entity in the many days before or after the spamming occurred. I have been unsubscribing from hundreds of lists, and to this day, several months later, I am still receiving tens and tens of spam emails. A few days after the order, I contacted Shari's Berries to let them know of the problem and that they might have a rogue employee making money on the side. They seemed unsurprised and aware of the problem, but completely disinterested. Buying from these guys has been an ongoing train wreck. I highly recommend avoiding them and for sure, don't give them an email address.

I ordered from Sherries Berries for my mother-in-law's 93rd birthday. Very expensive for what you got. Added cost of handling fees, service charge and tax make it ridiculous. I used a Groupon to lower the cost. The berrries were not delivered until 3 days after her birthday! The company will only refund cost of berrries, NOT service charge or handling fees or Groupon cost. Groupon says to order again to use groupon. NEVER! Money lost, lesson learned.
