They claim to pack their stuff with ice packs, that is a lie. Everything came melted. Don't go by the pictures either, because things are twice as small

They were standard size berries dipped in chocolate. I could have gotten that at a local shop without shipping. Sad to say but EA berry boxes are better.

Ordered two items for hubby and paid extra for early delivery. Told my hubby a package was coming and poor thing sat by the door all morning! I received a tracking update that delivery was attempted and they'll try again tomorrow! WTF?!? First of all thats a lie, an attempt to deliver was NEVER MADE! Second, why would it be ok to re-deliver the next day-its not Valentines day anymore. Call customer care and OF COURSE - there's a language issue... demanded a refund, received but will have to wait 5-7 business days! NO EFFIN WAY!- GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK RIGHT NOW... ok, ma'am please hold: we credited your money back immediately. IF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING THAT, WHY ARE YOU MAKING PEOPLE WAIT 5-7 DAYS FOR A REFUND! I will never, ever use this useless over hyped POS company again - completely ruined V-Day for my husband. Now I have to scramble to find something to make up! SMH.

Ordered Berries and cake pops for Valentines day from them, received the package a day late then specified, no problems, I ordered it earlier for that reason. When I opened up the box, I was very surprised to fined a card for another person and a totally different order (lesser than what I had purchased). So I called the company and waited on hold for a while then was told by their customer service rep that first it was due to them being sold out? This wasn't even my correct order! Then after the rep had his supervisor come over to ALLOW him to be able to process my order to resend out what I have no received, I might be seeing it tomorrow but who knows and thanks for ruining a Valentines day present for my wife. And dont tell me that it was a clerical error, your whole market is sales of this product, I would think you would have it down who gets what and were it goes. Also, before you purchase anything in the future look at their reviews on FB, Twitter and Yelp and then decided if this is a company you would like to do business with, you have lost mine... Seth

First order was during Christmas time. I order chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered cherries. After paying, I thought..."wow that was a lot" and looked back at my receipt. I was charged not one but TWO separate shipping charges of $16.99. I immediately called to ask why and the gentleman spoke horrible English. He said it was because the strawberries and cherries came in separate boxes that is why I got charged two separate shipping charges. I told him to cancel one of the orders then and he said it was too late. Strawberries came... they were mushy. I didn't have the cherries, but my mom said they were good.

Flash forward to present day (5/11/17) I place a Mother's Day combo order of the strawberries and cherries (thought I'd give them another shot). I get a call from a girl saying that she received my package! I had to drive all the way to her house to get them (so much for that $16.99 shipping huh?). The cherries are like chocolate covered maraschino cherries! I can't even believe it. My mom said they weren't like that last time. Strawberries are yet again mushy. I will never be ordering from here again. A complete scam.

To whom it may concern,

Shari's Berries is completely unreliable! I wish I could give them a zero review rating! My intended order for Father's Day arrived today., the day after Father's Day, which was today. That's just like receiving a Christmas gift the day after Christmas... it's ridiculous! This company failed to deliver a package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, 17 June. I have the order receipt from the company with the intended delivery date. I would have never ordered from Sheri's Berries and spent the amount I did ($103.00) if I thought that my Dad's gift would be delivered the day after Father's Day! I will NEVER order from Sheri's Berries EVER again! I will tell all of my friends and family not to EVER order through this bull$#*! company! And I will continue to spread the word about this unreliable "so-called" business! Shari's Berries is pathetic! This is a huge disappointment to me and my father because he did not receive his gift on time! The package was late and it's all Sheri's Berries fault! If their company failed me, I know they've failed other customers and that's why their company is deceiving and grossly PATHETIC! Don't allow them to keep getting away with treating their customers like this... DO NOT order from Shari's Berries! You'll be incredibly disappointed just like me! BEWARE!

Possibly my worst ordering experience. Placed my order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and teddy bear for delivery on 2/10/2018. Had been advised order was shipped 02/08/2018, but no delivery came on the tenth as promised. Nor on the eleventh or twelfth. Tried to email my questions about nondelivery several times, but email function wouldn't send. Called a number given that said it was answered 24/7, but only got a recorded message telling me to leave a message and phone number--while trying to do that, another recorded message came on advising me the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Finally found another customer service number and talked to a person whose primary language I would guess was not English. After numerous times on hold she advised me the item had been delivered already on the tenth. I reiterated that it had not been and after almost a week in transit I didn't want those berries. Was told a new order could be shipped out but not until after Valentine's day. While waiting for that new shipment to arrive, the old one came with berries sweating water, the insides like jelly and the size of which were smaller than what you'd find at your local grocery! New box did arrive with berries in better condition, but still mostly small size and not fully ripe. Outrageous price for such quality and service!

I ORDERED A DOZEN GOURMET DIPPED FANCY STRAWBERRIES WITH A KEEPSAKE DESERT PLATTER ON 12/18/17 FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY FOR 1/16/18 IN ARIZONA. I WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON HER BIRTHDAY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AND ASKED FOR STATUS, I WAS TOLD IT WAS ON THE UPS TRUCK FOR DELIVERY TODAY, IT WAS IN ARIZONA. I ASKED FOR THE UPS TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH I WAS GIVEN. I TRACKED THE PACKAGE AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE REP. ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS SITTING IN CALIFORNIA (300 MILES AWAY). I CALLED BACK SHARI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GIVEN TOTALLY WRONG INFO. THAT MY PACKAGE WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL MAYBE THE 17TH OR 18TH. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS AS PER MANY REVIEWS I HAVE BEEN READING, I WISH I DID THIS BEFORE I ORDERED. I was going to order 3 separate one dozen strawberry's. The strawberry's were $29.99 totaling $89.97
The shipping charge was $74.94 - What a Rip OFF!
I will never ever order from this company.

Ruined my fiance's Valentine's Day. Ordered days in advance. Promised it would be delivered on Valentine's Day before 6:00p.m. I received an email@ 5:42 p.m. on Feb 14th stating that it would be delivered on Friday Feb 15th (which has yet to be delivered). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK OF EMPATHY! BAD BUSINESS! I will never order from Shari's Berries again (in fact I was a 1st time customer) & by the looks of their reviews A LOT of other people won't as well...

I can't even believe this company has the nerve to send out such inedible fruits! My daughter sent me chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day and I was so excited to try them because I love them and when I first opened the box I was surprised at a few of them that were so small. Now I know these fruits aren't cheap so I figured they'd at least be delicious. Boy was I WRONG! The first bite I took tasted like alcohol, which I then realized after picking the chocolate off was because it was rotten. I tried another one, same thing. The next one after that, even worse. They weren't even fully red, the tops were all yellow. They seem to have been frozen as there was no crisp to them like a fresh strawberry has and they were mushy, if not for the chocolate they would never have had any form to them! Shame on this company for charging such ridiculous prices for such low quality fruits that I wouldnt even feed to a dog. Edible arrangements has got it all over you, I'm surprised you're still in business sending out this crap.

Placed an order to arrive on a special day. They delivered it but not to the intended person. When I called to find where they delivered the gift, a customer service person from
Bangladesh "helped" me. He couldn't understand me. I couldn't understand him.
He couldn't tell me where gift was delivered. After a 36 minute conversation, after he continued putting me on hold at least 10 times (he would just disappear from the conversation without telling me), after me asking for his supervisor no less than 12 times and him PRETENDING TO BE A DIFFERENT SUPERVISOR EACH TIME COMING BACK FROM HOLD!, he told me he would reimburse me but couldn't give me a confirmation number or an email confirming the conversation.
They have horrible HORRIBLE customer service and I suggest NEVER USING THEM.

I ordered Berries for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her office the following day. When they were not delivered by mid-afternoon the next day I called the 800 number. The rep assured me they would be delivered, and even offered to deliver to her home address if they missed the end of business day that day. When they were not delivered by 9 pm I called again. I received an apology and was assured they would be delivered the following day. They were never delivered the following day either. I called again, received another apology and another offer to deliver the next day. At this point I gave up and requested a refund. Be aware that Sheri's Berries uses local florists to deliver and therefore they have no control of whether the deliveries go out or not. I finally asked the Shari's Berries rep if they had been in contact with the florist to find out what the problem was? She stated that she had sent the florist messages but they had not ever responded. I asked how they know the florist was even open? The rep said she could see that the florist was reading her messages, but was just not responding so they were probably just busy. I will not use Shari's Berries again.

This company just sucks and needs to close. They charged me for shipping (3 different shipping charges btw) and then didn't DELIVER IT! I called the next day and they told me it was cancelled but couldn't tell me why. So I asked for a supervisor and still was told they couldn't tell me why. (Seriously why even bother with the "supervisor" which I'm sure is the same person I was talking to at first) so now a Mother's Day present is no longer happening thanks to sharis berrys! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME and DO NOT order from them

Noticed how Shari's Berries website doesn't have a rating system? Reason is because it's a total ripoff! I was listening to the "Joe Madason" show on Sirius XM and he constantly promotes Shari's Berries so I decided to trust the "Black Eagle" and order it for my wife for Christmas! The Strawberries were very small and the inside was green! The Cherries weren't real picked cherries they were Cherries from a dam jar dipped in chocolate! Very disappointed with this product and i paid $60.00 plus $30.00 for shipping! So sad that not only was I pissed but my wife was acting happy to not disappoint me but did say the strawberries were very hard and green! TO JOE MADASON! YOU CLAIM ON YOUR SHOW THAT THESE BERRIES ARE BIG & PLUMP AND YOU TELL YOUR BLACK LISTENERS TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! JUST GOES TO SHOW ME THAT YOUR ANOTHER RACE HUSTLER SUCKING THE COMMUNITY DRY!

I bought my girlfriend a dozen roses and some berries "GUARENTEED" on valentine's day. I purchased these an entire month before today to be sure that I could get them delivered on time. The company did not bill me until the day before valentine's day, so there was an entire fiasco trying to find how to pay for my delivery, I spoke to a person telling me that there were still to be delivered on the 14th even though the automated call told me the 15th and I come to find out today that they still aren't delivered or even on there way and the website now says that itll be delivered on the 15th. I've been calling them for the last hour with absolutely no one there to answer and I'm beyond furious, I sincerely hope you run out of business and never disappoint anyone ever again. I wish I could give them less stars

Ordered berries and brownie snowmen for a good friend to be delivered on Saturday 12/23; was charged separate shipping for each item because you can't add additional items, plus I had to pay extra for each item because of Sat dellvery, about $25 for each item, causing me to drop some others I wanted because the cost was so prohibitive, and on top of everyting else they delivered the LEAST part of the order a day EARLY with no note so my friend didn't even know who sent them, and when I called shari's Berries and informed I was told that i will get a refund for the additional shipping in about 28 DAYS! It only takes them 5 min to screw up and order but forever to fix it; We'll see if the refund actually goes back into my acct, but not holding my breath; really disappointed with the service and I can only pray that the quality is not as bad as I have read, but regardless I will NEVER order anything from them again, they are a total RIP-OFF!

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries. By the time they arrived the ice pack was warm, the chocolate was cracking & melting all over. Couldn't even put them out. Ordered 24, received 12.

Apparently since being acquired by 800-Flowers in 2019, Shari's Berries is no longer anything close to the original. The 800-Flowers model uses local florists who clearly do not have the resources or skills to deliver the gorgeous berries and exceptional customer service we all came to love & expect from Shari's. I had no idea I was ordering from 800-Flowers (ugh) until it was too late. Super disappointed that my mom-in-law received these for her 91st birthday. Berries were small, stemless, & smashed. The white chocolate letters spelling "Happy Bday" were also smashed. Seriously it looks like they ran up to Walmart, bought a pint of everyday strawberries, and then had their five-year-old put them together for me. Their initial solution was to send her ANOTHER one (without my permission) and email me a $20 "Savings Pass" for my next order (as if I would ever order from them again). I had to call and stop them as this would only have served to upset & confuse my MIL. I told them to stop the 2nd delivery, declined the "Savings Pass", and said I wanted a 50% refund which I felt was more than generous on my part. She agreed to stop the replacement order and said I would receive a full, 100% refund of $72. I have called them back twice to confirm but am still waiting for the written confirmation email I was promised. Every time you call you start all over again. They act like they can't see any of your earlier calls, which doesn't sound like any ticket system I've ever worked with.

I am so embarrassed by the shoddy gift my MIL received and sad to learn that the real Shari's is gone.

Tip for consumers:
This is NOT the Shari’s Berries International we all knew and trusted. DO NOT USE!

I've had positive experiences with this company in the past but not this time. I ordered 6 strawberries. When I purchased I accidentally added passport to the purchase. It didn't explain to me what that was and certainly did NOT tell me it would add like 20-30$ more to the price! It was really misleading how they snuck that in there. I tried to change my order details- no options. I called and got put on hold for a LONG time. When they finally answered the woman on the other end was very hard to hear (I could hear people goofing off in the background) and I told her all I wanted was to take the passport off. She put me on hold again for a long time before telling me that she can't remove it because I already used it on a purchase. So I said cancel the entire order and just give me a refund (I had literally JUST put in the order so it wouldn't have been a big deal). She tried to talk me out of it. I got put on hold again for another 10-15 minutes. Finally she called me back, I heard some gibberish, but I do remember clearly hearing I'd get a full refund. A few days later I get the berries... And no refund. So I spent 50+ $ on SIX berries (which weren't even good because it was the cheap option), they did NOT cancel my order like I asked and despite having this stupid passport thing now I will not be buying from here again. This is not ok. I'm not made of money. This is a special occasion thing for me. I don't take kindly to being robbed and lied to.

Tip for consumers:
They refuse to cancel orders. Really bad customer service.

I once loved Shari's Berries. My family has used them for years and we really enjoyed them and giving them as gifts. But, Shari disappointed me twice now. First, I placed an order a week before my friends birthday and scheduled the delivery for her birthday. It didn't show. So, I contacted Shari and they apologized, delivered the berries days late, refunded my shipping charges and sent me strawberries. Still was late.

I received a nice Shari's Berries Christmas mailer that included a $10 coupon for purchases over $29. So, I placed items in my cart on line, the total was $69. Per the instructions on the back of the coupon, the code would have to be obtained by calling *******196 or by visiting, berries.com/joyful. The web address brought me to my cart without a code. So, I called the toll free number and was told they don't give out codes over the phone. I explained to the customer service rep and he kept saying we don't provide codes over the phone. I decided to let Shari know and emailed their customer service department. Their response was they don't provide codes on line or over the phone but thanks for the feedback.

My family and friends won't be ordering any longer (especially since their experiences have been subpar). I just want everyone to know and will share this every where I can. Baaad Shari's Berries... Baaaad!
