I ordered sheris berries for my girlfriend a few weeks before Valentine's day paid extra to make sure she would get them on that day. When it came to Valentine's day I got no update on delivery called customer service twice to only find out they will be delivered the next day after Valentine's. This is unacceptable I asked for a full refund and will never use them again.

I have used the company many times over. This last order was to my daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary. When having dinner with them a few weeks later, I asked about the berries. They felt bad saying they were not good. When I called the company, they said there was nothing that could be done because it was over 7 days. Bad way to treat a long time customer. Will not order from them again.

I've been a customer for years who appreciated the quality of the product above all since it was meant to be a heartfelt gift. Over the past few years it has become so bad that giving a gift is now embarrassing. The quality of the strawberries is laughable and disgusting. If you pay $80 for a dozen strawberries they should be top of the line. NO EXCEPTIONS. Save your money.

I sent 6 people Sheri's berries for Christmas. The Christmas gift was $49.99 for 12 strawberries, and they were to be decorated as Christmas Trees.

Check Sherri's berries catalog to see what they are advertising. Do not buy anything from them. Their customer service is horrible.

This business is a sham. I was ordering some berries and the website never said anything about $14.99 delivery fee plus $9.99 confirming delivery fee so what was supposed to be a $20 order ended up being a $45 order. I called right away to cancel the order (literally 1 minute after placing it) and the person on the phone took 10 minutes to process the cancellation to then tell me the order already went through and he cannot cancel it... I call fraud! Do not order from this place

My order was on a truck for 3 days and not delivered on time or at all by the time I called customer service and a lady who said her name was April argued with me and told me there was nothing she could do. I asked for a manager and she put me on hold multiple times over a 20 minute period. Will never order from them again. I can't believe they are telling me they don't have managers available and are refusing to address my complaint.

Ordered flowers and 12 strawberries. Paid too much. Flowers were delivered but no strawberries. Tried to call... international customer service... said their computers were down. Called back. Got hung up on after waiting 15 mins. Called a third time and got someone that was very very slow and very hard to understand. They ruined Valentines Day. Stay away.

I placed an order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and had a set delivery date. A day after they should have been delivered the company had sent and email regarding an issue with my order. I called the number twice, and both times was placed on an endless hold with no help. I later received a call that they could not complete the order due to them not servicing my delivery area. Not sure if I will ever revive a refund as they offered to set up a new delivery address. I find all of this out a day after they were scheduled to arrive. Customer service is non-existent. Stay away!

Got the gourmet berries for Valentine's day and I got 12 strawberries that were slightly larger than normal but not as big as what you think they will be. They were wet from defrosting during shipping. The chocolate was hardened and at the same time wet also. For the 85 dollars total it took to get chocolate covered strawberries, it would have been better to just go to Kroger and get a lot more for less. In my opinion, not worth it.

I received a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Every single of the berries was rotten. I let the customer service know and received a replacement and all but one berry, which wasn't very tasty, was also rotten. If you want to poison your receiver please go ahead and order from here, otherwise go elsewhere. They don't deliver for indulgence, they deliver food poisoning and disappointment. From the image you can see that there is liquid of all sorts of colors on the berries.

My sister had knee surgery and I was going to order her the 9 feet cookies and 12 of the doctor & nurse brownie pops, and was told that the gifts, even though they were ordered at the same time and going to the same address, they would be sent separately and there would be 2 delivery charges. Does that really make sense? For an extra $14.99, they lost a customer. I went to a competitors site and was able to order more for less, all being delivered together and only one delivery fee.

To charge a shipping fee (and not a cheap one either) for each item? I had 4 items in my cart ready to go, until I saw how much I'd be paying in shipping fees. And their customer service reply was 'thank you for choosing... have a nice day.?' I have only posted a negative review on a company only one other time. I'm far from a complainer. This was a very disappointing experience. With family living far away, I would have been a routine customer.

Berries arrived on time but looked nothing like the pictures. No red or stem showing. I called the company and the representative was cordial at first. Her supervisor gave a lame excuse stating that if the picture truly looked like the product customers would think they were "cake pops" and not strawberries! I asked nicely for at least a refund on the shipping cost, which is outrageous, but the representative actually hung up on me while I was asking for her name. Not impressed.

I would not have given any stars, except you have too. I am so disappointed that a company that offers all these coupons and deals. Robbed my young son when buying what he thought was about $20 for a dozen of strawberries for his mom for Mothers Day. He was then charged almost $55. They were defrosted, melted, and mushy upon arrival. My heart is broken for my son who was so excited to give me these strawberries that he had heard so much about for my Mothers Day gift. I thought he called about the purchase, but was to embarrassed to. I will tell everyone that I can about this extremely disgraceful policy of ridiculously over charging for an item they could have explained to the customer about their many promotions. My son was a very young customer who was robbed by Sharon's Berries..

I received the chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day they were spoiled. Not too happy. I tried one and immediately had to spit it out. I removed the chocolate shell off one just to see the strawberry. It was rotten looking and so were the others. I'll recommend my son or anyone else not to patronize this place.

I ordered from this company for the first and last time! Wanted a special gift for my wife for Mother's Day to be delivered to her at work. The website shows an FTD logo for delivery so I am expecting a quality product AND delivery, and this would justify the cost to me. So today I get an email that states the package was delivered at approximately 9:10 am, so I'm chomping at the bit waiting for a phone call or text message about her surprise. Lunchtime comes around and I decide to find a ridiculous reason to ask her if she's at her office, which she says she is. I leave work to drive to her office to find a soaking wet box sitting outside of her office! So now that the excitement of a delivery person showing up with surprise delivery, it's me standing there with a wet box. So she dives into box... only to find drenched strawberries and broken pretzels. Not to mention the advertised "huge strawberries" was a total false statement...

I received these berries as a Mother's Day gift from my oldest daughter. What a disappointment. The berries had been frozen, were mushy, and the chocolate tasted horrible. They must have used something to preserve the berries because they also had a chemical taste. A total waste of money! Don't disappoint anyone else if giving as a gift. As someone has already stated " I would give them a 0 rating if possible".

Ordered a gift box last week and requested delivery date of February 14 (Valentine's Day). Foolishly thought that the gift would arrive on time. Received an email from UPS at 5:30 p.m. on day of delivery saying delivery date has been rescheduled to tomorrow. Have tried for 20 minutes to get through to customer service for an explanation and have received a busy signal every time. Hopefully, I will actually get what I ordered. This was the first (and last) time I will ever order from this company. For the amount charged for their products, one should be able to expect delivery on the promised delivery day. Thankfully, I have a very understanding spouse. It pains me that I have to give them one star when they deserve none.

My husband ordered me Shari's Berries for mother's day as a surprise. They arrived on Saturday. I opened the box to find melted berries with the juices all over the inside of the box. The cheesecake trio was fine. The flowers in the bottom where wilted, broken and half dead with a pink mason jar rolling around crushing the flowers. I called customer service and I have to say she was excellent, friendly and very professional. She took the order number from the side of the box and shipped me a new complete order, berries, flowers, and cheesecakes. Again the cakes are fine. But the berries... What a mess and same story, these are in worse condition than the first order. One rotten, juice everywhere, and all 6 were just a crumbled sticky mess, and the flowers... same thing. Wilted torn leaves pounded by a rolling mason jar. So Listen guys and gals spend your money some place else. A bouquet and a box of chocolates from the drugstore would be better. PROMISE!

CRAPPY COMPANY. Horrible experience! I ordered with radio code that doubled my order from 6 to 12... my order should have been $29.99, but I was billed $98.44. Obviously not happy. After 30 minutes on the phone with customer service they adjusted my cost to half of what they originally billed me. They charge almost half
Again the price of the product for shipping, but it does not show you anywhere that there well be an additional cost for shipping. When I challenged them on this... once again a canned response and no action! NEVER US SHARI'S BERRIES... crappy company!

I placed an order on-line through Shari's Berries for a Saturday delivery, paid extra, even spoke to someone on Saturday and was guaranteed the delivery would happen. Guess what! It didn't.
I called customer service and they said we will refund your delivery fee and deliver next Saturday! Happy Easter to my kids! Really! Offered a 20 credit for their conglomerate of companies. I will never place an order again from any of their companies!

I have been ordering from Shari's Berries for 10 years and have been always pleased with how big and fresh the berries were. However, the last 2 times I've ordered to be delivered to my home in PA, the berries have been tiny and sloppily dipped. Definitely not worth the money. I got better ones at my local Wegmans. I do want to add that I also ordered Shari's Berries to be delivered to Washington DC and those berries were big and beautifully decorated. It's a shame that I will stop ordering after all these years because of the inconsistent quality.

I ordered for my anniversary 5 days prior expecting my gift to show up. Well no I did not. I called 3 times and all I got was we'll make it right, or no call back at all. I asked how are they gonna make something right when they needed to be delivered on this day and there not here? Then I get we'll contact the delivery service you'll get an email shortly. Guess what never got anything at all. I would never refer this company to anyone period ever. This was a special day and it ruined the whole plan. I had to put one star to post but honestly they deserve - 10 stars at this point

Too bad you can't leave ZERO stars, because that's what they deserve. My son ordered some for his mom (my wife) for Mother's Day. Arrived a day late, packed with ONE cold pack that was liquid and lukewarm. The strawberries were lukewarm and almost liquid. Smelled bad, inedible. Have been trying to call their customer service now for four days. Wait times anywhere from "more than sixty minutes" to "more than two hours." Held one time for an hour and half but never got anyone. Even tried the "place an order" option but couldn't get anyone. I'm telling my son to dispute the charge, but I will continue to try them just so I can tell then what I think about their service. At $5 per berry, WORST DEAL EVER!

So I call Shari's Berries this morning to place an order. What a fiasco! First of all I'm talking to someone from India I think. I can not understand him. I had to have him repeat to me what he was saying three times! So frustrating! I was on the phone for probably a half an hour just trying to understand him. Once the order was finally placed I was still unsure if it was all done correctly. So I called back and got another foreign person! Ugh! We'll see what happens with my order. After reading the reviews I'm frightened.
