My sister ordered on 5/4/2022. Was delivered 5/9/2022 late. When I opened the box the fruit smelled and was crushed. My sister was very upset because it was for Mother's Day. I was supposed to get it on Mother's Day. My sister called and got a refund. She said she will never ever used this business again.

Wanted to send a nice Valentine's day gift for my mom and paid the extra price for it to be delivered on Valentine's day kept getting an email that it was on its way and she waited all day. They came a day late.
I should have sent a nice card and the $60 dollars. I won't get anything from them again

Just got some 'flowers' and chocolate covered strawberries. The flowers are in bad shape and I doubt they will open - they have rust around the edges. I could get better flowers at the grocery store for less money. The chocolate covered strawberries are great. They also use too much wrapping for the flowers/berries - it is a real waste and harmful to the environment. Don't send this product to someone you are trying to impress - if they open the package you won't hear from them again.

I placed an order (over a week ago) to be delivered by noon on Valentines day paying $32 in guaranteed delivery charges but received an email stating that it was delayed and wouldn't be delivered until the following day. When I called to ask why the customer service rep gave me the run around stating that they did not have that in their system and assured me that my order was to be delivered on time. Two hours later I call back and the new customer service rep informs me that it in fact will not be delivered and she could only offer a full refund stating that the guarantee was actually no guarantee at all. I will never use this company again and warn anyone considering going the more expensive route be cautious and expect to be disappointed.

I received 2 gifts one for my birthday and one for Valentine's day and I was disappointed. The strawberries were soft and almost spoiled. The chocolate barely covered the strawberry. I ate the chocolate part and threw the strawberry away. I used to order from Shari's Berries when they were pretty new and they were lovely large strawberries covered in chocolate. So good. But now it's gross... l told my husband don't bother getting me anymore. Save your money.

1st off, I was on hold for 41min and then they disconnected me. That is totally unacceptable!
Secondly, I received strawberries for mothers day today. And they are completely ruined. The outer box is torn, the ice pack is melted, the chocolate is all over the inner box and not on the strawberries, the strawberries are sweated up and soft and the inner box is wet. There is not one thing that I can say is recoverable or in any type of good condition.
I don't understand how you would send this to Scottsdale Arizona in 100 plus degree weather without proper packaging and a early AM delivery.
The strawberries Are not edible.

I ordered same day delivery for our daughter for some flowers for her birthday. The site allowed me to pay and said she would get her flowers today. Four hours later we got a phone call that they couldn't make the delivery today and wanted me to approve a delivery tomorrow. I said no I did not want the delivery tomorrow and explained today is our daughters birthday and she is alone and we wanted to cheer her up. After talking to several agents and a supervisor no one would make things right. They wanted to keep our money but deliver on a different day. It will take up to 10 days for a refund and the sad part is my daughters birthday was ruined. Stay away from this place and go to a local flower shop instead! Rude, incompetent women as customer service that sound like they are from another country.

This is a terrible company. I ordered their chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on 13 February 2019. After that came and went I found out they screwed the order up and was going to be coming out on February 13,2020. I'm working on trying to get a refund. Save your money and don't spend it all at sheri's berries.

I have been a long time customer of Sharis berries and have always been pleased with my purchases. I recently bought my husband strawberries for our anniversary. When he opened the box, the chocolate was melting and the strawberries were sweating. The berries did not look appetizing at all. I contacted customer service and they offered a replacement. I declined... this was supposed to be a gift for our anniversary. I was highly disappointed with this purchase... especially for the prices they charge. I will not be shopping at Sharis berries anymore.

Ordered my wife berries and flowers for valentines day, i must say the berries were awesome large juicy and very tasteful, as for the flowers very disappointing it was a rose and lily bouquet the lilies were almost dead upon arrival and not what the picture showed. My wife was not happy at all i could have bought flowers locally much cheaper and better, i would definitely recommend the berries no complaints there wife loved those.

I got mine today, actually 2 orders came in from them today. Everything was cold, fresh, pretty, and very tasty. They looked really good and tasted better than I had expected. The berries (strawberries and cherries) were sweet, not bitter. They were fresh and well decorated. Nothing was missing or crushed and I'm still really supeised by how well they took all the stress of travel. I'd definitely recommend them!

I used the code. Which was useless... They request a date to deliver order then charge you an additional 14.99 on top of the original, 14.99 Delivery charge...

Ended up costing me 53.47, for 6 Berries! I highly recommend Nobody use this company, As it is a Total Ripoff... So Disappointed!

I paid an additional $9.99 for GUARANTEED delivery on Valentine's Day and another $14.99 for delivery before noon. It is 6:45 PM and no sign of my wife's gift. I checked the tracking number and it shows it just shipped today at 2:30 PM. When I try to call and cancel I just get a busy signal. What a scam this place is.

Even though my husband paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Valentines day they never came. When he complained they offered a 10 credit and said the berries would come the next day. When they did I was shocked at the quality. For a much as they cost the berries were smaller than the ones I could have bought myself at Walmart And the decorations looked like my 10 year old grandchild had made them. One berry had 2 sprinkles attached. And the berries weren't even ripe. Poor quality! Definately not worth the money he paid for them! Absolutely no integrity. As long as they have your money, they couldn't care less about the product they're selling. DISGUSTING.
Note that I'm posting this over a month out from the purchase because that how long my mother and I have been given the run around by their customer service.
Huge delivery fees because of their "careful packaging," and this is what shows up.

I have had one great experience and one bad experience with these. My husband has sent then to me twice. The first time, they were delivered cold (extra fee) and they were great! This past week, he ordered exactly the same way. The deliverer saw our garage was open. He did not ring the bell as I was inside the house. He left the box on the lawn mower! Who walks into their garage and looks at the lawn mower. Although my husband paid extra for the cold packs, they were melted, warm and mushy by the time we found them. I asked for a refund but they only gave the shipping money back and they credited us for the standard shipping not the cold shipping. So, unfortunately, if you live in a warm state, don't order unless it's cold outside. I know it was the shipping company's fault but they should have refunded the whole order and gone after the shipper for the money in my opinion.

I ordered a dozen dipped strawberries a few days before my daughter's birthday. On the day they were to be delivered, I received a voice mail message. It was very hard to understand as it sounded as if someone was calling from their home with a lot of background noise. I couldn't understand the phone number they left to call. I found the number on line and called them to learn that they could not make the delivery of my gift and asked for me to choose another product. Every product I selected as a replacement was also not available. There was also such a language barrier between myself and the customer service rep and I was on the phone with him for over an hour trying to get to some resolution. He really tried very hard to so I am not blaming the clerk but the company seems to be unable to meet the needs of their customers. I ultimately cancelled the order and went to edible arrangements which was much more successful. The order was delivered the next day.

Two out the nine berries were very small and mushy, almost rotten!. The others were not ripe enough to eat. My wife was thoroughly disgusted and threw them away. What a waste of money. Nine berries started at $45 but by the time you add shipping, delivery and tax the cost zoomed to $78. Almost double the advertised price. If that wasn't bad enough the company will not respond to my complaints.

Order of chocolate covered strawberries left in the Florida heat with no outer box/ice pack. Melted and full of ants by the time the recipient received. Only offered a 50% refund or replacement delivered 5 days later. I even asked for a full refund and no replacement and they wouldn't refund me the full price. Never again! They don't ship in proper packaging and won't make it right when something goes wrong.

My best friend ordered me a special package and paid for priority delivery and I received it 2 days late. Not only was it late, my package was left on my doorstep. My strawberries were dark red, the chocolate was split opened and melted, berries thrown all over the place and my ice pack was extremely hot. This was my ONLY gift and a horrible way to remember my Mother's Day.

I was hesitant to use this company due to some pretty bad reviews but my sister has used it previously and absolutely swears by it. I wanted to do something special for my mother for her 50th birthday so I ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries (she loves them and i'm not domestic enough to make them) and some flowers. They were delivered separately which was weird but I have no complaints regarding the quality of the products we received. In fact, the orchids they delivered are some of the prettiest flowers I have ever sent to my mother (we send her flowers every year). I ate one of the strawberries myself and it was tasty. No sour/overripe/smashed strawberries which was my biggest concern after reading the reviews. I'm not sure if I just got lucky but I will try ordering from this company again.

I ordered berries for my aunt birthday may 5th delivery date suppose to be may 6th they didn't get there until may 8th they looked horrible ( I have larger strawberries in my fridge right now) for $54.00 for six strawberries I'd say I got taken how are they still in business? But never Shari will you get me again I will also let all my friends/family know how you suck. Oh and customer service is a joke could never get threw. Get me 1 shame on you get me 2 shame on me.

1st call to Customer they'll be ok when they get there 3 days late.
2nd call we'll will have them there tomorrow.
3rd call we'll send out a replace 4 days after they were to be received.
Email here's $20 for your troubles on your next purchase. As stated in the title never again.

Purchased Sherri berries for this mother's days. Supposed to arrived on the 8th was delivered on the 11th. The strawberries were cracked open and melted. Each one! Would not refund money back despite condition and lateness.

I ordered these for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. They were delivered a day late, the chocolate was breaking off of most of the strawberries, and the ice packs were not even frozen by the time they arrived.
