Rip you off on shipping fees! Charge a rural shipping charge on top of other shipping charge... if you are just 40 min. Outside big city. Groupon said 9.99 shipping... it was 16.99 shipping... too expensive!

My sister got me a dozen for my birthday and they were amazing!
My husband got me some for Valentine's Day and they were small and mismatched and messy looking.im sorry but for what they cost it isn't worth the risk.

I placed an order online, but as I was reviewing my order, I noticed that they added an additional delivery fee without any indication that there would be an up charge. In fact on their delivery chart, it showed a standard delivery fee of $9.99. There was no way to go back to fix it, so I decided not to hassle with it. Then as I hit the confirm button, I noticed that they changed my address to somewhere I lived 3 houses ago (10 years ago). When I called customer service, the girl barely spoke English. I couldn't understand her, and she kept asking me to repeat myself. When I asked for a supervisor, she said that she could handle this issue. She would NOT get me a supervisor. Finally, after much struggle, she told me to call back because the computers were down. Uggh!

My wife received her berries fresh, she said they were ok, but every advertisement I have heard about them glorified the size of them as the biggest freshest strawberries you have Everert had, the price was outrageous for the product in my opinion, will not make this mistake again, and I will obviously deter ppl from ordering these berries

I went to the website to order a gift. They had a sitewide 20% discount. Also, when I was checking out, there was free shipping if I had it delivered after a certain date. When I checked out and received the summary, there was NO discount and shipping was and additional $16.99! Clearly, they were depending on me not noticing. When I contacted customer service, he offered to provide one discount or the other, but not both. He stated they can not offer more than one discount at a time. But that WAS NOT the way it was presented in any way on their own site! This is a deceptive company!

I paid $120.00 for what I thought would be a very nice gift for her. It turned out to be very disappointing. The berries were small and inconsistent it looked like the box was way to big for them. They also had no stems. The pretzels were broken. The shipping cost was outrageous. I was very disappointed and felt bad for the gift I sent her. I wish I could get my money back. I should get my money back.

I ordered tulips and strawberries that were to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. The strawberries NEVER arrived and the tulips were almost dead. I paid $100.00! Never again will I use this company.

I ordered the Valentines day two day delivery special flowers one day and strawberries the next day, boy was I hit with charges! The special was $49.99. After it was all said and entered the cost was $126.00. They charged two delivery fees, the vase was not included (that was another charge)... plus you must pay extra to have it delivered by 5pm. (in other words when everyone is at work you pay extra). Never again... lesson learned!

I ordered for my husband for Father's Day. He was very happy, he loved them. They were nicely packaged. And dipped beautifully. The berries were mushy but the chocolate tasted great. I ate the chocolate and trashed the berries

Flowers arrived on time, we're wilting by the next day. Berries arrived the following day. The first one was delicious. The second was so-so. The third was half ripe. The fourth was disgusting, the fifth and sixth smelled questionable and went right in the trash. $102 down the toilet... NEVER again.

I ordered 3 weeks prior to delivery and paid for guaranteed delivery. I Emailed two weeks later to confirm and It never came. When I called customer service I was told it was cancelled and I was sent an email. Which I told the customer service rep I know I did not receive. I was told basically oh well she's not in charge of the automatic emails... Wow.

The shipping costs more than the order, If you order more than one item, you get charged again. They charged $125 to ship $100 worth of goods. If they could combine orders to same address, I would consider buying again.

I ordered 12 dipped strawberries for my mom with delivery scheduled for Tuesday, 11MAY21. Unfortunately, they were not delivered until Friday, 14MAY21. The ice pack was melted and the berries in a big disarray and spoiled! My mom has left a review already and was advised that I need to submit my review. At the least, I should receive a refund of the $69.53 for the purchase.

I have ordered twice from Shari's Berried and the pricing is deceiving. The delivery charged cost almost as much as the product you order and when I say almost I'm talking within $20. My order was $59 and the delivery charge was $37.98. I had a safe delivered cheaper. I doubt I will ever order again. For a little more I can take my Mom and Dad out for a nice dinner.

The berries came in on time; however, that was the only positive. The berries were small, some not even ripe and several were broken. My wife said some were squishy- not even fresh. What was meant to be a highlite gift turned into a great disappointment and I have the pictures to prove it. I will not be purchasing your berries ever again.

Placed an Mother's Day order on May 5 with the promise of a delivery on May 6,7, or 8. Well May 8th came and went with no delivery for my mother. When I called to inquiry I was given the run around with a new promise to deliver on May 11. Don't waste your time.

Do not buy from these people! You will regret sending these as a gift. I have gotten them for years and this year was a disaster. The berries were soggy and molded! I called and emailed them and they never responded. I told my daughter to reverse the charges. They have sold out and it is not a good thing! Do not buy from this company.

I placed a order to be delivered on valentine's day and even paid the guaranteed delivery charge. Tried to get a hold of customer service about 8 times until someone finally answered. The order will be delivered on the 15th and they can't explain why. At least they refunded my guaranteed delivery charge. I won't be using them again.

I was gifted a bouquet of flowers with a box of chocolate strawberries. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The strawberries on the other hand were horrible. The chocolate had a funny dry taste to it. When I broke through to the strawberry it had mold spots.

I ordered my 74 year old mother a chocolate cake for her birthday. I placed my order on December 11 for delivery on December 19th. On the 17th I received notification that the cake was on its way. Imagine my surprise to find out on the evening of her birthday the cake did not arrive. I checked the tracking and it was scheduled for today December 20th. I called with my dissatisfaction only to be refunded the exorbitant shipping fee I paid. I will never shop with them or their sister companies (pro flowers etc) again.

I ordered Sherris berries for a friends birthday. The shipped out the order and it was completely wrong, I called, they said keep them and we will ship out the order again. We opened the first order, the strawberries had larva inside, tiny worms crawling out.
A couple days later, we got the replacement order and the strawberries were covered in somebody's hair. When I called again, they said you only get I mess up. I will not ever order anything again. They don't seem to really care.

For the past three weeks, by computer efficiency has decreased by more than 25% because the people in power at ProFlowers / Shari's Berries have imbedded popup logic in my desktop, and despite my having excellent popup removal software, I can't call up my Internet Explorer Home page without having irritating, intrusive ads for these two companies. I've contacted them to complain, but they haven't bothered to provide me with a procedure for stopping these popup ads. I guess that, from reading the reviews, they just don't care, but I do, and I plan to send them a bill for decreased efficiency if the ads don't disappear by Christmas.

My husband ordered on February 10, regular shipping of $15.99 PLUS paid $14.99 extra for morning delivery AND another $9.99 for GUARANTEED VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY. Never came, as a matter of fact the tracking says it wasn't even shipped until after 1:30 this afternoon. After trying over an hour to get someone, finally got the rudest person who insisted the order was scheduled for tomorrow (yet they had no problem taking the extra money). She hung up on him, then he got an email saying he would be refunded a partial amount. (Less the $9.99 guaranteed Valentine's delivery, how funny is that?). Be persistent. Keep calling until you get someone and DEMAND a refund. Then don't ever order from this place again.
