Ruined my Mother's Day! My first time ordering from this company was for Mothers's day. My order was not delivered l. After being on the phone for 20 minutes I was told they would refund my shipping and delivery. And deliver another day. Another 20 minutes on the phone and they told me package was out for delivery. Not the case, again no delivery. I called again. This time 30 minutes and they told me first package was lost and second package was not out for delivery. I got a tracking number looked it up and it was for the first deliverythat never was delivered. I live in Florida and this was a gift for my mom in NY. Well guess what my mother did not receive a gift from me this year.

I recently purchased Shari Berries for my husband, he loves chocolate covered strawberries. I thought what a surprise for him to receive a Happy birthday wish on strawberries. First, strawberries delivered without ice pack—left on the steps in the sun. So of course they were melted and wilted-not to mention not what I ordered. Small strawberries, look old and leaves wilted-unedible. The birthday strawberries were also wilted, cracked and disheveled. Ruined birthday surprise to say the least. With the way the country is and Covid, how do you leave a box of strawberries unboxed. First pictures are the strawberries I received, last pictures are what they advertise you should receive. My last order. Never again. To say the least they did send me a 20.00 gift coupon which I will not use, and half of my money as refund. Expensive mistake.

Absolutely HORRIBE experience. I ordered flowers and strawberries for Valentine's Day from them and paid 20 dollars extra for delivery guaranteed by 12pm. 1:00 no delivery. I call and they say 25 minutes max. 3:00 no delivery. I call ups and they tell me the package is two states away! I call them back and they say sorry it'll be delivered by tomorrow. Well tomorrow isn't Cale for a day! I paid 120 dollars total for this. Absolutely do not order from them!

First, the shipping for this was more than I even payed for the Groupon deal--I have been warning everyone about that in advance of Valentine's Day. Then, I scheduled delivery for February 10. The gift shipped on February 8. When my dad did not receive anything on the 10th, I logged in and found that the new estimated delivery date is February 13, with no notification of this change. I am hoping that his Valentine's Day gift is not spoiled? Ruined, what with five days in transit and paying ridiculous delivery fees. This has been an awful experience and I don't think I will EVER use Shari's Berries again and will definitely warn everyone I know to also avoid this company and recommend Edible Arrangements instead.

Last year, I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers, my lady was embarrassed at what she got, and I had them delivered at her job, so this year, I decided to try SharisBerries, the experience was sooooo bad. SharisBerries is a big rip off, don't buy. If you call with a problem, you get folks that can't speak or understand English, and are not able to help fix the problem. I canceled my order, and will not do business with them again.

They wanted to know if I preffered am or pm. I chose am. then after card ran it showed added 15.00 for am. They are already high but with 15.00 for delivery plus 15.00 for am. plus berries they are not worth it. Never again.

I placed an order for Mothers day on 4/29, paid for it to be delivered on May 10th. It didn't show up until May 13, the Monday after Mothers Day. My card was still charged the extra $4.99 for it to be delivered on the 10th. So, I feel scammed and would definitely not recommend. Plenty of other places that deliver. ON TIME even!

Ordered Feb 8 for Valentine's delivery and paid extra for Valentine's day delivery. Received notice from UPS on Feb 13 that item would be delivered on Feb15. Called customer service and CS rep tried to tell me not to believe the UPS site that it was wrong quite a bit as she use to work for UPS. Don't order for any holidays as they can't handle the volume. Will not be back to their site!

Recieved an email confirmation saying it would be delivered on their birth day. It's now almost 9 pm and nothing. Who wants to recieve their birthday present a day late? I ordered berries based on the photographs on the website - don't be fooled.
The photos on the website show beautiful berries with a little red at the top and the green stem attached. What I received was a brown melting chocolatey mess - no red strawberry showing - no green stem at the top - these are really just a horrible mess.
Don't waste your money - these are horrible.

This is the WORST customer service! I had 2 deliveries scheduled on a phone order and only 1 was delivered. They had the wrong city... wrong delivery date and so on. I called 5 times to finally get 1 person to actually take some action. I was promised a call back. No call. I was promised a delivery refund. No refund. I called several more times. The last woman answered from the Philippines with roosters in the back ground. Couldn't understand a word. TERRIBLE waste of time and money!

On February 11th I placed on order for my wife to be delivered today February 14th. I also paid the extra delivery charge as the call it guaranteed morning delivery. When the clock hit 11:30 am I called asking for my delivery the lady that helped me said that its been process. And than said not to worry that I only paid $16.00 and they would refund it back to me. I told her is not the money. The principle is the promise made by you guys. We hung up because there was still a half hour before 12.3 o'clock came around and order was not fulfilled. I called back and it took the 16 minutes and after to hang ups by them foe me to talk to someone. I told the gentleman that I want my refund and cancel my order. He suggested if they refund my delivery fee would that make me happy. I said no because you people cant keep your promises. I just refund and cancel my order. I went to pay for my order- 2 different orders of strawberries going to 2 different houses. It said it would be $30 for both orders of berries. I got to checkout and my order jumped up to EIGHT-FIVE DOLLARS. Go take a long walk off a short bridge. $30 extra in shipping feed, $4 extra in something called a "rural surcharge" fee, and another $20 in order for the berries to be delivered on a Saturday. I'll take my money somewhere else- I'm not paying $85 for TWELVE, yes, TWELVE, strawberries. Pure robbery. You'd have to be a damn fool to pay that much. Sorry but HELL NO.

I am extremely disappointed. If I am spending $75 on fruits, I expect them to be as the picture shows.
- The chocolate is melting off
- The fruits are not as nicely cut or arranged
- The packaging presentation was messy
- The purple and green tissue combination looks cheap
- The quantity of fruits is less than the picture on your website
- There are no strawberries
- The WHOLE reason I got this arrangement was for the cute smiley faces on the pineapples and it didn't even have that!
I do understand if the arrangement isn't exact if some fruits are not available, like the strawberries, but how can the final product be SO different from what is advertised? My boyfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship, and learning that this is the quality of product he received is SO disappointing.

My husband bought me this beautiful bouquet of roses and 6 berries for valentines day, the only problem was Sharies Berries messed everything up. They delivered the roses without the berries and they delivered it on the 15th not valentines day and my husband paid 43.00 too have it delivered on valentines day. Ladies let your husbands know NOT to order from these idiots.

I placed an order on the 11th to have my strawberries delivered on the 13th to a place of business. I was given the 8am-6pm delivery time frame. Let's just say I never received my package and was told after 6pm when I contacted them "O since no signature is required we'll just leave them in front of the business". I will never again choose this company in the future.

Their website was down and had to call customer service. They outsource their CS to a foreign country and I couldn't understand the first rep and had to hang up. Called back and the next rep spoke better English. I was on the phone for 30 minutes spelling everything and selecting items. Once we got to the end of the call and the order was placed they said they wouldn't be able to deliver on the day requested. I wasted 30 minutes with a person that barely understood what I was saying to be told they couldn't deliver. If the website works for you, great. Pray you don't ever have to talk to their customer service.

I ordered two things from here for my stepmother for Mother's Day. The first one was paid for and not dilivered but a refund was made for 80.00. They told me they had run out of that particular one instead of telling me it was outside Thier delivery area. They let me order a second one, and charged me a delivery fee of 35.00 for a free delivery. Total cost for 2nd order was 155. 31. 6 weeks later and fruit arrangements I can't seem to get a refund. Just a bunch of dates when I will get it. Not happy with this and will never use it again. I would recommend no uses it. Terrible Customer Service. I get 800.00 a month in disability and that's a lot of money not to be refunded.

I ordered a Valentines gift on 2/13 for a loved one. I was ASSURED it would arrive in time for Valentine's day, which I doubted could happen! I should have gone with my gut and done something else.
