Well, looking at some previous reviews here, I see that I am not alone. On 2/5/19, I ordered $85.00 worth of berries for Valentine's Day and paid extra for delivery on the 14th. On V-day, after waiting until 7:00 PM, I thought to track the shipment and saw that it was scheduled for delivery on 2/18 - the following Monday! Further research shows that these dimwits sent it via UPS Ground rather than Express as they advertise.

The next day, I called their customer service number, and after holding for no less than 20 minutes, the phone was answered by someone who was DEFINITELY not born in the USA. Several times, I had ask her to repeat herself and speak more slowly, and she asked me to repeat my name and other personal information at least three times throughout the call. Due to the language barrier, information exchange was torturous. She promptly refunded my payment without argument, but offered not even the slightest gesture of atonement - nor even an apology for the company's abject failure.

Shari's Berries fails on multiple levels, and while I have used them in the past, it appears their quality of service has really taken a nose-dive. I will be steering clear in the future, and I recommend that anyone reading this does the same.

Nothing on my Groupon says I have to access Sheriberry website from a groupon link. When I tried to enter my groupon code, price was INCREASED from $41 to $55.
Dishonest business practices, and I will never purchase from them again, and I have before, repeatedly.

Ordered the berries for Friday delivery for my Mother. We are celebrating Mother's Day early necause this is my Mothers last Mother's Day with our familu and she is transitioning over. I get an email Friday morning at 4:30am that the delivery has been rescheduled for Saturday by the end of the day. Now the berries will miss the celebration and my Mother will not get her berries. If you can't deliver when requested you should not accept the order. You never know the circumstances or the situation of why things are ordered for certain times and to agree to deliver and then don't delivet isn't fair to your customers. This order isn't just late its late arrival is a reminder of to little to late. I will never be able to enjoy with my Mother the one last thing she wanted befote she passed away. #SHAMEONYOU

I received 12 Sheri's Berries the Friday before Mother's Day along with flowers from my goddaughter. All I can say is they were awesome tasting. Today is Thursday, I have two left and will enjoy them tomorrow. They were cold when they arrived but there's a lot of packing that goes into this delivery to keep them fresh and cold. I tried one and stuck them in the fridge. The next day, and I ate one I couldn't stop; I ate three and put them backboard in the frig. I must tell you tomorrow is a week from the day I receive them and the strawberries inside the chocolate are still red and lush. The chocolate they're covered with
Is quite firm and seems to be sealed. Perhaps that's the reason they stayed fresh! All I can say, is, they were so much better than I ever imagined. They were so good. I'm now online getting ready to order a half dozen more.
I don't know what happened to all the previous deliveries that received such low ratings. But I have to be honest, I'm a real customer and they are superb!

I ordered three different orders for Mother's Day on May 8th. If I would have seen these reviews before, I would have thought twice. Two orders came on time but the third order, to MY mother of course, shows that they are in transit, with no delivery date. I call their customer service and someone from the Philippines answers, the call is muffled and hard to hear and she keeps reading from a script. I ask to speak with someone else because I can't hear her, then I request a manger. She proceeded to tell me her name was Leann (I think - it was hard to hear,) and she was the only one in the call center, for the entire company, and I could not talk to anyone else. Then I request someone from the states and she lied and said she was from California. She told me that if my order wasn't delivered by 9 pm she could refund it. It was 856 pm at this point. She put me on hold until 9 and then said that two out of three of my shipments arrived, that is good enough. Seriously! So not only did she refuse to let me talk to someone else, her manager or someone from another call center. I'm supposed to be okay with paying 160.00 with only two deliveries being made instead of three. At this point I hung up. Hopefully I can speak with someone other than Leann tomorrow because i bet those strawberries are melting in a pool of bacteria at this point and if they even make it to my mom, they will make her sick. Should have stayed with my old reliable edible arrangements, they are fantastic and get 5 stars every time.

I will never order again. Order never arrived, paid for extra shipping, couldn't get anyone I could understand on the phone! Took over 45 min toget refund!

I ordered berries for one of my daughters to lift her up for Valentines Day on the 10th of February for delivery on the 11th. Didn't happen because the agent entered the wrong street name. The agent are in the Phillipines I think and don't speak good. I called on the 11th cause my daughter didn't get her order. Was told she would get it on the 12th didn't happen. I called on the 12th and they said now will be delivered on the 14th. I called again on the 13th and was told again she would get it on the 14 th and the correct address and again, she didn't get it on the 14th and now they won't answer my calls. I would never use them again.

I ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries about 4 days before Mothers Day. I decided to use this company because they were advertising to have things delivered on Mothers day. I got an email on Saturday that they had already been shipped. I was confused because I was expecting them to be delivered the following day when I had asked them to be. The next day I called my mom to see if she had received anything. When she told me no, I called the company to ask what happened. They said that since I ordered it to a business on a holiday it was ASSUMED that they were closed and it would be shipped the following day. I couldn't believe how ridiculous it was that they would do this on Mothers Day for an Item that was promoted to be delivered on Mothers day. Finally after some convincing I was able to speak to the supervisor who assured me he would have somebody go out immediately to try to get the package delivered before the next day. I gave him a number to call upon arrival if they didnt see anybody there. Today (monday) my mom calls to tell me that somebody left a package in the 90 degree heat and she didnt know how long they had been there. Everything was melted. DO NOT USE this company for anything.

Received a promo code for $5.00 off and free shipping. The $5.00 was taken off but the shipping was $14.00 and was not removed. I canceled the order and will go elsewhere.

Terrible - 3/4 of berry was Green, white and unrippened. Tasting of weird tart chemical - Size of my husbands thumb, yet shown and paid for " Gourmet " size.
What a disapointment - on every level.

While the product is delicious, their customer service is an absolute nightmare! The website was acting very slowly and somehow changed my order to the Fancy berries instead of the Gourmet dipped strawberries. Once I realized the error I called customer service and attempted to modify it. The customer service rep spoke very little English. He acted as though he understood what I was saying and then at the end said "ok you will receive one dozen fancy berries". I said no, that is the order I wanted to modify. He says "ok I'll cancel order correct". I again said NO, modify it. He said "ok you will receive one dozen fancy strawberries on feb 13. Anything else you need"? After being extremely frustrated I asked to speak to supervisor. He told me it wasn't possible. Very frustrated, I told him to cancel the order. He said ok it's cabcelked. I asked for email confirmation he said "you will have to call legal department" (wtf?!) So I go online and re-order the berries that I actually want. And low and behold, 24 hrs later they are BOTH out for delivery, and $130 later my account was charged for both orders. After trying to call and resolve this I am told "sorry ma'am this order is no longer modifiable". I am so beyond frustrated that I cannot even begin to explain! This company should be shut down and ashamed of themselves!

After writing this review, I checked my email and there was a refund processing, thankfully! Still a nightmare to deal with.

A complete rip off. I ordered to ship on 12/22. Got an email that said shipment will be delayed until the 24th, and then got another email on the 22nd that said the product I ordered failed to pass quality requirement? It said they will replace my product with something else and didn't say what will it be replaced with. I called customer service and they said the product I ordered will be arriving on the 24th, due to delay shipping they are going to refund me the shipping cost. She also said she sees nothing mentioning the product being not passed the quality requirement and ensure me that the same product I ordered will be shipped. Today is the 24th and I just checked the tracking, they shipped UPS GROUND today! It's logic that it won't not get delivered by shipping it ground today. I should have cancel this order when called the customer service. And by the way, the customer service is not helpful at all. Please don't order from them because it's a complete rip off. Your gift to your love ones won't be deliver on time and I bet the quality is as bad.

I spent the time reading through about 6 pages of unhappy partners whose sweetheart's didn't get their Valentine's Day orders. I have to say, it stings a little less to know you're not the only one. Mine's the same as everyone else's - dropped $$$ on guaranteed Feb 14th and morning delivery combined. Ordered Feb 6th - order hasn't even been shipped yet. Yikes, this company is in over their heads. Spent 1hr on hold, couldn't reach anyone. Sent an email 3 hrs ago and still nothing. Kind of just want my $100 back. Dropped another $100 on an arrangement from a florist that delivers locally. They are making the arrangement and delivering same day. Says a lot in comparison when you see the results of a poor vs. effective business model. More saddened reading these comments than anything else. Everybody is right - it's not about what it is, it's about the gesture. I could have ordered socks and as long as they show up for Valentine's Day, that's really the only part about it that matters. Luckily, I had back-ups for my back-ups but it's unfortunate to hear that's not the case for many. The company should have been honest about the volume of their orders and sent out notification emails accordingly so customers could make other arrangements. Doesn't look like the company is going to be able to save face after dropping the ball this badly.

Ordered online strawberries and gift for wife for mothers day, when ordering it clearly stated the order would be delivered by may 11th, i proceeded to order, my card got charged, 2 days later no email with any tracking info, went to site, couldnt login, couldnt get forgot password to work, nothing worked, finally obtained a UPS tracking number, which UPS basically said didnt exist, emailed customer care, explained if it cant be delivered by the promised date of may 11th, cancel order, got email back saying your order has been canceled as requested, tried calling customer service and low and behold another company outsourcing customer NO SERVICE to foreign companies who do not speak clear english, after 5 different calls I gave up, I wouldnt order from this company again even if it was for free.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND LET DOWN EVER! I spent $65 dollars on chocolate covered strawberries to surprise my friend at her job. I made sure to request with the company the hours needed to be delivered between. My request was responded to with a yes we can do that. The next day mot only dis I have to call twice because no one answered the phone the first time. But the delivery driver called me 10 mins AFTER my end delivery time saying she had 19 deliveries to make and would not be able to get there before said business CLOSED FOR THE EVENING (8pm) EVEN IF I HADNT MADE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR A CERTAIN TIME SLOT, this company still couldnt fullfill my order! WORST COMPANY, EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE EVER! Now I need to wait 7-10 days for a freakin refund!

Heard about a Mother's Day promotion for $20.00 using a code. Placed an order using the code and the total came out to $24.99 with tax. Completed the order checking out through PayPal (they give the option), PayPal emailed me saying they charged me two shipping fees, one regular shipping fee, the other a fee for Saturday delivery (day before mothers days). Total came out to $48.96. I called immediately and asked to cancel and receive a refund, not once was I asked why I was even canceling. I was told I had to go through paypal and wait up to 28 days for issue to be resolved even though I called literally less than 15 min after ordering. I asked if they could refund the debit card that was attached to the PayPal and the 2nd out of 4 people (including a supervisor) I spoke to asked and took down my debit card information. When I asked if they were going to refund the card they still said I had to go through PayPal; then why did you "change my payment method" and ask for my personal card information?! Overall terrible terrible customer service and false/misleading advertisement.

I ORDERED ON LINE, PAID ADDL TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED ON A SAT BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY.
THEY ARRIVED THE FOLLWING MONDAY, ICE WAS MELTED, BERRIES WERE SOGGY.
VERY EMBARASSING TO SAY THE LEAST AND OUT 100.00 TO BOOT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME BACK. CHILD CRYING IN THE BACKGROUND, AND SOUNDED AS IF SHE JUST GOT OUT OF BED HERSELF. I ALSO DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION OTHER THAN MY CHARGE TO MY CREDITI CARD.
