Albeit the size wasn't exactly what the radio hosts are saying but they are wonderfully decorated, sweet, and nice! However, even keeping them chilled in the fridge we had one white chocolate covered go bad in 6 days, yuck! The price seems extreme, for that I'd say the size better increase or you will be loosing my interest in gifting them to anyone else. But now I know what all the hype is about on the radio.

Is it possible to give a company zero stars? The chocolate on the berries I ordered for my mother for mother's day was cracked and falling off most of the berries. The hold time for customer service is LOOOOOONG. I called several times and waited over an hour each time and was unable to get through. I submitted an email and received no response. I am calling my credit card company to contest this charge.

A dozen of chocolate covered strawberries were supposed to arrive on Tuesday but finally did on Wednesday late. They were a Mother's Day gift to me. The arrived with soft berries and chocolate pieces all over the box. The first order was delayed via the carrier so I received a double order. Unfortunate as I was looking forward to enjoying them as I haven't had them before.

I received 6 chocolate dipped strawberries as a gift and after barely being able to eat one, I threw the rest in the garbage. The berries were mushy and just downright disgusting, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth and an upset stomach for the rest of the night. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

My last order from Shari's Berries was a nightmare. Paid extra for a specific delivery date, didn't get the order at all. Now I'm trying to get my refund. I read how horrible the berries were on other reviews so I researched -- guess what I found? The original "Shari" hasn't been involved with this company for many years. She used to make fabulous HAND DIPPED chocolate berries, etc. but the ones you get now are small, tasteless and mushy, and they are machine-dipped. This company is owned and run now by Pro Flowers and it's a scam. If you want Shari's fabulous strawberries, go to Berriedinchocolate.com!

I had three of the very same items sent to one address, mine... and Shari-Berries charged me three shipping cost of $ 14.99 EACH or a total of $ 44.97! I will NEVER order from this company again... it's a racket!

I ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries that were on the truck and out for deliver this morning but never were delivered. I paid the extra shipping for Saturday delivery but no help from them except to refund my money. Doesn't make me feel any better it was for dessert for my family's Easter lunch since I couldn't be there! Unacceptable!

I, like others would prefer to give 0 stars. The product is over priced. Shipping is horrendous! Quality is extremely poor. The reviews speak loud and clear. Spread the word so others consumers are not taken advantage of as I was!

I made an order over the phone. The sales rep was ship busy reading her script and interrupting my answers to her questions, that she kept getting my information wrong. I have no idea what was ordered at this point I received no confirmation e mail. Fed Ex called me for a correct address because the recipient address they had didn't exist. I have yet to find a way to speak to anyone at sheri's berries, and keep getting disconnected on the phone, or cannot submit my complaint in their contact us page on the web site. I can only how my fiance is going to receive what I ordered for her. I plan to contact both tv and radio about their lack of customer service, sloppy sales, and I assuredly will find other ways to spend my money surprising the woman I love. Thanks for such a frustrating experience.

This company should be ashamed! I received a box of rotten berries and the box my sister in law received a box of rotten berries that had an awful smell to them. Not only were they old, they were 3 days late. Do better or stop doing business! Never again! I wish I could rate them 0 stars

I should have learned from my daughter's birthday born on mother's day gift. Poor quality late arrival. But noooo... I wanted to send a quick birthday gift to my granddaughter cost approximately $ 32 S&H brought the bill to $87! 3 different S&H fees! I could drive it to her for $20! Why are you gouging customers with fees that cost more than your products? I'm finished!

I wish there had been a way to give less than 1 star. Look at the pictures I've attached. The pretty one is how they advertise their product, and the second photo is how they arrived. A full-day late, warm, soggy and wilted. I'd ordered a dozen of each daughter (one in Ohio, one in California)... they arrived late, covered in condensation from sitting in a hot truck all day, wilted and mushy. And the decoration (as you can see) looked nothing like the picture in the advertisement... it looked it had been done by a child. These berries cost over $4 each! They should have been fabulous. They weren't!
I complained... in "prewritten" messages, the company offered to send out replacements... which never arrived.
Afterward, of course, I happened to check their Facebook page where there are "hundreds" (Literally!) of similar complaints.

Husband ordered berries for mothers day and they arrived 2 days after original delivery date. How they arrived might you ask? Broken, melted and MOLDY! Yes. Covered in mold. Ice pack was completely melted and warm, box was even becoming soft from a leak from, you guessed it... rotting berries. Called and asked for a full refund. Will be sending photos to them, and posting this same review elsewhere. Do not do business with these people!

Received a box of 12 Strawberries today. The box was open and wet, the inside box was wet with red berry juice, the chocolate was off the mushy berries and the cold pack was melted and hot. I picked up the package as soon as it was delivered. I waited on hold for 2 hours and did not get to speak to anyone. I did send an email and have not received a reply as of yet. I will try to call them again. This was a Mother's Day gift from my son and wife.

My order arrived on time. A dozen dipped strawberries for $60. The box was wet and sticky and the strawberries on the inside we're crushed. Too embarrassed to give it as a gift. They did refund my money though.

Shari Berries is the worst company ever. I was supposed to get my order within 24 hours of purchase. 48 hrs later and nothing. They claimed to attempt delivery 3 times and i have security cameras to prove they never came. I stood by the door for hours and i never saw anyone. I gave my phone number to the phone operator (3rd party because the location itself doesn't speak directly to customers), which they said they would call and not once did i get a call. They practically stole $82 from me for strawberries. Worst customer service experience. Please save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I would add photos but i never received my order

I placed an order 3 WEEKS ahead of time for a Mother's Day party I was holding. They were supposed to be delivered the day before the party and never arrived. When I called, they told me I could expect my order within 4 days AFTER MY PARTY... after everyone has left. My husband I don't need 12 "gourmet" strawberries, but they sure would have been nice for the guests that were here.
Don't waste your money, don't expect good customer service, don't think ordering early will get your order to you on time.
Absolutely horribly run business. They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
OH! And if you try to give an honest review on their actual site that is negative, they just prevent you from submitting it, so don't trust the actual website to Shari's Berries for an honest opinion
Tip for consumers:
Don’t EVER order from Shari’s Berries

Absolutely! I've never in life experienced the amount of false promises and terrible customer service from any type of establishment before this company shouldn't be allowed to open its doors I ordered my 2 packages on jan 27 that was supposed to be delivered Valentine day and I never received and had to beg for a refund

Ordered 6 strawberries and 10 cherries. The strawberries have been delivered but not the cherries! Why would they do that? Been on hold for 30 minutes! Wife still hasn't received the cherries and I need to speak with someone. Another example of no customer service this far! Won't be using them again and I'm writing radio personalities that endorse their product. If they provide excellent customer service I will redact my post.

Ordered a week ahead of Mother's Day. Was expecting a morning delivery with a $20 delivery charge but it's now 1 o'clock and was told by an operator it will be here by the end of the day. Thanks we now need to wait around for an order or have a melted mess to come home to. Way to be such a great business of professionals who are all about customer service. If anyone at your company wants to talk send me an email *******@yahoo.com. Pretty sure no reply will come. Completely dissatisfied customer!

Placed an order on 02/10/17, the order was supposed to be delivered by 02/14/2017. I never received an e-mail confirmation but the charge showed up on my account except it said "CYPRESS TX." Customer service said they could not find it and told me to call my bank and dispute the charge because they couldn't do anything else. Can't believe a company this big is not organized enough to not lose orders like this. The reps seemed very unwilling to help and just wanted to get me off the line. Next time, I'll just stick to the local grocery store to buy my berries.

Worthless! Order from here if you dont want to get your order on time! Pay the rush free if you want them extra late! This company is a $#*!ing joke. Im so upset at how this whole experience has gone. I would NOT recomed Sharis Berries to anyone. Ever!

What a disappointment! I have ordered Shari's Berries for lots of friends and family over several years. They always say 'thank you for the thoughtful gift', but they say little about the amazing chocolate dipped strawberries. Well, now I know why! My son sent me some for my birthday and I am so disappointed in the product! It is not at all like the photos on the website. In the photos the strawberries are truly 'dipped' and you can see the strawberry's red top and the stem. What I received is fully 'dunked' and no stem at all. Not nearly as pretty as the website photos. And then there is the taste. Or should I say the lack of taste! If that's chocolate, I'll eat my hat! The coating is tasteless, no matter which of the different dips you taste. Chocolate tastes like white chocolate - in other words, tasteless! So sorry to have to write this review - i thought this company was doing something fabulous... they are not.

I ordered a dozen of strawberries that could sit on my pinky finger without falling off. I contacted the company to get replacement berries that were also miniature berries. I contacted Customer Service to assess if this was weather related but no explanation was provided. They have lost a customer.

My son bought me a dozen of Sharis berries for Mother's Day.
The chocolate on most of the berries were broken off in pieces. Of course, I still ate them and they were good, but had to pick up the small pieces to eat with the berries.
I didn't tell my son, because I didn't want him to feel bad. They are costly.
I took pictures and sent to customer service with my complaint. I never got any kind of acknowledgment.
I guess they don't stand behind their products. I would not want to send this to anyone, for them to get it broken like this. I know these things happen, but not to get any kind of acknowledgement tells me all I want to know.
