I was charged $19.99 plus $4.99 rush delivery in which I never selected those options!
I immediately called to cancel and spoke to a "Sonia" she had a heavy foreign accent and was super rude. She put words in my month and was combative. SO DISTASTEFUL. If I had spoken with a friendly, empathetic professional and they would explained tactfully why those fee's occurred and then provided a resolution, I probably would've kept the order.
But after dealing with Sonia I was sure I didn't want to ever do businesss with Shari or her berries, EVER!
To top it out for there inaccuracy I have to wait an entire week for my funds to post back to my card. Shut this place down!

I ordered from this company for my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered a week ahead with guaranteed delivery for Friday before Mother's Day and paid extra for it. It was a lot more expensive than Edible Eats who I normally order from, but my wife convinced me to try something new. Not only did they not deliver my order as guaranteed, they never notified me there was any issues with my order. What kind of company runs out of product! How do you run out of berries when that is your business. I learned my lesson but unfortunately my mother will not receive a Mother's day gift from me since she is 1500 miles away and I just found out Friday evening that Shari's Berries ran out of Berries! What am I to do now?

I made an order thinking I would get the discount. My order was $457 and no shipping or sales discount was issued at checkout. I called support and they told me to go ahead and proceed and they would issue a manual credit, even resent an updated email of the total. My PayPal was charged the $457 incorrect amount. Called customer support was the biggest nightmare I have ever experienced. They say they will credit my the shipping discount so we will see. I've order from here various times and every single time the shipping charges advertised are NOT whats charged. Up charges like weekend and rural charges are heavy.

We received a box of berries as an Easter Gift.
On the positive side, they looked beautiful and tasted pretty good.
Sadly, on first bite all the chocolate fell off and they were a mess to eat.
Also, under the chocolate was the little hard green "core" of the berry.
Over all, Kind of disappointing.

Well, my sweet hubby ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentines day. They did arrive before Valentines day but the strawberries were squishy. Seems like the strawberries were frozen somehow. When you tried to eat them they has a rotten taste and were very soft, squishy and rather brown in places. Very sad!

I bought a half dozen strawberries for my girlfriend after she had surgery; they were not only very good, but they arrived on the day I scheduled them which I was very grateful for. I will be ordering from them again soon.

My husband ordered berries 6 weeks ago for Valentine's day. Berries never arrived. He had to call 5 times. I received my order but my daughter never received hers. Have been a customer for 5 years. Will never order again.

I placed my order 2/5/19 and got the bill for almost $100 due to inflated over charges, did get that portion resolved and refunded credit. Today no delivery before noon which I paid for, no updates and 4 failed on-line chats due to being disconnected. Called customer service rep was very rude, and wasn't listening to me and stated her manager would call back and disconnected the call. So, no delivery on the order, no surprise for my honey and I am one angry bear right now.

I placed an order 2/11 for delivery 2/14. Plenty of time. They did not even print the UPS ticket until 12:30 on 12/14 for delivery the next day. This was for someone out of town, so i couldn't just run out and buy a replacement gift. When I called they tried to blame UPS for changing shipping. No... you didn't bother to address my order until the day I wanted it. I will never use this place again.

I have heard about this forever and decided to give it a try. I placed the order on the morning of February 12 and was guaranteed delivery for Valentine's day. Needless to say my wife never received any berries for Valentine's day. I tried all day to talk to someone I could actually understand but got nowhere. I have ordered Shari's Berries several time over the years. I have no issues with the product or delivery. That being said: I recently placed a valentine's day order online. Since I went to their page the other day to place this last order, the pages I visit on my computer have been filled up with ads from them. The thing is, they already had me as a loyal customer. All they managed to due with this unsolicited advertising is lose me as a customer. There is enough unsolicited garbage for junk I will never use online as it is and it just pisses me off when they use my ordering of their product as a vehicle for more unsolicited garbage.

I was on year 2 of a tradition of sending my mother, step mother, and mother in law Shari's berries for Mother's day.
I paid an extra $10 for this item to be delivered on Saturday 5/9/20. Not only was it not delivered on this date (it arrived 5/8/20) which I paid extra to ensure someone wouldbe home at the time of delivery, but the delivery person did not even ring or knock on the door and left this perishable item outside in 106 degree weather compromising this product that I spent a significant amount of money on.
I sent two emails describing this complaint and was ignored. I will be using another service for all future mother's day deliveries as it is clear this company does not care about customer satisfaction for extremely over priced products.

I had been a member if their community for the last 15 years, sending gifts to families and friends for years, accumulating reward points and filling out satisfaction guarantees.
Today for over an hour I tried to log into their website to place a sympathy basket and was unsuccessful.
I called their customer service number only to learn the company had recently been acquired, all the Previous customer information and orders were all lost.
With this decline in customer service, I can only assume their product satifaction will follow the same decline.

I ordered from them 2 times over the course of 3 months, and always one week in advance to give them plenty of time. Every time it was the same thing; the chocolate covered strawberries arrived 5 days late, I was never contacted in advance to have the option of trying to save the day for the occasion by making other plans, and every time I called, I was told that they have no information other than that it was not delivered and was given a list of maybes... maybe they were out of the item I wanted, maybe the recipient was not home, maybe there were issues with locating the residence... etc. No one had any idea why the delay both times.
My partner also ordered flowers for me on Mother's day and my Birthday and it happened to him too. NEVER AGAIN!

Never order from them. They deliver at least 5 days after the occasion even with one week advance notice on an order.

Ordered these strawberries as a Mothers Day gift and they were terrible! Berries were various sizes (not as advertised), extremely mushy and not worth the extravagant price! Berries did not even last 24 hours. Gave a customer review to the company and they offered 10% off to try them again... AS IF! Do Not WASTE your money!

I placed an order on 1/22/2020. I was charged twice for the order 1 charge was higher than the other. I called to have the money refunded to me. I waited 10 days still no refund my wife called to find out why the money wasnt refunded they said it would be in our account within 1 to 2 bank days here we are 3 days later still no refund I have been on the phone for over a hour now being transferred around with no one knowing what is going on. This will be the last time I deal with these people.

I've ordered twice from this company. He first time the order showed up a day after my sisters birthday even though I paid almost $15 to have it delivered.
I tried to use them again thinking maybe it was a fluke that they messed up my order. This time the order was on time but... the chocolate strawberries were old strawberries and the chocolate was broken off of almost all the strawberries! Also, the caramel chocolate covered pretzels were broken into pieces.
I emailed the company about both orders and never got a refund for either order. They offered me a discount on my next order. Needless to say I'm NOT ordering from them again. So unprofessional and very expensive. If they were reliable I could understand the high prices if they were reliable but they are anything but.

I have ordered a few times. It is ok, but way too expensive. Today, I am rather annoyed as they just seem to be a scam. I was sent an email offering free shipping. Thought I would unload a living social voucher I have had sitting around. I did not use it because I do not think the stuff is good enough to send as a gift. I type in the voucher. They ad the shipping which was to free. So, I call. They dismiss my issue. They are obviously scamming enough people to not worry about unsatisfied consumers. I am just tired of big companies sending emails with promise of savings. Just to get you to the site.

I tried to order SB a year ago and was upset that the pricing and add on costs were not disclosed to the end. Cancelled the order. I tried again this year forgetting about my previous experience only to be reminded of the shipping charges not being added on until the end (it was unclear if they would be added). Also, entered the promotion code and it all got added in at the end. I called, got 10% off (we will see if that happens) as opposed to 20%. Decided to take the offer to see how good the product was. I do not plan to do business with them again. Their business practices are deceiving. I hope others boycott their brand.

I purchase these berries every year for my mother since she is so far away. This year I received a promotion and decided to use it. At check out after I paid it took away the promotion and replaced it with a lesser promotion. So I canceled my order immediately. Emailed and called their "fabulous customer representatives" received no answer through email and got a snotty rep over the phone. I am always courteous as I work with the public I would like to give the CEO a piece of my mind. This company has no quality.

I went to submit an order and I accidentally submitted it three times. I realized my mistake after at most 2 minutes, so I e-mailed them right away asking to cancel two of the orders. They said it wasn't possible since my order already went through. The next day I tried live chatting with them to at least get a refund on two of the delivery fees since all three orders are getting delivered to the same address. A robot responded and when I was prompted to talk to a person I was just left waiting with no response from anybody. I will not be buying from this company again.

Your site has me so freaking frustrated right now. I'm at the final point of placing my order and it continually kicks me out. It will not allow me to place my order. All of my information is correct all the lines that are required are filled out It will not accept my order. I've placed orders before with your site never had this issue. The other thing I want to complain about is I have an account with you guys and it didn't even recognize me It recognized me with an old email address.
